Staff was unable to locate our reservation. The room was visibly dirty, no wifi, large towel on the bed for a blanket, and a lock was broken on the door. Additionally, not a safe area for a lady traveling alone, which thankfully I wasn’t.

I stayed at the hotel in March 2020 when I visited the wonderful city of Phnom Penh and unfortunately I had a very disappointing stay. The main issues were as follows:- Rooms are absolutely filthy (please see photos that speak for themselves!)- The hotel charge a deposit, give no receipt, and then deny upon check out that you ever paid a deposit so in effect steal from their customers. - Daytime receptionist polite and friendly but night time receptionist is extremely, extremely, extremely rude! - Night time receptionist plays videos so loudly on her phone that it can be heard from guest rooms. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

I switch from Lucky Star to Lucky Star 3 is it is a new hotel and I was curious to see how I would like it it is basically the same design as Lucky Star to but the bed mattresses sheets and pillows were fantastic it was the most comfortable bed I've slept in in Asia it is a non-smoking Hotel which I appreciate it also they were only renting floors to the 7th floor but it does go to 10 I went up to 11 and got a view of the city in the Olympic Stadium that is it is not finished yet but what a wonderful View as in all Lucky Star Hotel sometimes they have wedding receptions but in my 10 years of staying there I have only quiet after 10 as I think that is the rule of the wedding receptions the staff is wonderful

Booked online and arrived late. Didnt seem to have my booking and the pictured hotel was full so I was told to go next door which is part of the complex I think. However they wanted me to pay which I didnt want to do as I had already paid online. Staff did not speak good English and I spoke to someone by phone and emailed my booking which got it sorted.Large room but not in particularly good condition or clean. Near the airport, a few dollars in a tuk tuk which is why I stayed. Booked same day as my prior accommodation had no air con or windows.Staff did seem helpful but I think had I stayed here as a female solo or inexperienced traveler might have felt very uneasy.

Thorouhgly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights.0lder but more interesting part of town. The general all day and night markets at the bottom street.Only $5usd 1/2 hour from airport. We walked to S-21 prison, $3or4usd by took took to Royal Pallace. 5 min walk from City Plaza supermarket for all European food.We arrived on a Sunday to a dozen weddings in progress as the street is all wedding venues.

Close to town, had all the amenities. Easy for tuktuk drivers to find which was a relief. Would have been nice if a laundry service was offered as I couldn't find one in Phnom Penh at all.

everything was fine here but its a bit of a ways from the real touristy area so walking it would not be convenient. All else was just fine.

We booked the room with furnished balcony. However, there was no any furniture on the balcony and it opened to a wall of half-constructed building so there was no any view and actually the balcony was useless.
Balconies with view seemed to start from next floor. The staff promised to change the room next day but it didn't happen.
Generally, the room was clean and very spacious.

The location is about a 3 dollar tuk tuk into the centre, but if you're planning on the killing fields etc then it's all dispersed outside of the centre anyway so you're going to spend on tuk tuks regardless. It's in a very 'local' part of town in the sense that some restaurants wing serve you if you're western. Bit off-putting. We managed ok though and area was quiet- which we wanted. The room did not exactly look like the online photos (photoshop!!), but it was adequate. Our main issue was that the maids did not sweep under the beds so there was rotting goodness knows what under there- which attracted ants! They were helpful enough to clear this up but it didn't completely get rid of the ant problem. This didn't ruin our stay and for £9 a night, I suppose it's to be expected, especially since the surrounding streets are in much worse state!

Not walking distance to city centre, only locals stay here and tuk tuk driver got lost taking us back and drove us around for a hour in what looked like a dark, dingy suburb. PLenty more right on waterfront you can turn up to and get a good price for.
