The location is right on the central of the city, just opposite to the seafood market. But it is a bit tricky to the drive in guest. The car park is on the opposite building where its 3/F connected to the hotel with a passenger bridge. The reception is on 16/F , not on the G/F. It is difficult to find for a foreign visitor. Be smart, you will be fine.

Pros
-Was very tidy and clean.
-The space in our room was used very well, so we had plenty of room to work with, which is uncommon in Japan at this price range (my experience, at least).
- I like the rice paper shutters that our room had
- Customer service was exceptional.
-The cityscape view from our room and the lobby/lounge was phenomenal
- Can reach major attractions/sites within 15-20 mins of walking
Cons
- The room was quite warm and the air conditioning did not help alleviate this, it may have even made it worse. This was not much of a problem for us in April, but it could be during the summer.

The view from the 16th floor lobby of the high-rise building was amazing. However, it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel because there were multiple facilities together. The staff were friendly and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Access from Kanazawa Station may seem inconvenient as it is a 16-minute walk, but it is only a 5-minute bus ride from the station.
The hotel is in the suburbs, so the view is very scenic, and the view over the restaurant on the 16th and 17th floors, where the front desk is located, is very nice.
The hotel is well equipped and comfortable.
It is clean and also has excellent attention to foreign language speakers.
Shopping is excellent in the building directly connected to the hotel, as well as in stores in the surrounding area.
Behind the hotel, there is a restaurant called "meat meet" where you can eat wagyu beef raised in Noto.
Please try it once!

Only bothering issue was noise coming from next room and machinery noise twice in a day to wake me up,

Very clean and tidy Hotel, the staff was super nice and did everything possible to make us feel welcomed. The view from the room and also from the hotel reception is amazing, and finally, the location is goodz near to Kanazawa Station, and super close to Ōmichō Market. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. They held our luggage for us since we were early getting there so we could look around the area. Convenient shopping area under the hotel.
8.0 / 10.0
This is a comfortable hotel and the staff helped us make a booking for the ‘ninja’ temple, so thank you for that. Also umbrellas ready to borrow, like many Japanese hotels. The only improvement would be to update the air conditioning - only options are “level 1/2/3”, no temperature control. Also a bar for a quick drink would have been nice; there was an implication that there was a lobby bar, but the lobby was just a sitting area, no drinks.

The location was excellent for walking to major attractions.
The room was very pleasant. Though the step up to the bathroom could be a problem for some people.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Tourist bus tickets sold here. The breakfast buffet is superb for the price and is served on the 16th floor with nice views of the city. The rooms are small and bathrooms old. The beds are very good. There are no 3-prong grounded outlets in the room.

This hotel is in an excellent area across the street from Omi-Cho market and there is a loop bus stop right in front that makes it easy to access the city.
The staff was very kind and easy to communicate with, even before we arrived.
One of the highlights was breakfast every morning. It was delicious with great variety, and a great way to get a touring day started.
I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on visiting the beautiful city of Kanazawa.

It us an average hotel with minimal amenities. Hotel check in is at the 16th floor. Kanazawa rained a lot, since it did not have a first floor lobby like most hotels I did not see umbrellas that you can borrow.

Modern clean hotel with easy parking and access to metros. It’s next to the fish market and walkable to other interesting areas.

The hotel was a very easy walk to the beautiful train station. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We did have a small issue about obtaining 2 card keys when we checked in. However the same person assisted with our check out and was much more pleasant and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again

Staff were friendly and service was very good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with great selection of food choices with a great view. Great restaurants within walking distance around the hotel. Shopping in the attached mall was okay, but there were other shops near by. Lots of parking. The value of the room was very good, with the only complaint being the fees and taxes assessed by, what we were told, the city. It was as much as a one night stay.

I don’t like the fact there is no executive/club lounge. And no upgrade was provided. No Expedia amenities was provided.

Good location in the heart of Kanazawa. Great bus service to all locations. Excellent breakfast western and Japanese with killer views.
3.0 / 10.0
The location was good, especially since it was close to a mall. The hotel did not have much character for a historic city.

A wonderful place to stay in Kanazawa. Our room was huge! Breakfast was good, but we missed the cinnamon buns Holiday Inn is famous for. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the train station, and next to a huge mall for shopping. Across the street is another mall with multiple dining options. Also walkable to Kanazawa castle.

The wall between the rooms is very thin and we had bad experience, since the guy in the next room forgot to switch off the alarm clock, so we woke up early in the morning, against our well, since never stop snoring on our head. They must improve this

The ambiance in the room was peaceful and comforting. The staff was very friendly and helpful in trying to get your questions answered.
