Stayed one night and was lucky enough to check in early. Staff was great, amazing restaurants within 2 miles. Great beach access. Will be back!

Everything was just right. Rooms where clean and neat. Walk-in shower was the best. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of options. Staff was very friendly & courteous. Couple steps to a perfect beach. Sunrise & sunset over the Gulf was amazing. Thank You, Fairfield

Check in was a breeze and the room was very clean. Only complaint was that the pillows weren’t the best. Overall it was a good stay and I would definitely stay here again.

I booked two rooms under one reservation because I was traveling with family. One would expect that the rooms would be adjoining or next to each other. I even emailed the hotel a week before to request this. Upon arrival I was told that was not possible and we were put on two different floors.I was not happy but the front desk clerk didn't seem to care that I was upset about this. The rooms do not have a personal safe so we had to take anything valuable, wallet and cash with us wherever we went because we didn't want to just leave it in the room. First place I have ever stayed that didn't have a safe in the room. For these two reasons, I would not stay at this hotel again considering how expensive it was. Hotel was clean and most of the staff was friendly. I like having the pool close to the beach access. Free breakfast was also nice.

Easy check-in. Just remember that if you make reservations through a 3rd party, your room can't be changed. The room was clean when we arrived and cleaned every day we were there. Extremely friendly staff and always eager to help. Free breakfast every morning with a good variety. I recommend bringing your own beach towels and umbrella and chairs for the beach. The towels provided are smaller than the bath towels from the room and beach umbrella and chairs aren't provided by the hotel. You can rent from a service on the beach but very uncomfortable chairs. Beds were very comfortable and shower had great pressure. If you have 2 queens, you'll have a combo tub/shower with a small tub mat and only one safety handle bar to get in & out of tub. Nothing inside tub to hold onto while taking a shower. I was very unsteady. Location was great. Close to food and fun. Right on the beach. Pool was just a little over 3' deep except in one area.

The staff at breakfast was amazing. It was a cloudy an rainy week but our stay was comfortable. The only thing there isn’t any balconies. Also they need a hot tub!

Room was good - we just missed an area to sit outside. Most hotels have a courtyard or some seating outside. We ended up buying chairs and also used them on beach to avoid the expensive rental fee. Hotel was fine if traveling through but I wouldn’t stay there again for relaxation and enjoyment of area.

The hotel clean but otherwise mediocre. No ocean room views, which is really strange for a hotel that is located at the beach. Breakfast bar has very little protein choices.

My Mom and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for us. We can't wait to go back! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a relaxing trip to the beach!

It was our first time in florida. Our stay at Fairfield was great. The staff was awesome very friendly. The variety of foods for breakfast was more than i had expect. I would definitely be going back to that hotel. Its small but nice, clean and the beach access was amazing.

We had a great stay here. Breakfast was really great and a big reason why we chose this hotel because it was right on the beach and also had a continental breakfast. Pool was very clean. My kids were really bummed the pool closed at 8, but I understand it’s probably for safety. Great place for familes! We would stay again!

This is the second time I go to this property, las time was wonderful but at this time the firsts day I got there the I got the more uncomfortable room I never asked for, first during chech in I notice the room assignment was different that I was planning to have, I spoke worh the representative ( I thing Brian was his name)and showed to him the room I choose from Expedia it was supposed to have wiew to the ocean, he didn't do anything to help he just said , which app is that!!, was very rude to me, I told him was expedia and he said you need to talk to them, but I didn't paid to Expedia I paid to the hotel. I spoke with Expedia customer service and they said that front desk was the only one a available to help, but I just received no as an answer, I didn't want to get frustrated so I didn't go to ask after the 3rd day,they told me there were room available but didn't do anything again to make me happy at all, the room I got was a limit view, with the big condo in front of my windows so I couldn't enjoy that limit wiew, the room didn't have any information about the hotel service or breakfast schedule, the laundry was available but you need to have coins to be able to use it $2:00 is the cost , using 25 cent, the hotel is very clean!!, and the breakfast was very good but can be much better. Also the beach at the front its amazing, but there is not umbrella for customer, you need to bring your own, the pool its very little!!
