We have been in Europe for a week and half right now. We have stayed in 3 other hotels. This establishment ranks the best over all for price for the money, accommodating for after hours check in, comfort (especially the beds), breakfast ( delicious and amazing), and service. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This was a lovely guesthouse with a massive public car park directly behind it. The car park isn’t free, but a very reasonable price. The owner came to greet us at the door and was very friendly. Our room was clean, very comfortable and had extra things I didn’t expect like shampoo and shower gel. There is a bus stop just outside which is convenient if you need to travel but a little noisy especially as we had windows open as it was very hot when we stayed. I would suggest ear plugs if you think you might need to have windows open a lot. The noise didn’t stop us sleeping. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cannot be faulted. There’s also a small buffet with cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. We were very well fed. The guesthouse is about 15 min walk from the town centre so very convenient to all the main sites and we felt safe walking in the dark. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

Stunning accommodation 8 minutes walk into the center of bath. The room was to a very high spec, hypnos mattress, so comfortable. Breakfast ws amazing. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

A wonderful property that was great to stay in. My room was lovely and big, and well decorated. Easily walkable to central Bath with all its attractions and dining options, and about 15 mins walk from Bath Spa railway station. Breakfast is cooked to order and was great. Be aware that the property is not staffed at all times, so you will need to make arrangements to check in so someone can be there to meet you. Overall this is a property I would be happy to stay in again.

Our stay was short but certainly one that we enjoyed. From he time we arrived to when we left, all our interactions with staff were a pleasure, especially at breakfast. The room itself was large, clean and bright.

Great rooms, a bit hard to find public parking but once we did it was convenient. Lovely English breakfast served the next day, very happy with it! Would recommend this place to families visiting Bath!

Room was very nice, clean. Parking is a distance away. Overnight parking ends before breakfast is served so you had to add 4 hours of parking, if you stay for breakfast.

Very nice property just off the Bath city centre with a bus stop right in front but all sights within walking distance too. Clean rooms, nice bathroom and a shared sitting room. Staff met us for check-in and was very friendly. Breakfast was a mixture of buffet and freshly cooked meals. Great value for money. We were a family of four with teenage kids and had two connecting bedrooms and our own bathroom. We will certainly try to come back.

The family room was amazing, the kids had their own sleeping area. The guest house is beautifully styled, so clean and it only takes 10 mins to walk to town. The breakfast was also amazing. We will be back!

From the moment we arrived Monika went out of her way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. She provided us with everything we needed to know in order to walk into town and explore the magnificent city that is Bath. The accomodation is quaint and traditional. It is clean and comfortable and the location is close to everything in town, so returning to your room for a break during the day is an easy option. Monika also served a beautiful cooked English breakfast cereals, yoghurt and fruit if that’s Your preference.

Great space two rooms for our group. Easy key arrangements and parking close by. Owner recommended Pub up the street. Had excellent Sunday Pork and Chicken dinners. Breakfast choice really good and Monica excellent chef. 10 min. Walk to tours.

The place was difficult to find since the gps took us to an unmarked ally behind the guest house. Parking was fairly expensive for the location and somewhat inconvenient. The guest house was pleasant and the staff was very helpful with an outstanding breakfast.

This is an old house. We had the top room, so a bit of a climb. Its was modernized not very long ago. Nice breakfast. The bathroom could use some more laydown space. There's enough room for a small table by the shower.

Our room was just perfect! Neat, tidy and very comfortable. The size of the room was large and the facilities excellent. The home cooked breakfast was also a highlight. Highly recommend!

The reality of the room was not quite as the images might suggest, our room was dark, very small, and there was a very bad odour which wouldn't go away from the bathroom... overall we were disappointed by our room and didn't enjoy our stay as it wasn't what we had expected. The quality didn't quite match what we were paying to stay there. Nonetheless, the breakfast both days was delicious and the owners/staff were perfectly nice people.

very clean and friendly.we had a family room which was fine but view was of a 15 foot high brick wall 2 feet away which was a bit disappointing,breakfast was a little hit and miss.a word of warning using the charlotte st car park having to use their app (unless you have a mountain of change) is a complete rip-off - it doesn't give you an option of a start time but starts from the time you begin putting in details!Also if you need to extend your stay (even if for a few hours it will charge you for the whole extra day)!!

This was a great home-base for my solo trip to Bath. The room was clean and well-furnished and the neighborhood was quiet. This guest house is right near a giant park and a bus stop, but it's also within easy walking distance of the city center. Clean and fresh room! Plenty of hot water!

Not the most welcoming hosts. We came for breakfast at 940 (advertised until 10) and he’d already started shutting down and it just became super awkward to ask for an egg on toast and a yoghurt. Said that 10 was only on weekends. Nice place though and the rooms were good. Just felt a bit uncomfortable with someone who clearly didn’t want to be there running it.

B and B grand in very good location Parking was only available in local car park at cost of €17.10 per day….were informed we could park outside city and used park and ride Nobody lives in the house so it is very impersonal it’s just a business! Breakfast was very nice first morning but next day was awful Clearly the man cooking didn’t have a clue how to cook as the lady on day one was gone on holidays
