This charming hotel exceeded my fairly high expectations. The rooms, the location, and breakfast were all just perfect. It deserves a 10 on these alone. But the best part is the hostess Elodie ; my wife and I both fell in love with her, you will too.

What an amazing find - Ypres was always a pleasurable place to visit but now i have found this superb hotel, it is now just so much better.
Elodie was a superb host and made the stay even more memorable. Nothing was too much and i thank you again for your thorough and pleasant manner.

Charming hotel. Elodie wonderful hostess. Breakfast delicious

Unbelievable, dedicated and passionate hotel lady, Eloodie ( I hope Not to screw up the spelling) is just the best. Assisted with directions, suggestions offered lovely hospitality drink. This you would think is more than enough but you get up for breakfast and you find she has a whole other level. Belgium waffles, cooked eggs etc, the cereal selection, the fresh fruit I can go on. She is a good promoter of local beers, reastaurants and delicacies. The only slight I would mention we like a little firmer bed & the a/c was working hard with 35 degree temps. That said we had a great sleep somaybe the bed was not such an issue. Ypres may be off the beaten path, but it is definitely a place we will make an effort to enjoy again. Just a great stay and the biggest part was Eloodie.

What a beautiful little boutique hotel with nice little touches everywhere. Excellent service from our lovely host Elody who could not do enough for us. From the welcome drink through to our last lovely breakfast was a magical two night stay. Can not recommend this hotel enough. Thank you Elody.

Lovely little hotel, very comfortable, central location, free minibar! Great hostess and excellent breakfast (no other meals served). Poor sterling/euro rate means its not cheap but a great place to stay.

Amazing boutique hotel, a stones throw from centre of town and the Menin Gateect. Elodie the owner was a delight, and the service was fantastic. Her breakfasts are wonderful, do try the eggs with truffle! The rooms a a bit special, decorated to a high standard, and every comfort is afforded, including tea/coffee/wine and a mini bar all complementary. The beds were so comfy, I could have stayed there all day, but if you do venture out, then town is just a short walk away. If small hotels had stars, then this would be a five. Only one caution (for info) there is no lift, so if you have any medical issues or problems with stairs, you might want to go for a ground floor room.

Great in-town location, breakfast was superb. I have never checked into a hotel before where the innkeeper offered a choice of local beer while explaining the sights in this wonderful town. This stay was simply wonderful!!!

Incredible hospitality in a storybook setting. Elodie was a wonderful host, providing us with welcome drinks, and the best meal we had in Belgium at breakfast. However, leave your heavy luggage behind!

It was the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Quirky, fun, wonderful service, great location. No detail overlooked. Just perfect.

Our visit to Ypres was very special as we were visiting the grave of my Great Uncle, who died 100 years ago on the 22nd October 1917. Also laid flowers during the ceremony at the Menin Gate in the evening. A very friendly caring town.

This was quite simply one of the best hotel experiences ever. The welcome, the decor, the food - all excellent. Wait theres more the owner stocks the mini and its all free (already included in the price). So we finished each hard day exploring with a perfect Trappist night cap.

A wonderful stay - great room and service. Breakfast extensive and appetising - hotel owner very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly stay there again and we are planning another visit next year. It is without doubt the best B and B that I have stayed in!

This hotel is truly a gem. The hotel Manager is the most welcoming, friendly lady who literally makes you feel at home. Room was amazing. Breakfast, welcome drink and whole experience was so amazing we asked to stay an extra night!

We had a fantastic time with Karine and Steffan at their very unique boutique hotel. The food, made by Steffen (as was the breakfast pottery) was fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel...a real treat and something completely different!

A really lovely little hotel. Made welcome from the minute we arrived. A perfect hostess who was helpful and knowledgeable re her city. Beautiful decor and rooms. Lots of little touches - complimentary minibar, Nespresso machine ....Breakfasts were among the best ever. Home made produce beautifully presented and top quality cooking. Would definitely recommend!

My only regret about our stay here was that we were only staying one night. Within minutes of arriving I wanted to stay longer. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed for the whole experience. It's not cheap so the average holiday maker may not stay here but as with all things life you get what you pay for and this was worth every penny.

We loved everything, everything about Main Street. Carine welcomed us and looked after us during our stay and was very informative and attentive. Rooms, breakfasts, attention to detail are fantastic! Detail of decor was amazing.

A stunning 6 room hotel Privately run by Corrine and her husband. They could not do enough for us, a nice welcoming chat and a drink and an introduction to the local area. Rooms are stunning and fully loaded, including a free mini bar in the room, fully stocked. Rooms are immaculately presented with stunning design and a very high standard personal touch. Breakfast is great, each one prepared just as you like it, you can have anything you want. Corrine even went out of her way and arranged a private guided tour of Ypres fields and memorial locations for my wife and I. The guided tour was fantastic and totally opened our eyes to just what went on in Ypres during the Great War. All in, I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone, a bit pricey but worth every penny.

Excellent accommodation, and warm, helpful owner - couldn't fault the place, and highly recommended. A 10 minute walk to Ypres centre, easy parking and exit from the town. Have never felt so welcome.

We enjoyed staying at this small hotel. The owner was very helpful and did everything to make our stay a great experience. The food was excellent and there was a good variety. The dining room overlooked a lovely patio garden.

We stayed one night here and can't wait to go back. Gorgeous, themed rooms, excellent breakfast, brilliantly attentive host and only a few minutes from the main square. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
