This is the perfect stay to walk The Path of Gods walk! It was a perfect break away from the hustle n bustle of the Amalfi (around $70 in a taxi away). The rooms are lovely and are upgraded from the photos on this website. Breakfast was yummy & staff were super helpful during our stay.

Arrived fairly late at night due to travel issues but the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent view and great access to the Path of the Gods hike if desired.

I stayed here for one night before hiking Path of the Gods. Rooms are very clean and spacious with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the coast and surrounding mountains. The family who owns this B&B are very hospitable. They graciously brought me a plate of pastries the night before because I mentioned that I was checking out before the breakfast buffet. And those pastries were homemade and scrumptious! You will definitely feel welcome staying here. I got a good night rest from the comfortable bed and quiet space.

The bed sheets smelled so strongly of toxic chemicals I could not sleep at night because of this.

Beautiful views, amazing breakfast, and amicable staff! Accommodating as well. Atonella and her family were great and even came to pick us up from bus stop to make our travels easier! Loved the stay. Only wish we had longer. Great location for people who are wanting to hike path of the gods! We also could walk to city center and get food but hike back up to casa was uphill just fyi. Overall would stay again! Pool was a delight as well.

Casa Pendola was an amazing stay! The view was really nice and the hotel had great service. We didn’t have a car so it was a 15-20minute up hill walk to the hotel but it wasn’t too much of a bother has the hotel was great!

Superb, very welcome, relaxing place, there is a swimming pool also, lovely view.
A very good breakfast, with at least 5 or 6 choices of different cakes/sweets. I even got a Peroni for free as a welcome. I Definitely recommend 🙌

Casa Pendola was so relaxing. After days down in Almafi and Positano, where the crowds can be tiring, it felt great to retire away from that. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. We left the doors open to the balcony and I had one of the best naps of my life when the rain started falling. The breakfast was excellent. The manager was helpful with transportation and all of our requests. People should know that it is about a 15-20 minute walk up the hill from the main bus stop in town. So, when you have your bags it is probably worth it to hire a car. The rest of the time the walk is peaceful.
I loved our stay and would recommend.

This was our favourite stay in Italy. Incredible views, perfect cleanliness, and a very excellent included breakfast. After the congestion and overcrowding on the coast, it's a reprieve to come up here at the end of the day and relax in a quiet setting.

Really affordable family run hotel in a great location for exploring and walking (10 min walk to path of the gods trail head and loads of other walks).
Amazing breakfast buffet with home made cakes and some locally grown fruit. The owners were lovely and helpful. Rooms aren’t huge but have a balcony with a great view and are clean and new.
Bus service to amalfi is a 10 minute walk from hotel. Bombarano itself is nice with useful shops, cafes, gelato and the restaurants were quite good. A really promising looking one was closed due to COVID. From Amalfi you can bus or boat to anywhere along the coast. We drove once but the roads are windy and parking expensive.

Beautiful B&B overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Best breakfast including omelettes, cakes and fruit. Hosts were delightful and helpful. Lots of free parking and every room has a private balcony. Small town nearby with good restaurants and close to The Path of the Gods for hiking. Narrow twisty road access.

Greeted upon arrival with complementary tea, coffee, beer, wine. Wonderful location, although narrow roads (consider renting a smaller car). Walking distance to village square and the beginning of a multitude of hiking trails. Very fresh and generous breakfast buffet included and extremely friendly and hard-working staff. Wonderful view of surrounding hills and villages from balcony rooms. Goof Wifi. Had a TV but never felt the need to turn it on. Peaceful, country setting with fruit trees (in season) and swimming pool and space to sit in the shade under a tree. A great base for exploring the Amalfi coast. I will be back ! (Lola the resident cat (she stays outside) is extremely friendly :)

We had two bedrooms with a beautiful bathroom. Very nice view. It is a little out of the way. Very quiet area. We would return without hesitation. Breakfast was good. There is nothing to complain about. The cost was very reasonable.

We stayed at Casa Pendola for one night in order to hike the Path of the Gods (il Sentiero degli Dei) the next morning. We arrived earlier than expected for check-in, and Antonella and her sister, Katerina, were extremely accommodating. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and great views from the balcony, and we appreciated Katerina's amazing breakfast the following morning.

Everything was great. Room was very clean and had a balcony with a great view. It is amazing how relaxing can be drinking a small espresso every morning on the balcony. Breakfast had a good assortment of cured meats, fruits (the figs from their garden were.so good). Loved the freshly squeezed blood orange juice. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the bathroom was spotless. Antonellla and Caterina were always smiling. They prepared breakfast for us every day. Caterina's tarts were so good.

Great place to stay, local restaurants were brilliant, staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help. Would have loved a balcony room, but otherwise facilities were great, pool lovely and clean, views wonderful. We hired a car, I think you would be lost without one. Amalfi and positano both about 30min drive along beautiful mountain and coast roads. Other beautiful little mountain villages about 10mins drive- check out Bomerano and San Lazzaro

I can say it was 5 star hotel on the mountain

High up on the hills you get a panoramic view across the valley to the sea. A lovely location with super people, convenient for the Amalfi coast, coastal towns and Napes, Vesuvius and Pompeii..
