Overall perfect place to stay for my wife, daughter, and I at a great price. The location is perfect and the grounds at the inn are perfect and comforting. The staff is welcoming and so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. The sliding barn door between the bedroom and living room (where the pull out couch) was perfect touch. My daughter felt like she had her own room for the night. This is a great place to stay. A+++++++

The staff was incredible. I have read all the reviews and everyone says staff is great except one lady. I think I met this lady. She is not rude at all. She's actually very nice and great to talk to. When I first met her she was not rude. Just direct. I can understand why people may get that feeling, but don't jump the gun. If you take a minute to talk to her you will realize thats just her personality and she's actually very kind and sweet. I enjoyed talking with her. Very much. The suite we had was incredible. Beautiful. Room 140. The property itself has alot for kids. Its great. This was our first family trip to north conway.we ralized we like the other side of NH better. Im so bummed because I would stay here every vacation. Wish I could take the inn and the staff with me. Everything was superb overall. I highly recommend.

We had an issue upon arrival, we notified the front desk that channels like cbs, abc, fox were not working but the movie channels were. We are a big football family so cbs abc were important to us. The maintenance man came in and looked at it while we went to dinner. We came back and the tv still didn’t work. The could not give us a new room as they were sold out. The maintenance guy blamed it on that each room was individually owned and there are many different types of tvs. We were disappointed

Close to the center of North Conway which was great and very nice pool. Outdated inside. Desk overcharged me by $175 and then was condescending when I asked to be refunded. It took about 5 days to get my money back. Unacceptable.

The only issue we had was that the room was horribly smelly, like musty. Pther than that everything was great and we had a good experaince with staff.

I traveled with 2 other adults and 3 children. Kids loved the amenties. However, the room was very dirty, food, wrappers etc behind chairs, couch and under beds. It smelled terrible! Very musty, even in the drawers. Every room should have lysol. Very bad headache from the smell. Bathroom is way too small. Staff was very nice. Nobody came in to check the garbage cans, nothing. Decent enough place, Just needs a lot more TLC and attention to details.

Very comfortable setting, excellent location with surrounding businesses. The room was as advertised, clean with an xtra sofa beds as I had kids. The pool was great with a hot tub with long hours. Unlimited coffee/tea, hot chocolate

I stayed 4 nights with my family of 6 total not once did they knock and ask if we needed any towels or anything. We put our sign on door to clean because trash was full and we had no bags it was never touched. The pool table was a nice feature but no cue ball anywhere. The pool was awesome. Other than that i love this place its our 2nd time there. Not sure ill go back next yr.

The staff were friendly but our smelt like mildew . The pillows for the sofa bed you couldn’t use because they smelt like mildew also you couldn’t use the bureau because it also smelt really bad . Will not be staying there anymore

Stay was good for a family with children, minutes away from downtown area so we liked the convenience for that. Rooms not super clean, but clean enough. Didn’t hear from housekeepers once.. had to ask for clean towels. Other than that everything was great.

First and foremost we made the most of it and the afternoon/evening staff was amazing! Really made the trip. Honestly it could have been cleaner. Day time staff could have been more pleasant and helpful. More worried about the dog, who was great! I love dogs, but Jesus Christ. All in all we had a fabulous and were able to freely use all facilities thanks to the staff in evening. Would never stay here again. But convenient to storyland and Love the area! Another thing ...... No storage or closet yo hang stuff!

This is my second time staying here. The woman at check in is not very friendly, however, the night shift woman and the gentleman that checked us out are wonderful! My kids LOVED the game/family room. They loved the atmosphere. Our room was newly remodeled and clean.

Nearby all of the activities we needed it to be near. Staff was very friendly. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is not somewhere I would wander around. Neighbors are aggressive and lots of bear sightings too. The rooms are very outdated but clean. Although they forgot to service our room.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The location is great: set back from the road so quiet but walkable to downtown. Free coffee in the lobby was great but would have appreciated coffeemaker in the room. Wish the room had a microwave. The A/C unit was continually going on and off and was very loud. Bathroom was very cramped. Friendly front desk staff.

I just wanted to share this for the next person who wants to stay here. Before you decide to unpack LOOK everywhere. The only nice thing about it was the view and playground. The room was filthy, the whole room smelled like mildew/musty. MY HUSBAND FOUND A BED BUG ON HIS PILLOW AROUND 9:30pm. I complained to the front desk right away and she offered to move us to another room on the other side of the building ( which was renovated I guess ) however it wasn’t cleaned properly either. We found dead bugs under the nightstand and near the baseboards. We slept horrible. All we could think about were bed bugs and possibly bringing them home with us!!! The bathroom hose was broken and had poor water pressure. The online pictures had to be from years ago because they made this place decent. Thank heavens we had beautiful weather so we could spend as little time as possible in the actual house

We love the vibe here. The young man who works days is always wonderful and has great suggestions for activities and restaurants. The woman on 3rd shift is kind of dour but people are people.

*About the game room most of the game doesn't work so do not waste money. When we ask the staff they said its not ours its on rent so we can't do anything. *this is our second time here and rooms are the same since 2021 furniture is stinky and has spots on it and smells it. also there are anys, roaches and spiders in the bathroom runs in the bathroom... *its cheap so we gave it a second chance but not anymore.

we were unaware that we would be lugging all of our things up flights of stairs, NO elevators. Hotel smelled mildew Ish. The room was not clean and we found a dead cockroach right out in the open in the bedroom on the table between the two beds. I went and told the front desk lady (who was outside "enjoying the nice weather") she said its New Hampshire we get bugs....she came upstairs collected it and said she was sorry and she couldn't refund us since we went through hotels.com She told us we would need to talk to the manager who was out until Tuesday/Wednesday . IWe then left and had to come up with more money out of pocket out of our vacation money to stay elsewhere on a holiday weekend. still waiting for our refund
