Room was quiet and moderatly comfortable. The staff was limited and dishonest with me. He said he was trying to get ahold of the manager multiple times while texting and calling. Found out he wasn't the next morning. The room with filthy upon arrival. He told me i could vacuum it myself and clean it myself as well. I said no, I paid for a clean room. They refused to move me to a clean room but he came up to clean my room himself, told us after entering the room that he had bronchitis and isn't supposed to be around peoole in rooms. So I then had to clean part of the room myself or risk further exposure to his illness. Left hotel to pick up part of my family, came back and asked if there's any way we could get a clean room because i was exhausted. He said no and also said they couldn't do a refund. He finally gave us until 8 to repack everything and take everyone out of the room to wait on the lobby for him to clean it. That was at 7:55PM almost 2 hours after arrival. One of my kids was already laying down. But we did it anyway. He still didn't get everything, so then I went back down with the bedding in the extra bedding bag that was unfolded and filthy. Crumbs, blood, and a few dead bugs were in it, on the bed, and under it as well. The young man was smoking right outside the entrance. (Illegal in ND within 50 ft to the best of my knowledge.) This is a non smoking hotel. He then suggested that we made the messes. Waiting for points from the manager the next morning.

The false evacuation alarm at 5 AM was unacceptable!

Newer hotel. Employees were nice and friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast. Big hot tub. I was disappointed by the size of the king room. It only had room for a chair, not a couch. The railings were high.

Great hotel. We did a road trip for a week and this was far and away the best we stayed at. Hotel is in excellent condition, all areas were exceptionally clean, pool and hot tub were great and room was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had a ton of options and all the extras (cream cheese for bagels, fruit toppings for waffles, etc.). Would definitely stay again!!

Mediocre hotel. Overpriced in my opinion. Tub didn’t drain so standing water was fun. Random smell upon entry but dissipated. Breakfast was ok. Located at end of town. Just an ok stay. Nothing special.

Stayed at a busy time. The hottub was closed for a majority of my stay and we were unable to use it. Parking was a bit rough as other guests took up a good section with boats. The room was clean, bed was good, and overall was a very pleasant stay.

Stay in clean and quiet hotel. Will stay at again when in town.

Nice place to stay!!

This place was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in and the king bed was super comfortable with nice, fluffy comforters. When we checked in, they had soup ready for all guests! The breakfast is a full breakfast with awesome selections--no dried up bagels and only instant oatmeal here, people! The breakfast area was large and also very clean. We would stay here again for sure if we are in Devils Lake for the night.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the water didn't get very hot, but our room and the hotel overall was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, but not much of a variety. We ate the same thing 4 mornings in a row. Convenient location and ample parking for trailers, etc.

The Gal at the front desk, along with her husband that also worked there were beyond amazing! Great Wings, fantastic breakfast. I will stay no where else in Devils Lake besides here moving forward. TOP NOTCH (at least the husband and wife!)

First time staying at Sleep Inn - Devils Lake. The staff and facility were spectacular. Stayed at other options in area in past and felt this was far superior.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Help was friendly.

They have you do an online check prior to arriving and then it seems like we did the same thing when I arrived. Not sure I understand the benefit of doing it ahead of time. The room I was given, 111 has a cushioned chair that smells and needs cleaning.

Facilities were well updated and the staff were very helpful.
