Beautiful, historical space in an amazing location

We loved everything about our stay. The host is amazing, the beds are comfortable, the location is perfect. We loved being in such a special and historical place.

The only thing I would change is that you had to go through the bedrooms to get to the bathrooms. We are a close family but not that close ; We were able to make it work and it was a minor detail. Loved this hotel and would definitely come back.

Big apartment with comfort, hot tub and great location

The apartment was really spacious and comfortable in a great location opposite the Pitti Palace and very close to Ponte Vecchio and Boboli Gardens. Some reviews stated they could not work the large hot tub - the plug needs to be up near the top to seal, not pressed down like normal- in the hot weather we ended up using it as a cool tub! Really good feature. The kids loved the fact their room had 2 double beds and ours was excellent. Intriguing decoration throughout and easy access 24/7, would thoroughly recommend. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

It is south of the river and most sights are north, so bear in mind is some walking - can be a challenge at 37 degrees centigrade! Given the heat free water could have been supplied each day rather than just say 1 - not a big deal as cheap and easy to buy bottled water.

Good experience, however a bit noisy as you could hear your neighbor.

Breakfast was delicious, however, a bit pricey for the full breakfast. It would be nice if they just offered a breakfast which included an egg and toast with fresh fruit and coffee for half the price.

I did not like that people were walking through the breakfast room from their own rooms while we were eating.

The beautiful rooms and location of this place make it a fine choice for your stay in Firenze!

The apartments are positioned directly across the street from Pitti Palace. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious with a large bedroom and bed, full dining area with small fridge, and a large bathroom with shower and double sinks. There aren't any views to be had from this location, unless you like viewing the Palace, however there are plenty of places to eat nearby and the train station is a 20 minute walk away. I selected this place because the rooms looked like they would give a perfect feel of Florence Italy, and they did not disappoint!

Very dated, decor feels more like grandma's home than cool kind of dated. The shower is absolutely horrible to use, feels like something from 1940. Bonus: Bathroom door is huge and... transparent! :(

Magical

Gorgeous heritage property (with AC!!!) right next to the Palazzo Pitti and walking distance from Santo Spirito; close enough to the Uffizi and all major landmarks. Letizia and the entire team were amazing and incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

There was a slight issue with the shower when we arrived - however this was attended to pretty quickly. Minor electrical issue too - easy fix and expected since this is a heritage property. Overall, next to no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Regal yet comfortable apartments that may you feel you are a local

The rooms are beautiful. They have an elegance that fits well with the theme of the Piazza Pitti Palace just across the street. I loved that the the room had an apartment feel. It really helped me feel that I was living in a residence in Florence and not a tourist. The staff was exceptional in helping us with all of our needs form holding our luggage, sourcing places to eat and calling cars to bring us to where we needed.

The only difficulty was the distance to the center of Florence. We ended up doing a lot of walking but they were wonderful trips across all of the bridges like the Ponte Vecchio across the River Arno.

This is a very special place, you can breathe all the history that’s behind the palace. The suite was excellent, beautiful decor and magnificent wall paintings.Great bathrooms and jacuzzi is a plus.The staff is super friendly and very helpful, would recommend this place 100%.
