Bed bugs infested! When we checked out on Monday 10/28/24, we thought it might have been mosquitoes, but after arriving home and going to emergency care, it’s bed bugs! We reserved four rooms and two were infested with bed bugs, all rooms on the same floor. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Well, the room was very nice and the bathroom was well equipped, but there was no shower chair for the shower for the handicapped room that we requested. And the bed was a king horrible. It was like being in a taco shell. You sat down on it and you fell to the middle. My sister and I were sharing the room. And it was very uncomfortable. I'd have the roll up hill. Just to get turned Uber very, very bad and when you got app from the next morning, the sheets and covers kind of covered the mattress until the covers were pulled back and you could definitely see the big dip in it and that you know when you're paying good money for a room. The beds are the most important thing because you're there to sleep. I would not go back there again, unyes. I went in and checked the room first. We were complained to management about it, but they showed no interest. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff in there were really nice and helpbut I'm not sure that I would stay there again because of the bed.

I was there just for an overnight stay. Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will be staying again and I highly recommend.

The room was very spacious & the bed comfy. However, when I checked in to the room it had an mildewy moldy scent as if the room hasn't been used in awhile. The bathroom was clean & spacious but the shower curtain was dirty or had stains on it. Overall the service was good.

My daughter was entering the Navy and that was the purpose of the trip. The hotel was picked by the MEPS. We waited over two hours before we were able to check in because they were short staffed. The manager left knowing all of this was going on. The young man that took care of us did the best he could with the situation and several people complaining to him about the long wait times.

The guy who checked us in was rude! Breakfast options were not available! The bathroom had black mold in it, all on the ceiling and walls! The lady who checked us was very nice!

When I checked in at 10:30 pm, I was told they didn't have the room I booked through expedia, so I'd be given a queen suite. They ended up charging me for the queen suite instead of the room I'd booked (queen room). I was given a room that the smoke alarm battery was low and the alarm was chirping every 30 secs. Exhausted from being on the road for 8 hours, I returned to the front desk where the nice, but very unhelpful, man informed me he didn't know how to change it and he didn't know what batteries it took so he handed me a couple boxes of both AAA and AA batteries and told me to take what I needed. I asked if they had a step stool because the ceiling was high. He looked for one but he couldn't find one. Mind you, I'm 5'3" and he was at least 6'. He told me he'd switch rooms but they were all sold out for the night. He also told me it was ok to just disable the smoke alarm if I couldn't change the batteries. My 70 year old father climbed up on a desk to try to change the batteries. The smoke alarm was a commercial style, so instead of turning it off, we managed to set it off for about 5 seconds. I was sure we were about to have to evacuate the hotel when we got it to stop, but the chirping stayed. We couldn't get the smoke alarm cover off. I returned to the front desk, reluctantly, knowing the front desk guy was no help, and I was exhausted. Luckily there was a different lady down there, and she issued us a different room? An hour later, I was finally in a room.

Checked in and everything seemed okay. Got to the room and it had a bit of a smell, but we tried to look past that. Turned on all the lights to be surprised by a cockroach the size of my toddler. We promptly got our bags and went to the front desk so we could be reimbursed and find a different hotel where there weren’t uninvited pests. We had to go through Expedia for the refund which was a bit of a pain but did get everything resolved eventually. We definitely will be bypassing this hotel when traveling again.

The front staff was very helpful & friendly when we were going to have a late arrival. They made sure we were set and the morning breakfast was good. They had lots of options even when we came down a little before 9am there was still plenty of food. I wouls stay there again.

Very impressed with this hotel! My family travels a lot for soccer. Wleft Texas and headed back home to FL and stayed one night to break up the drive. The staff was super helpful rooms were clean and fully stocked breakfast was great. I loved that I was able to sign in to my streaming apps! Only complaint would be the AC it worked fine I just like it to be super cold when I’m sleeping and it didn’t seem to want to get cold enough for me! This hotel was better than all the hotels I e stayed at this year. I’m a Hilton member and haven’t been impressed with the rooms. 10/10 would stay here again and it’s right off the interstate!! Will be booking with them again I. The future

The hotel itself appeared to be clean and in good condition, with nice upgrades. However, our room was dirty upon checking in. There was sauce on the walls and the miniature fridge. There were no extra sheets for the pullout sofa bed, and there was no toilet paper. The floors and showers were also unclean. The beds appeared to be the only things that were clean and tidied prior to our arrival.

Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We slept great -- couldnt even tell anyone else was in the hotel it was so quiet. Front desk clerk was helpful and friendly, even changing our room upon request and without any fuss (it smelled of cigarette smoke.) Plus, the hotel was pet friendly and the extra charge was very reasonable. If we ever pass thru Canton again, this is where we'll stay!

Our stay was great. The staff was very resourceful and helpful. The only problems we encountered was with our room. It was coated in rust in the bathroom. There was hair in the shower and there was no shower curtain. Yes I requested for one and received nothing. Other than that, everything was good.
