Staff and service was amazing.
Services are fabulous.

Little far walk from the Kaaba entrance (Gate 79). Other than that, everything was great, really great.

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly. Clean rooms, room is nice and clean, all basic amenities are there. Convenient location.
Staff is very friendly and extremely co-operative.
Room size is small and have not enough space for doing prayers.
Policy regarding children was unclear on website. They charged extra for providing breakfast and to provide extra beds in room, which was surprise as we thought we already paid for all of it.
Overall it is nice experience and we MUST recommend this hotel to others.

We arrived a bit after midnight the reception was a bit busy but they managed to check us in smoothly, the location is amazing quite flat walk to almasjid alharam but it might take 10 mins walk to reach gate 79 which is the umrah entrance which is quite acceptable.
The hotel was clean and they do care as keep calling and checking if we needed anything.
This is the best option to stay in Makkah combining price location and quality.

I stayed for the first time at Anjum, but it was one of the best experiences. They have it all inside the hotels, food, shopping, courtyard (the best), etc. Rooms were spacious. It was very busy in Ramadan but the location beats it all, very convenient walk to haram, taxi didn’t have issue dropping off. Just got partial Haram view due to availability, although upgraded to Haram view. Appreciate everyone there from all the employees and workers to help us make it smooth.

I was double charged on my staying ,my credit card my card charged twice for the same staying period , called several time not getting no where with them ,,they refuse to work with me or give me my money back awful experience with them. I will never use or recommend them again stole my money. that's a shame I have to pay twice without consideration& hurtful .unprofessional.

Great hotel and very close to Masjid Al Haram. Only 5-7 min walk depending on the crowd. Three or four hotel next to clock tower. Room service was great and able to get my stuff quickly. Reception was great as well. I went there around 2 am in the morning and was able to get my room as expected. Over all excellent experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. It provided a comfortable environment to return to after a long day. Its proximity to Haram is its standout feature, offering incredible convenience for those looking to be close to this sacred site. This was a major plus for me and likely for many other travelers with similar intentions. However, there were a few aspects that could use improvement. The hotel's decor and facilities felt outdated, giving the impression that a renovation might be due to bring it up to modern standards. While this didn't significantly impact the comfort of my stay, a refresh could certainly enhance the overall guest experience. One notable challenge was transportation, particularly during Ramadan. Getting a taxi in and out of the area proved to be quite difficult, which might be something future guests would want to prepare for. The holy month brings about unique challenges and an increase in visitors, so planning ahead for transportation is advisable.Lastly, the hotel's customer service, especially through their WhatsApp channel, was less efficient than expected. I encountered a significant issue when road blocks prevented access to the hotel, and despite reaching out for assistance, I didn't receive a timely response. This lack of communication can be quite distressing in such situations and is an area where I hope to see improvement. In conclusion, while the hotel offer

Great location. First two days was great price since we loved the hotel we wanted to extend the stay and they changed the fee to almost double the price (if I had booked with hotels from the beginning it would’ve not been double). Breakfast was great. Extremely close to masjid al haram. Overall if the price is reasonable I’d recommend it.

Hello, I booked double/Twin bedroom for my father and his friend. However, when they arrived, they were given a room with one bedroom. The other person ended up having to sleep on the account. It was uncomfortable.

When i came to check in. The receptionist refused to check me in because of some issue between the hotel and Expedia regarding the payment. I had to wait with my family at the reception for about two hours to resolve this issue. Even though, the payment was already paid through Expedia. The management paid zero attention and asked me to call Expedia to resolve this issue.+ my reservation included a free breakfast buffet where the receptionist stated that it is only include one person while the room is for two persons. The staff there are the rudest i have ever dealt with (at least the one that i have met) and i do not recommend this hotel at all. Thanks,
