Love city, does not like service at all

Overall, this hotel was a great place to stay as it is in the heart of Old City Valencia. Tons of restaurants very close by and it was close to the City Hall where we caught the bus to get to the beautiful beaches. The only weird thing that they didn’t tell us about was that we couldn’t check in at the actual hotel — once we got to the hotel there was a message on the door that told us that we have to walk about 6 mins away to actually check in. Having sod that the ladies at the check in hotel were super friendly and told us how to navigate the city including what bus number and where to get the bus to the beaches. Beware there are no safes in the room to store your valuables but it is a very safe hotel.

Good hotel, quiet.
Note: check in is necessary to go Tapineria.

Listing wasn't very accurate so we did not expect no reception and staff on site. Rooftop was locked one day which was very disappointing. When open it looks nothing like the photos. Nice though to have access to outdoors and privacy.

The location of the hotel is perfect, you are right in the center of the city. I was on the 4th floor and fortunately there is an elevator. The room is not very large and perfect for traveling solo or as a couple. If you are traveling with someone, please note that the bathroom is open and therefore you have no privacy. The room was cleaned every day

We didn’t know “reception” is in another building 6 mins walk away. Lucky the cleaner called someone to bring out. And pass code to get into building. Room ok . Breakfast is basic but for 8 Euro it’s good.
Staff very friendly… had to use the translator on phone to communicate as my Spanish is small and their English is even less. Accidentally mixed up the plastic room cards and couldn’t get in… thank god another guest gave me the address to the other building to key a new plastic key…. I hate those things…. Bring back proper metal keys….. the area is beautiful, clean, safe and so many restaurants and cafes. 3 min walk to the hop on hop off bus.

Terrible checkin process, thin walls you can hear everyone farting, broken doors, dirty nasty place

Horrible hotel. Super tiny compared to pictures and reception is on another hotel. You have to walk with your suitxases to the other hotel and back. Super inconvenient.

This property is located in a pedestrian part of the city. You will have to walk your luggage in and you will have to check in at a completely different location also on foot. The condition of the shower was terrible, water damage to the walls and sliding door. In general the property is worn, marks on the furniture, light fixtures that are just horizontal flourescent bulbs mounted to the walls.

There was a funny smell in the room. The bed was very soft and sunken in the middle. The bathroom was in poor condition.

Clean. Only the extra way to pick up the Lex is a bit anoying

Big room with comfy bed and generous sized bathroom. A couple of minutes walk from all of the attractions, shops, eateries and bars. The room had a sliding door that connected to the next room. It was secure, but could hear everything that was going on so had broken sleep. Bathroom a bit grubby around the edges (limescale and loose shower fittings). Is also above a club. With all that in mind, I wouldn't stay again.

Nice room style: wide and modern.
Should need something to support more shampoo and bath gel in the bathroom.
The hotel is very comfortable, expecially in the summer hot days it’s always fresh!
Breakfast is good also!

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room was dirty an worn down. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything happening in the room next door. The housekeeper took our towels without replacing them with new ones and since the hotel is unattended we were not able to get new ones…

The location is good. The room first given to us was not as we expected from the pictures shown on your site. After discussion we were moved to a room which was suitable. Large room. Large bed. En-suite could do with deep clean in the corners and walls. Shower door didn't close and there were lose tiles on the shower floor. Just a bit grubby. Our room had a connecting door to the room next door and on the last night of our stay the occupants got back to their room at 4am Monday morning and we could hear everything they were saying. Seemed like no sound proofing on the sliding door between each room. Shame as up to that night there was no problem with noise even though the rooms are located above a night club which stays open until late.

The hotel room is very straight to the point. My remote control didn't have batteries, we were missing hand soap and the heater was not working properly. The room was very small and we had to walk to another location to pick up our room key and get the code to enter the hotel. The WIFI was okay, but not the best.
Overall, the hotel is fine if you are not looking for anything special.

Really nice and clean room. Fresh sheets and towels. Located in the city center! Check-in was at 2pm, we arrived earlier but could leave our luggage. Easy check-out, you just have to leave the key a special box.
It’s an open shower (no curtains) so everything gets wet but the bathroom is big enough so we didn’t bother. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast. Very little and all pre packed food. There are places enough in the area with amazing and affordable food!
Would go back to Cosy Rooms Embajador!!

Very small room no place to put items shower flooded the bathroom floor and leaked out in the room towards entry door. Ruined my cloth backpack and book as I had sat them on the floor ready to leave . The side of the bathroom door was mouldy from previos leaks. Room was clean I did report shower to staff. Room206 staff very helpful.

Very good location to explore central Valencia one street back from main road so no trafic noise. The bathroom is ready for refurbishment. Very little space so only suitable for short stays.

Location wise it was perfect. Sitting in the heart of the old town almost everything is within walking distance. The only sites that were far away were the beach and the aquarium. The room itself was beautiful but not practical. The bed was comfy and the views from the balcony were perfect but there was only 1 tiny bin in the bathroom and no waste bin for the rest of the room. Also there was only 1 chair available which made sitting at the balcony difficult since I was there with my girlfriend. The partition between our room and the neighboring room wasn’t sound proofed but thankfully we didn’t have very noisy neighbors this time.

Excellent choice, great value for money. Everything was perfect except, a blonde, short haired lady of about 50 years old at reception. She checked us in, and was in a horrible mood, fighting with the other staff members, ignoring us clients. She is the only liability in the whole place as far as we could see.

Room was small but nice. The bed is fantastic !
Location in the middle of town at affordable prices.
What is not good ?
- WiFi is non existent. Worked for 30 minutes in 72 hours.
- Breakfast is terribile. First day the breakfast room did not open, so went somewere else. The other days took a tea and left. Nothing fresh, no cheese, ham or fruits only pre fab long lasting tiny croissants and (white) bread. Missed chance.

Clean and cosy room in the heart of Ciutat Vella - would definitely stay here again! Picking up check-in card is at a different location but only 5 minute walk away (stated on hotel info so we were aware). The reception at check-in was very helpful to provide us with a map and recommendations!

The bathroom need tile repair and more towel racks in the bathroom. No space or rack for opening luggage.

Overall the hotel looked good - until we got to our room. It smelled like mold and it was really humid and warm in the room. Also the toilet without a door was a bit weird for us so to say :D
