I HAVE STAYED MANY TIMESIN THE PAST AND I CAN NOT FAULT IT FOR PRICE.AND I HAVE STAYED IN MANY PAIGNTON HOTELS SO COMPERED TO OTHERS IT IS FIRST CLASS ALSO THE BREAKFAST SERVED IS A LARGE ONE AND VERY TASTY AND SETS YOU UP FOR DAY

A lovely little b&b, the lady who looked after us was really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious. The room was a little bit on the small side, but it was clean, and had everything in it you could want.we really did enjoy our stay. Highly recommend people try it out

I HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND IT FIRST CLASS AND I HAVE STAYED IN MANY IN TOBAY OVER THE YEARS. IT IS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY I CAN NOT FIND ANY FAULTS THE ONLY TROUBE IS PARKING CAR AS THERE IS ONLY ON STREET PARKING TO FIXED TIMES

Had a lovely stay in this homely b&b. Comfortable bed, spacious room, the breakfast was great, Jo, the owner, catered for me as a vegan. To top it all off there's a resident cat who makes the stay even better.

A pleasant few nights, very quiet and in a good location close to the beach and town centre. The hosts were friendly and happy to mind our luggage for a few hours both before and after our stay (train strikes meant we had to travel down earlier than expected). Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in a single ensuite room, top floor. Very quiet , clean and comfortable. Our host served a very tasty freshly cooked full english breakfast each morning. Really looks after her guests very well, thanks.

Really lovely small BnB, excellent breakfast. Jo is very knowledge about the local area and public transport which was very useful. Rooms, corridors and breakfast space all very clean and tidy. Couldnt fault anything

Me and my miss arrived around 3am and there was a drunk guy in the hall way just inside the first door stood by the keys and when asked him to move so we could get to our room he refused and was being argumentative and was appearing aggressive so we had no choice but to leave and couldn’t get into the room I paid for

Very convenient for South Coast Championship Regatta field for boats & trailers and beach. Good breakfast. Very friendly welcome and send off. Would definitely use again!

Could not ask for more... Genuinely felt like home from home. Breakfast was the best I've had for a long while (I travel a lot, and breakfast is my fav) What an absolutely lovely place and fantastic lady running it! Will definitely return if in area! Short walk to beach, shops, restaurant banks etc...

Enjoyed our stay. Got off to a great start, on arrival our rooms were ready and we could go to our rooms 3 hours early. On leaving our bags we’re looked after allowing us more free time. Enjoyed breakfast and service. Hot food and hot service. Very good stay

Lovely, tidy, well maintained property. Stayed in room 1 for 4 nights which was a double ensuite. Smelt fresh and clean yhroughout property. The temperature in room and breakfast room was owrfect for me and it was nice that the window opened fully as opposed to part way. Free breakfast was perfect and nothing too much trouble. Short walk to seafront and harvester both approx 100 yrds away if that. VUE cinema aleo in same locality. Def book agaib if i return to paignton

Jacaranda guest house is comfortable and clean. Jo and Carl are very welcoming and the breakfast if excellent. Very extensive choice on menu. Fruit bowls fresh and fill a whole cereal bowl! Generous portions.Single en-suite room is fine. Very nice fresh coffee bag (proper one, not instant) and hot chocolate on room tray with tea bags etc.Very good value guest house with nice room touches. I look forward to returning again - very soon!

Travelling with two children. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. They've clearly gone to a lot of trouble to make the stay relaxing despite the covid restrictions.The room was spotless, great shower, telly and bunks for the kids. We all slept really well and I actually had to wake up the kids one morning which is unheard of!The hotel is perfectly situated, across the road from the main beach and the play park as well as the train station, harbour and other amenities, so really easy to entertain ourselves and travel around the coast to explore. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice including a delicious and refreshing fresh fruit salad and caters for vegetarian / intolerance including veggie sausage, dairy free butter and milk.Due to Covid we had to order breakfast the day before but it was no hardship and the kids enjoyed having the choice to build their own breakfast.The hotel is close to supermarkets if you want to make picnics.Travelling with kids can be tricky, Jo and Carl treated my kids like any other guests which the kids really appreciated.Two happy children makes for a relaxed mum! All in all a great trip.
