A Old but Big Rom, half of the electric contact didn’t work but we borrowed a ex cord and got it working. If you like party all night choice Nr 9 if not ask for a other room we had nosing ontil 3 am

The staff/manager is super friendly and very responsive. I booked a room with two beds and one sofa but was upgraded to a huge suite with more than four rooms for free. It becomes one of the highlights of this trip. The house is fenced, suitable for large family gatherings. Yes. The house is a bit old, rusty, but in decent condition. If you are very picky, you better pick a high-end hotel.

Room had mold, dirty sheets, hot upon arrival, tiles not properly placed… we were offered another room… similar condition but not as bad. I asked if I could get a refund and I was denied. I did not Stay the other night booked. It was horrendous!

Looks good from 100 feet, but... 1. No one was around at check-in time. 2. Had to make phone calls just to find out the plan. 3. The room door didn't shut properly. 4. Refrigerator door was also funky. 5. Walkway was unswept and had litter. 6. Caulking in the bathroom looked very amateurishly done. 7. Fascia stones are falling off. 8. The paved part of the parking area was dirty and unkempt, and the rest was unpaved and dusty. . Would have been okay at half the price. At the price they charge, unacceptable. The facility looks okay from a distance, but once I got up close, there were many uncorrected issues and flaws . I do not recommend this place. .

When we arrived at the lodge, we noticed there were a few Styrofoam containers in the fridge. We called the two numbers to ask where to dispose of them and never got a call back. There was no shower curtain and the drain guard was cracked with sharp edges. We did not get a call back on our request for extra towels, since the kitchen and downstair bathroom did not have any way to dry hands. The drive way was extremely difficult to get out of.

The owners need to completely and properly seal, patch, and paint the room we stayed in. Room locks and door were not even. But I was able to set dead bolt. Dishes were not pristine. Needed to have a brand new sponge in the kitchen waiting for us. Work is needed to reset tiles on viewing porch. Cushions on exterior chairs need to be replaced. Room was comfortable both noise level low enough and the air conditioning worked well. Dumpster needed emptying.

DONT COME HERE!!! PILLOWS HAD BLOOD! Pillows were so so dirty, we took pillow cases off and discovered the pillows having nasty yellow stains all over and two of the pillows had blood on them. The first cabin we stayed in #13 had only one AC in the living room, the fan only worked w/ the lights on. It was super hot everywhere else inside the cabin. The door knobs were about to fall off on each door and each door wasn’t able to close properly unless you shoved or pushed with force. WiFi had trouble connecting multiple times. Second cabin was worse. The lights didn’t work only a small lamp was working in the whole 1st floor, it was really dark none of the lights worked in the first floor. A lot of the lights in this cabin didn’t work at all. To make matters worse, the cabin wasn’t ready or “clean “ by the check in time, we had to wait 30mins in order for the cabin even though it was already 3pm. Once inside cabin, there were spider webs all over the cabin, restrooms were really hot with no ventilation, windows and window doors were really dirty, bed sheets smelled so bad. We slept with no pillows due to the pillows having blood and who knows what other type of stains. I found blonde hairs on the floor and the floor underneath the bed looked like it hadn’t been swept in ages. To put the cherry on top, as soon as we left food out ants began to appear all over our food as well as my dogs food. Chairs in living room were abt to break. Stairway looked like it was abt to break.

Our stay was comfortable. Plenty of room for our large family. The neighborhood was quiet,with stores & restaurants near by. Deer came to visit in the morning. And the lake is only a 7-10 minute drive.

Never again. Filthy room mold in bathroom. Air conditioner sub standard never did cool the room. Stayed for two hours had to leave and find another room. Told management of our concerns the Mgr wanted to argue with me. After leaving the hotel still billed me for 3 nights and refused to refund my money. Never again will I trust your ratings on hotels. Never..

Beware! This company is a scam. The photos in hotels.com is not actual photos. The photos look nice and clean but in real life they will give you a rundown foreclosed property that they just repainted. The ground of the property is unpaved. We left and demanded a refund to no avail.. You thought the address you type in is the actual address but it is their office with no markings at all of a business. They will give you another address to drive to. They will not refund you. Hotels.com unfortunately does not help you get refund as well. Book at your own risk. Dont say i didnt tell you so.

The pictures that were posted online are not what the property looks like. I took pictures from around the property because it’s a mess. Safety equipment in the pool area are not hung on the wall the bbq is ready to fall apart. There is cut tile from rooms laying around. There is just so many things wrong and paying top dollar it was rediculous. Not to mention I wanted to change my payment method when I checked in and was told no. You already paid so that’s the way it is. I was not happy with that at all. The check out rules posted in the room stating that you have to take out your own trash. Nope I don’t work there not doing their jobs for them

This place is a total dump! In total disrepair inside and out. No towel racks, no toilet paper holder, no where to hang anything. Everything except the sheets was FILTHY! The coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been washed in a very long time (dried up coffee in the pot) the warming burner was smashed down , the air conditioner was so dirty that it was blowing dust! The widow and sill were not clean! I could go on & on. We checked out after one night. The clerk gave me the owners# He said he’d give me a refund?
