This hotel is something else
Lots of fun people ( who return every year) great location, good entertainment, just perfect for friends and single travelers- great international people to meet
The hotel is older but has everything you need

We had a great week. The location is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was varied and tasty. The hotel is dated but for what you pay it is a very good value holiday.

The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach...it is a bit dated in the rooms but your not on holiday to be in your room i suppose 😂 pool area is nice plus drinks r always nice & cold which is a bonus.
The main thing letting the hotel down is the food its very repetitive and not the best in the forat place 😒

Excellent service! All staff were professional and friendly and on point. Everything is very convenient, walkable, easy to access. We loved the kids club as well!

The place is falling down.
Awful.food.
Lots of people falling ill.

Hotel is very old looking, in need of a revamp. Lifts constantly out of order and having to walk up seven flights of stairs all the time.
Also, food experience a lot of the same dishes was being served every day.
2.5
Nothig to point out. Lovely staff clean rooms, plenty of choice to eat and drink. Direct access to beach. Whatelse you need for a relaxing holiday.? Will come back again.

I’ve been to this hotel on few occasions and have always had a lovely holiday. The position of the property right on a beautiful beach, the food although very good a little repetitive the rooms r a little dated and in need of revamp but lovely and clean and staff can’t do enough for u if u need anything u just need to ask at reception and it gets sorted as soon as possible the views from my room was fabulous and very quiet loved my stay for much needed R&at and will definitely be staying again in the future!

Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was great with lots to choose from, the staff were really friendly. The hotel is beautiful in a stunning location although it could do with a little TLC. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you

We really wanted to spend a very relaxed and isolated holiday with our kids.
All services were easily accessible. We really enjoyed the stay
2.5
The hotel is huge and a bit old, some parts feel like 90ties, but overall good experience. The price beats little flaws.
Location is amazing, right on the beach and in national park. The dunes are right outside the hotel. We'll be back once we visit Fuerteventura.

The Kids club was fantastic along with excellent evening entertainment. The shows by the hotel entertainment team were wonderful and also kept young children engaged. The hotel in a fantastic location right on the beach with fantastic scenery and gorgeous walks along the sand dunes.

Nice stay at this hotel. Beautiful beach, clean facilities. Food got a little repetitive but was good quality and we always had something to eat. Pools were really nice especially the family pool which was heated. We were a little off season and there were always loungers available by the poolside. Staff was friendly.

Need to be renovate. Services is good but rooms are very bad ( broken door, beds are very olds and uncomfortable...). Noise is awful unfortunately...
Food is ok and people are very nice

We liked the wide variety of food options at each meal. The staff were very friendly. I mentioned that it was my birthday while on holiday and they left me a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.
The hotel is dated but we had everything we needed in our duplex apartment.
The main town of Corralejo takes an hour to walk to but it is a flat walk or you can get the no. 6 bus just up the road which runs regularly. I would recommend this hotel and would come back here again.

Positive:
The food: Very versatile and good
The view: The sea/beach/mountain view is fantastic.
The staff: Very helpful and multilingual
Negative:
The rooms: Somewhat worn and the air conditioning did not work well.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach only down side is it’s a bit dated room furniture stuck in the eighties

Had a lovely stay-staff were all lovely-hotel was very good, yes a little dated but for a 3star hotel you couldn’t fault it.
You would not go hungry as there was something for everyone at all meals

This large hotel does require some up grading but is spacious, well situated for beach lovers and the food and drink is very good. Staff very pleasant and all areas are kept very clean. About a one hour pleasant walk into town or a 10 euro taxi. The entertainment by in house team is pretty dire though.

It´s not very expensive hotel and all included breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also private restaurant which you book table at. That´s very nice and they really try to come with something different everyday. The staff is very nice and service is great. But it´s only 3 elevators for such a big hotel and one was always broken. The beds are not comfortable and the rooms are old.

We stay here primarily to train as athletes as the location on the beach/park is perfect! The trail runs over in the nature reserve are superb and there's the beach to relax on afterwards.
The staff are SO friendly with constant greetings from every cleaner, maintenance man, waitress - they're a hard working team who barely stop. They all run a fantastic hotel and the all-inclusive buffet is always perfect for refuelling us.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay again... and again...

Rundown hotel. Repetitive school buffet like food. No internet in the rooms, in 21 century!!!

The hotel is amazing with a nice sea view. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and food is nice.
2.5
The location of the hotel is sublime and the sea views picture perfect but need a bus 6 to get into Corralejo. BusStop is Los hoteles fare 1.40eu. The rooms are dark wood and dated but clean and functional. Food was varied and usual AI fare - no issue with food hygiene. Entertainment ok - mix of in house team efforts and external acts
4.0
Great hotel. The only thing I would suggest is more entertainment before the show. The show isnt until 9:15 so you are hanging around. You have to get your seats early to get goods ones.
5.0
Loved the location, food was really good.
2.5
Really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food available from early morning to late at night included a very wide selection at breakfast, lunch, dinner along with additional continental breakfast available until lunch and snacks throughout the day. The "fancy" restaurant which required a booking was great and nice break from the main dining room.
Pool and breach area really nice and generally had loungers available. Plenty of parking and the rest of the island was easily accessible by car and/or bus.
The dunes and surrounding area including the beach is beautiful. We stayed as part of a wider trip to Lanz/Fuerta and really enjoyed it.
Only criticisms would be the decor which is dated and fact that there is no-wifi in rooms (wifi worked well around the ground floor and other common areas).
Would certainly return and recommend. Great value too.

Stayed for 4 nights and are very happy with my stay. Food was very good, staff friendly and it’s located perfectly for anyone who loves the beach (like me). Gym and rooms could maybe be a little updated but not necessary. Would definitely come back!

Amazing value for money, all staff were very helpful and friendly at all times, great food and drink selection and definitely best location for the beach
