The communication with manager was good but the apartment smelled of bad dog odor, especially the couch we got many flea bites. Also, the pool was cloudy and people swimming all hours of the night.

The manager was amazing and so helpful she checked on us each day to see if we okay and needed anything..we loved the apartment, the grounds, pool ease of getting to the beach were all excellent We definitely give this place 5 Stars

I liked that it had beach access across the street, and great restaurants, grocery store and shopping were in walking distance.

It was a comfortable place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful! the pool and surrounding area were fun and inviting. It was close to the village and all the great shops and restaurants.

Location is fantastic and Roberto was truly helpful, kind and welcoming. The unit however is in need of deep detailing. Sheets were stained. My pillow sheet was stained with blood that had turned brown. The pull out sofa in living room was unhygienic. When we pulled out the sofa to convert it to a bed, I immediately regretted having done that and placing kids to sleep on there due to the amount of vomit/dried up liquid… who knows what it was but it was rough to look at. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was the lack of cleanliness. We made do and the place itself isn’t bad however I sadly would not return to this location.

We enjoyed our stay. Two bedrooms, a little kitchen and a small living area. Easy to walk to restaurants, grocery, beach, etc
The unit we stayed in needs some maintenance. Both bedroom doors were hanging off the top hinge. We used a knife and tightened the screws but they fell out again before our stay was over. One towel was not clean (it was gross). The ice cube trays in the fridge are all broken so it leaks out water into the bottom of the freezer. If they do some regular maintenance it's a great place to stay. The pool is great.

The property was very clean and spacious for our big family. Roberto greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the property. He was always around and available for answering any questions. The property was such a short walk to the beach and even a short walk to the nearby restaurants. It was a great location for morning walks and walking to one of the best coffee shops around. The location was great, the property itself and Roberto was great. Would definitely book again!

At first it was upset cause they moved me from the original location. But the landlord was accommodating and gave us a bigger place right by all the restaurants and shops in Sarasota. Landlord was a bit unorthodox but overall a good guy. We had a blast !!

TL;DR: As a family with young children, I would not go back to this place. But if I was still in my 20s and looking for a place to crash with friends, I would, for the right price.
Location is the best thing about this place. It's across the street from Beach Access #9. It's close enough to the village (restaurants and shops) to walk, although we drove.
Amenities were good. Love the pool and nice to have carts & gear to take to the beach.
Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floors were really dirty with food crumbs, hairs, visible wrappers behind furniture etc. Thankfully Roberto was extremely quick to reply & cleaned the floor right away. But still, when paying the amount I did for 3 nights, I expect clean floors.
Bed Comfort: Purely subjective, but the beds were awful. Extremely firm mattress. A foam topper would be nice.
Shower: The shower is remodeled and was very clean. But the shower head was infuriatingly bad. The water pressure is extremely slow in the shower. It takes forever to wash long hair. I had to fill little cups of water and use that to wash off my hair. It's also a chore to get sandy little kids showered with this sparse and slow flow.
Overall Maintenance: The place looks like it was recently remodeled, but not frequently maintained. Examples: Broken outlet plate within toddlers reach, very dirty air filter, nasty dishwasher filter, window locks broken, faulty deadbolt, stinky smell coming from the fridge exhaust.

Property was heavily misrepresented by online photos. Place was disgusting, filthy, and smelt horrible. We arrived to dirty/ stained sheets as well as heavily stained mattress protectors. Once we retrieved replacement sheets ourselves, we realized the mattresses were stained even worse. We were offered a minimal cleaning fee refund from the owner. Wouldn't recommend to anyone or there families. If there was availability at other rentals I would have Paid double To take my family elsewhere.

I love this place!! I just stayed at the room for 12 with my friends and it was so much fun. The property manager was so nice and helpful. The place was super cute and it had a small but nice pool with an amazing black stone grill that we used for a barbecue one day. The beach was literally across the street and wasn’t too bad of a walk to town. I will be coming back for sure!

Lana chose the Ringling Beach House for the location and the reviews. Wow! What a wonderful place. Roberto welcomed us as we were getting out of the car. Super nice guy. Gracie Mille!! Located across the street from public access to the #1 beach in America! Perfect! He even has a wagon for each condo with chairs and umbrella. The condo was amazing. The Clown condo was spacious and clean, no issues. Full kitchen with everything you need is a plus, even a great ice maker. If you want to sit in the beach house pool after a hot day at the beach, you and the kids will enjoy it. Nice! Night life at the Village was a good time. 10 min walk to the right as you leave the beach house. 10 minutes to the left, you can enjoy a large drum group on Sunday evenings. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying at Ringling Beach House. Roberto is very accommodating and the location is great. It’s located directly across the street from beach access 9 and a short walk to the Village where all of the shops, bars, and restaurants are.

This property is ideal for a quick, inexpensive get-away. It’s located just across from public beach access #9. They provide you with a wagon, chairs and umbrella. The pool area is nice and shaded with several places to lounge. It’s a short 10 minute or less walk to Siesta Key village which has several dining and drinking options as well as groceries and shopping. This is not a 5 star resort, so if you’re looking for a place to lay your head that’s convenient and affordable, this is a great option.
