The absolute best hotel in Bangkok and one of, if not, the best hotel experience I’ve had. Rooms are amazing, food is excellent, staff are great. One of the best locations in central Bangkok. Will go hear every time I come to Bangkok.

Fantastic hotel with great location. The staff were amazing, from the general manager who always was around to check on our family to the front staff to the cleaners. My daughter fell ill and the hotel organised a doctor but also regularly checked up on to ensure that all was well. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for stay in Bangkok. Has a good Club Lounge (not that big) with very varied food & drinks. Pool has a nice view but is on the north side of the building. Room is full of pleasant surprises and has a great view

The Okura team were all very knowledgeable and super helpful. The rooms were good size but some parts you can tell is a little old and worn. Good selection of international breakfast., didn't have time to try the traditional Japanese breakfast. WiFi can be a little spotty. Beautiful swimming pool. Great location as it right next to an BTS skyline station. Highly recommend

The hotel staff’s service, the amenities, the location and the breakfast buffet make this hotel an absolute must for visitors. It was our first time to Bangkok and we are so glad we found this place on hotels.com. The weight room, outdoor pool, sauna and steam room were all excellent. The hotel staff was incredible, extremely responsive. The hotel is in a great location, literally across the street from a giant shopping mall, a close walk to the US Embassy, and a nice walk to one of the bigger parks in Bangkok. Highly recommend!

Probably the best hotel I stayed in the 43 countries I visited. From the hotel, facilities and staff. If I could give this hotel a 6 out of 5 star, I would! I came back to Bangkok to visit my partner and I had to extend my stay on 3 different occasion. The staff was super accommodating and made my stay a wonderful experience to remember. My partner and I stayed at the prestige suite and I highly recommend to any traveler. To the entire staff from the front desk, bartenders, restaurant waiters, gym and pool facilitators and bell hop. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. Will be coming back to the Okura whenever I'm back in Bangkok.

The best hotel I stayed in the 43 countries I've been to. The service is first class. I stayed here for a romantic trip and had to extend my stay in two separate occasion. The amazing staff at Okura Prestige Bangkok were extremely accommodating and made my experience for my partner and I truly amazing. The infinity pool is truly remarkable (day and night time). But I truly love the "Prestige Suite, 1 King Bed" room I stayed in. The view will take your breath away. Anytime I come back to Bangkok, the Okura will be where I will stay at. Also a huge thank you to all of the staff from bell hop, bartenders, room service and cleaning staff. A remarkable experience and stay!

Simply amazing. The staff members were polite, and the hotel condition was extremely well-kept. The breakfast buffet was to die for, and the spa service was out of this world. Their Japanese restaurant, Yamazato, was probably the best Japanese restaurant that provided unbelievable Teppanyaki experience. Lastly, the 33rd floor club lounge staff always provided the best service whenever I visited in such a serene and peaceful setting. I will not hesitate to stay at the Okura Prestige Bangkok again next time when I visit Thailand. Indeed, I already plan to visit again next year.

It was my third visit and convinced Okura is a gem. The service is always consistent: friendly and accommodating staff. In particular, I want to single out Assistant Front Desk Manager Bo and her team. You make the guests feel welcome from check in to check out! I also want to send a big mahalo (Hawaiian for thank you) to Namtip, my housekeeper, who kept my room clean and comfy during my stay! Thank you to the staff at the Club Lounge…your service is exceptional! The daily breakfast buffet at Up and Above is amazing; what an awesome selection! The staff (waiters and chefs) do a great job taking care of not only me but all the guests who were there when I was! La Patisserie on the ground level is an absolute must! The pastries are an astronomical delight! Finally, thank you to GM Nick. You are always present, taking the time to greet guests and assist your team members! It happened daily! You are an amazing part of Okura. You not only make the guests feel welcome, but you set a great example for the employees. Everyone has a role in Okura’s success but it always starts at the top! Thank you for another excellent stay. As I told Nick (and others), this time I stayed at Shangri-la for my first 4 nights. It does not compare to Okura even one tiny bit! I’ll be back! This is one awesome hotel. You will be hard-pressed to find a better one in Bangkok. The gym and pool are amazing, staff friendly and super-helpful and the room was ridiculously comfortable. It is also right next to the train station and very convenient to night life. I like to try new hotels each time I visit Bangkok, but I think this is my permanent stay now.

An excellent stay. The room was very confortable, spacious, and quiet. The blackout curtains work well to keep the room dark in the morning, and the shower pressure was very good. We had a little problem with the aircon, and I commented on the hotel.com check in feedback form, intending to ask the front desk for help when I headed out, but amazingly, the technician was at the door within 20 min, and managed to adjust the room temperature to a cooler setting for us. I was really impressed with the speed of response. They offer a turn down service, and the signature orizurus were a really nice touch. The pool was spectacular, and there was both a steam room and a dry sauna. The gym looks well equipped although I did not use it. The hotel is well located, connected to phloen chit bts via a walkway (exit 2). I will come back again.

GM Mr Hammer leads by example and can be regularly seen around the hotel including clearing tables like any of his other team members. After a slight hiccup I was upgraded to a much nicer room due to several issues with the first room. Hotel is getting a tad tired and the lounge food and drinks would benefit from an upgrade; or at least a new menu after 3 years of the same offerings. Location wise the hotel cannot be faulted in anyway.

the hotel is near a mall, has access to groceries, food court, shopping. Restaurant options near the area are a bit limited. (But again ,there is the food court) . The hotel breakfast offer is excellent. Very good quality despite it being a buffet. The rooms are spacious. Service is very good. I asked for a baby cot and the a full set of baby "equipment" came with it. Including bottle steamer.

The Okura Prestige is worth every penny! You can't beat the location (along the Sukhumvit corridor), adjacent to the BTS and MRT (public transportation) as well as taxi, tuk tuk and motorbikes. There's also a 7-11, Dean and Delucca and a drug store on the ground level. There are multiple malls nearby as well as restaurants, bars and massage shops. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable and the housekeepers do an amazing job! A special thank you to Namthit, who attended to our every need during our stay! Okura has extremely friendly and accommodating staff: from the bellmen to the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant and Club Level crews: (another special thank you to Rainie, Bambi and Rujiko of the Club Level: You took great care of us every night!! There's a small, but adequate pool and gym and several restaurants to choose from. The main restaurant breakfast buffet is outstanding: there's something to meet everyone's pallet: Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Western! The Wi-Fi works really well, however, it's time to update the USB ports and other electrical outlets, particularly those near the desk area. I highly recommend a stay at the Okura Prestige Bangkok. The VIP benefits were denied base on rule of availability. I had to prove property that on their website and Expedia the next level room for upgrade was available for the dates I was staying and there were multiple rooms. After a long discussion and showing on my phone the availability, I was them giving the room upgrade. I felt un appreciated, lie to and make a fool. I guess should not had to verify if the hotel is telling the trust on room upgrade availability especially a 5 start Hotel that should have a reputation and standard to uphold by. This is very disappointing, specially for a 5 start Hotel.

Top notch service. What a great breakfast with a variety of options. Service is 5 star by the staff which are well trained. Connected to BTS for convenient transportation. Hotel is quiet. Price is very good for value. One of the better hotels in the area. What can be improved is inside of the hotel rooms. Wooden furniture scratched up and sink drain cover loose. Overall, no other issues.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is amazing from the first floor concierge to hotel lobby staff. I saw someone had vonitted in the elevator (Saturday, 3am) and five minutes after I told front desk it was already cleaned with no evidence of it.

The stay is very good services, but we found there is a breakfast charges which is we didn’t have it along our stay when we check out, staff immediately fixed the problem. Other than that this hotel is perfect.
