Host very friendly and helping to understand the park activities. Delicious breakfast. Room and facilities excellent. Proximity to park and city ideal. A truly enjoyable experience.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. They provide lots of extras such as coolers, maps etc. Breakfast was excellent each day.
The room itself was dated and didn’t offer a coffee maker or tv. The tv was in a common room with no satellite or internet, so it didn’t work. When the owner was asked he made excuses
with no solution.

Hosts were extremely helpful with ideas for the park and restaurants. The quiet evenings and beautiful views of the mountains were an excellent way to end a long day at Glacier.

Can’t imagine a hotel or B&B without a TV?? Could not watch Chiefs football. Low water pressure. Bed needs to be replaced - roll to the center. Air Cond would only stay on about five minutes.

The property was beautiful, well located, well kept, and spacious. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, very knowledgeable about the area and sites. The rooms were clean and anything you needed was available. The breakfasts served were to die for! Will definitely stay again and will recommend Bill and his B and B to friend, family, and acquaintances.

Beautiful property and well maintained. They have a game room, a library, TV room, and any loaner items you may need if you are going into Glacier National Park. The owner Bill is very friendly and accommodating. The co-owner Roz is very particular to put it in a nice way. for example, we let her know that we would be checking so we would need our breakfast to go in the morning. my husband and I sent her a reminder text that we would need it for the morning and she was very passive aggressive and tried to make us feel bad for not letting her know sooner. I felt that was pretty strange considering we let her know when we checked in that’s what we would need and we also sent a reminder text. In my opinion, the professional thing to do even if you were irritated is to just accommodate your guest and keep your feelings to yourself. There were a couple other similar instances during our stay. Just a piece of advice if you plan to stay there make sure you understand her expectations of you because she will make it known that she doesn’t like it when things do not go her way. Other than those experience it was a nice stay.

This was an amazing place to stay! I went on a solo hiking trip to glacier and felt very safe there. I would get up early and the staff would provide a packed breakfast to take before I left! The place was beautiful, clean and close to west glacier. When I come back to Montana I am staying there again!

The owners, Ros and Bill were very personable.

This was a fabulous B&B. Our room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The breakfasts provided were delicious. The owner, Bill was a wealth of information regarding activities in the National Park and was just the nicest gentleman. The other staff members, especially the cook were also just the nicest people. I would return to this B&B in a heartbeat.

My family and I made a reservation for 4 adults. Our 2 children also came with us. When we arrived we were not allowed to have children in the room. We explained that we had inflatable mattresses for them or that 2 of the adults could simply sleep in our large SUV. We were told under no circumstances could we do either of those things. We had reseved this B&B and were willing to pay the $465/night to sleep in our SUV and they did not allow it! Staff was condescending and laughed at us when we explained our circumstances changed. So after driving hours, we were out $465 & had to drive even further and find another hotel. The B&B looked like an older style house with old style furniture. The cabins were cute though. The grounds were very nice, but the location was tucked down at the end of a residential neighborhood. The owner (Bill) has been sending nasty messages to me because I have provided honest feedback regarding this issue calling me a dishonest person and a liar. I was a fool to think family run businesses would be understanding and willing to help with our situation. I would not recommend this B&B to my worst enemy. If you want to be treated with respect and an enjoyable experience, drive further south to Polson and stay at a brand hotel. This place is nothing but a money maker for the owners, who want to scam tourists near the Glacier Park area. Stay away.

Can not recommend enough. Had a wonderful stay and Bill, the owner, was friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful with advice on where to go and what to do. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms roomy and had all the amenities. They also have laundry and a game room that is great for kids. Would go back and recommend without hesitation.

We had a great time here very friendly owner. Great breakfast! And the morning we had to leave before breakfast for a tour we were given a breakfast to go. The room we were in had a tile floor and it was very cold when getting up to go to the bathroom, wish I had a pair of slippers.

We loved this B&B. We were welcomed by one of the owners and felt at home right away, for the property was surrounded by gardens with flowing water and the mountains were in the distance, standing sentinel. The inside living room was a library with indexed books and game tables snd maps and tour information. On the dining area looked out on the lawn snd breakfast was delicious and imaginative. The lower level of the main house was a TV room snd comfortable with films we could unwind with and good lounging furniture..a separate noodling housed a Rec room, guest kitchen, and laundry. This was a favorite place for us.

Bad Rock was a delight. This was the first place we stayed on our Rockies adventure. Ros and Bill were great hosts. The breakfast was out of this world great. They provided advice for touring the surrounding area. I'd definitely stay there again if we are back in the Glacier area.

Roz is a great host and an exceptional baker. The B&B is close to Columbia Falls and about a 20 minute drive to West Glacier. The B&B also has a game room, a full guest kitchen, and a laundry room to help make the stay more enjoyable. There is even a closet full of free things to use during the stay, including coolers, rain jackets, hiking poles, bear spray, etc. We highly recommend Bad Rock B&B!
