One of the worst stays I have ever had at any property. I woke up the next morning with no water to flush the toilet, shower or brush my teeth. I checked with the front desk and they are aware that there are issues with low water pressure or no water at all from time to time. They didn’t apologize or offer me any type of compensation. I have stayed at this property multiple times before and never encountered this type of problem or attitude from the staff. I reached out to Hotels.com for assistance and they tried to contact the manager, NO RESPONSE! I travel to the area several times a year for business meetings and will never stay there again! I will also let my colleagues know of this situation and lack of response!

Front desk personnel were not as helpful or knowledgeable as expected. Daily housekeeping wasn’t available, had to request linen changes and paper items. We decided to check out at 5am and front desk personnel wasn’t at the front desk and found asleep at a desk located in a section behind the reception area. Curtain room divider shown in online site photos was missing and we were told that it missing for safety reasons. The kitchen area in our room was great and was the highlight of our stay!

Bathroom was covered in mold, carpet missing by the bed, room was very noisy with traffic noise.

The elevator was not working at check-in. We had to wait for the elevator to be "reset". When we did finally get on the elevator, we traveled to the 4th floor where our room was, the elevator began to violently shake and smoke. The doors did finally open and we were able to make it to our room. We called the front desk, who did not seem very interested. Needless to say, we took the stairs down the next morning, checked out, and will never be checking in there again.

I arrived about 7 PM. Once I got my room key and headed up the elevator, I was surprised to see the multiple large bags of trash in the elevator foyer. More trash and a roller buggy in the hallway. The carpet was dirty and all of it needed to be clean. I kind of expected my shoes to be sticky when I got to the room. Room carpet was dirty as well, the thermostat was nearly falling off the wall and the refrigerator compressor made substantial noise every time it turned on.

The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the floor of the room was very sticky when we arrived, there was no shampoo in the dispenser, and the window was badly cracked. But a comfortable bed and great breakfast were redeeming.

Worst experience with a Hilton property. It was old and outdated, but moreover it was dirty. The rooms look nothing like described in photos. The property as a whole felt unsafe. The customer service was almost as bad. Very disappointing

The front desk manager, Schelerria was unnecessarily rude when asked her name. Was simply requesting a late check-out and she refused her name 3 times with an attitude. The worse encounter I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. Resulted in getting the late check out, but common courtesy is to provide your name, especially upon request.

This Home Suite 2 was not like any other. The rooms reminded me of a motel the bathrooms were ok. I didn't like the red walls. I would only stay here if I had no other choice. Air conditioner unit had a big piece missing and the room has a smell. It didn't feel clean. But the front desk clerk was very nice and gave me another room. I felt a little bit more comfortable

First I had booked a King bed and when I arrived it was a double Queen. Went to call the service desk only to realized the phone didn’t work. Did some investigating myself only to see the end of the phone line was tucked under the bed frame to make it seem like it was plugged into a Jack or something, BUT only to realize there was no phone Jack at all behind the bed. Found a phone Jack across the room by the tv so I moved the phone and plugged it in only to realize the phone or the Jack didn’t work at all. So had to go down to the service desk and speak with the polite lady at the desk. Also the doo to our room, which are metal doors, was hanging up on the door frame so you had to literally push the door close with some heavy force and make sure it closed or your room could be entered if not closed by force. Second, obviously they had satellite cable or whatever. My wife and I were watching a good movie and a small thunderstorm came the tv reception kept losing reception for minutes at a time every few minutes which made us miss a lot of the movie. So I give this place 2 stars ONLY because the staff was nice!!

The dishwasher was full of water and leaking. Maintenance did look at it right away but was unable to fix it. I said we were only staying one night so it really didn’t matter. He did volunteer another room but we were unpacked so it was fine.
