Whenever we come to San Angelo (about twice a year), we try to stay here! The staff is so nice, and the rooms are clean and lovely!

The hall way had a very strong odor like mold, room ac did cool much and the first night out toilet didn’t flush and fill up with water. We asked for another room and where told they would just send maintenance to fix.

Everything with the hotel was fine. However, when I accidentally forgot to login to my wife and I's shared account, I called and texted with Hotel .com's representatives and ask if they could credit the reservation (that I had literally just booked minutes before reaching out), I was told that there was NO way that could be done. I have always found you guys to be very helpful in the past...just a little disappointed that nobody could assist me with this simple request. Regards, Cody & Heather Driggers

We were for a ladies golf tournament and thought this was a great place to stay. Nice and convenient!

Overall the room felt not clean for some reason. There were cobwebs and the dishes provided had grease/oil on them. Room above me stomped around at night and at 4:30am to 5:30am each of the 3 mornings I was there. If I ever have to go back to San Angelo I wouldn’t stay there again. Not sure how it got rated an 8 by guests?

The hotel "newish" was located in a good part of town and i had no issues finding or getting around. The room was clean; however, underneath the bed they had a lot of dirt. I was also placed in a handicapped room that didn't make me thrilled. We couldn't figure out how to work the stove until the day we left. Yes, they had a 2 burner stove in the room and full size refrigerator. The breakfast was really good. I wish they would have made water available during breakfast, but they only offered hot water for coffee and apple juice. Overall a good stay and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in a very comfortable and convenient area. The staff was great, especially Cassidy. She was very friendly and give us good recommendations for dinning at The Grill. Great place to have a good meal and great drinks. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is fairly new, clean, and simple. Parking was a little limited, but available. The door frame to the room was not quite square, leaving a gap where light could be seen on the other side.

It smelled like propane, the elevator was broken, the room was really dirty, something in the room made my eye puff out like it does when I'm having an allergic reaction, and the walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors drinking and laughing until late in the night. Convenient location to the State Park, but would stay elsewhere if visiting San Angelo.

We were woken up at 2:00 AM by a couple arguing. At 3:00 AM a woman was screaming outside our door to call the police. The man was yelling. I called the front desk and they said they were handling it. We never got back to sleep. Very disturbing. Told the manager in the AM too. She apologized. I know the hotel can’t control the behavior of guests every time, but this went on for over an hour.

First, I requested an accessible room, didn't get one. My husband needs grab bars for the shower, so he was unable to use the shower. The room we had was all the way down the hall from the elevator, for someone with limited mobility that's an ordeal. Second, the mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were like bricks.

Uncomfortable. The beds are relly hard. And honestly the only reason I pick let's hotel was because they served breakfast, I have too young kids that we're not gonna wait until 9 am to eat. The breakfast did open later than I expected and one of the two days they didnt serve it at all.. They should also clean the coffee pots better. I was scared to use it just because of how dirty it was.
