Great location, great communication.super clean and very responsive host. If we areback to Lisbon we will certaimly rebook and highly recommend. Use the parking of Camores whch is 4 minutes away but better than the one across from the loft.

Apartment was very spacious for a family of 6. It was clean and had a well appointed kitchen and baths. The location was excellent with many good restaurants and cafes and within walking distance to many sites in Lisbon. Public transportation was also easy to access. Although we didn't see anyone from the company on site, they were very responsive to my request for transportation to the airport. It was arranged easily and promptly. Overall a wonderful experience!

Really great location. Quiet yet in a gun area. Enjoyed the keyless entry features. Property was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location, design, cleanliness and comfort offered by the apartment were all excellent; one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. The only suggestion is to enhance the channel of communication with owner to beyond phone calls. As we were travelling using data plan without local SIM card, communication via phone calls was not convenient for us.

Lovely apartment in a great location of Lisbon! We were able to walk or catch Ubers/trolleys very easily from this location. So many wonderful restaurants, café nearby. The apartment was a two bedroom two bath on the third floor. There was an elevator to use if needed for caring up luggage. Unlike regular vacation rentals with a long stay, after a couple days, we were given the option to have fresh towels, cleaning, at no charge. We loved the little welcome gift of a bottle of wine when we arrived, along with some teas and coffees. Little touches like available umbrellas and great maps in apartment help us as well. It was a place we would happily stay again in.

Apt was in great condition with modern amenities including a kitchen, washing machine and AC in all rooms. Great location in the city with tons of restaurants and shops in immediate walking distance. The property uses a smart app lock for self check in and while we initially had problems getting it to work on my Android phone, it worked fine with my wife's iPhone. There were provided hotel style NFC cards that could then be used to unlock the doors which we used during our stay.

Alexandre and the team were so kind and helpful…they even helped book restaurant reservations for us. The location was very central and walkable to much of the city. And they came halfway through our stay to refresh the towels, paper products, and coffee. It was clean and comfortable, with all the basics you need, plus more. I would definitely stay again and hope to do so sooner than later!

This property is in a prime location and you can walk everywhere. We drove in from the airport and it’s a little tricky because you can’t drive on the street where the apartment is located. The place was clean and had all of the amenities. It was a great experience.

My wife really liked this place and that says a lot! The apt. Was recently redecorated and was very nice. The owners provided a bottle of wine which was great. The apt was on a hilly street that could be a challenge for someone older. There were several restaurants nearby and they were all good.

The apartment was fantastic - wonderful location, easy access/check-in/communications. They really thought of everything - the kitchen has everything you need, and lovely furnishings throughout, all well-kept. Shopping and restaurants all within an easy walk - we couldn't say enough good things about it and would definitely stay there again if ever back in Lisbon.

What an incredible stay in the heart of Lisbon. Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? Firstly a seamless arrival in the heart of the city, away from the most touristy parts but still in a buzzing area with great links around the city. Secondly, a beautiful apartment, massively spacious and well laid out with lovely furnishings, bedroom at the back of the house so nice and quiet with a balcony in the living area out into the street. A dream. The icing on the cake, the people managing the apartment were so incredibly kind and helpful offering tips and advice when asked and even going the extra mile to print some documents for us which we urgently needed. All done with a smile and good nature. Honestly, this couldn't be a more perfect stay. What a place!

They had someone there to help us enter apartment. Apartment was beautiful! They came back and reset the wifi multiple times until it worked for us. They gave us information on areas to explore and restaurants, all very helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a family vacation and was very pleased with the apartment. Laurine was a very good host and gave us plenty of tips for places to visit and eat. We were allowed to check-in early and had the option of leaving our bags in hold at check-out. The apartment is really well located to visit all the main tourist attractions. I would stay here again if I go back to Lisbon.
