It was a cheep room in every way. You get what you pay for. It wasn’t clean or in good working order. To top it all off we came back from an early morning exploring trip only to find the maid was in stripping the room with all our stuff still in the room and it wasn’t check out time nor had we checked out. She stated she stripped the bed but the same sheets we slept on were still on the bed. I know this because of a black mark made by my shoe when we first arrived

DO NOT STAY HERE!! It's now 04:35 in the night and have not slept a second. This is the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Absolutely disgusting. The garbage from the previois guest(s) is still here. There are a lot of eating leftovers on the floor. The bed's were made nicely, but when opening the sheets there are a lot of hairs on both the sheet and the pillows. The bed itself is a 4/10 comfort-wise. It's a springpocket matrass which you can clearly feel, but not the worst matress I ever slept on. The pillows are 2/10 comfort-wise. Because its dark I cannot prove it or be sure about it, but I'm pretty sure the bed has bed bugs as well. I feel a lot of itch an tinkling, mostly over my leg. But this could also be because this place just creeps me out. Also, we paid extra for a non-smoking room, but this room clearly had smokers. I find it a crime to ask money for such a room.

A omplete dump. Window screens fall off to/from outside, windows too much play to stay up and dont like. Window a/c sucks -- itw 53 deg outsude, 2 windows open and upper 70s inside. Room location in a maintenance corner so no air enters window. Batheoom shower has half door, no curtain, looks so dirty I wore water shoes to shower; floor so dirty I now have a brown towel, bath towels dirty or stained. But the refrigerator works well!

For the low price, it was reasonable. The property is run down: there is broken tile in the shower, and chipped paint. But the bed was comfortable, and it served my purposes just fine.

We should have known it was bad when at the front desk they showed us a sign that said you have 15 minutes from the moment you get your keys to get your money back. I figured how bad could it be? We had looked for hotels that let you have 3 dogs in Ely and this is the only one we found. Next time we will look harder for sure. The room was very very dirty, the pillows were just caked in oil and dirt. I did look for bed bugs and did not see any signs. But we were still so creeped out we kept feeling imaginary bug. Also there are lots of small children living there and every time you walk in or out of your room they say “I want money”

This is an old and poorly maintained motel. The room was dingy and very worn out. Furniture was thrift store quality and not a single chair in the room. The carpet had not been vacuumed and had stains and debris on it. Towels did not look clean. We took one look and went elsewhere, even though we had already paid.

This was not what was pictured on their website. It was a filthy dump. Rusty tub, one towel to share if we were to shower. Dirty floors. Lights on wall and bedstead did not work. Thriftstore type junk piled near door entrance. This place makes motel 6 look like the trump tower

Really appreciated the Motel Staff working with me to find a good spot to put my truck and trailer. Tim and his wife were super friendly and wanted to make sure I knew where all the cool places to visit around town were. Property needs updating, but it’s priced well for what you get.

I booked on Expedia. The staff was friendly and quickly helped get our room ready by about 3:30. However the room was quite old and though it had been cleaned before we entered, the old dirt and mold (?) was still visible in the bathroom. It was so bad we didn’t shower or even use the sink. There were people talking, doors slamming and kids yelling and running back and forth by our room until about 10pm, then it was just constant people talking outside our door until about 1:00am. We ended up leaving at 3:00am just to get out. The manager/caretaker and his family were very nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room was dirty from top to bottom. The linens and pillows were covered in hair. The ceiling leaked during a storm and dripped a large amount of water on the floor. None of the windows in my room opened, and there was no fan or cooler for the room.

This motel has need better days in it's time, but the price is VERY good and the owners are helpful, polite and friendly, so I felt very safe. A good choice if you need an inexpensive bed for the night.

The property itself was ok, but nothing to write home about. The entry door was falling off the hinges. The hot water took 10 minutes to come on. The air conditioner was loud. The entry to the bathroom had tack protruding. Dangerous!

The room and bath were in poor repair. There were missing light bulbs, no lamps (only a ceiling fixture with bare bulbs). The shower had missing tiles on the floor. However the bed was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is old & the bed was older. Carpets were sticky & one could harly fit in the bathroom due to disproportioned furniture sink. Window curtains were practically see through… the list goes on and on.

White pine is under new management - Angelina was very friendly. It is one step up from tent camping. Room was Relatively clean but toilet, sink and shower stained - a few spiders and ants, faucet and shower leaked and toilet ran. Tv had an intermittent connection and their card reader was down for several days and ended up paying cash. Sheets had cigarette burns and the beds creaked when you sat on it. Fridge did keep things cold but the microwave table didn’t rotate. Blanket covered the window for privacy and the bathroom window had no screen and had to keep open with a cup to air it out. We Didn’t even try to heat or cool the room - looked like they were 30 years old. Cheap accommodations but I still think I paid too much.

The room was freezing and the heater insufficient. The door had gaps. The parking lot was a hazard with the piled up snow blocking access to the door. We found beer bottles/caps in the room (we don't drink), my dog found some type of candy that luckily got stuck to her teeth so I got it away from her before she could swallow (pets may be allowed but it's not pet friendly as that was dangerous for my animals). The carpet was in awful condition. The bathroom was too nasty for me to think about showering in the morning. It was the grossest hotel I've ever stayed in

The room its self was clan and fairly comfortable. the bathroom was clean. the shower was an experience. Clean but worn. the on off rotated in a never ending circle so getting the temperature was a challenge. I was by myself so it worked for me foe 1 night. If my wife saw it we would have been gone.

This was a nice, basic motel for us. The owner was positive and enthusiastic, very accommodating. Room was clean and quiet, had fridge and microwave, comfortable bed. Good value.
