Clean, dog friendly, with nice refrigerator, Microwave and large screen tv

Check in time is 4:00PM. Arrived 4:15. Friendly front staff. Go to room about 4:30, only to be told come back in 45 minutes, it's not ready yet. After 4 hours of driving, that's not what one wants to hear. Clean room, nice bed, relatively quiet.

Omg... the worst check in on this trip. The host was dismissive and didn't even look up my reservation, he just asked for ID & credit card. He mumbled through the times for breakfast and some other things that I didn't quite catch, like he just wanted me out of their lobby, very rude. The room smelled danky so much that wanted to go to a store to purchase air freshener. There was black mold in the shower! I'm glad we only stayed here one night. The online pics were misleading, as were the ratings. Nope, not staying here again.

Excellent stay. Older remodeled hotel with nice gardens and dog park. The only issue is in our dog approved room, the chair smelled musty. Otherwise, excellent stay. Great for the price on a Friday as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Older place but nicely redone. Fridge didn't work - checked that it was plugged in & it was. Took a walk around the property - some nice garden areas & a green space with a small dog park & picnic area with grills. Property is big. Not much else to walk to but that's fine. Glad it's clean. Wish there were more than 2 small pillows but appreciated the extra blanket.

Good room, nicely decorated. Carpet had a few marks but everything else was clean and tidy. Nice and quiet as our room was at the back of property away fromm the road. Nice to have an area to eat breakfast.

Excellent, best by far for the price

This place is great if you are traveling with a dog. Good value for an overnight stay.

Bathroom remodel was way above expectations. Very good value. Would stay there again.

Accessible, affordable, clean, and courteous!

The place was very clean and Stormy at the from desk was very kind and helpful. Free breakfast was ok. The showers are fantastic! Hot water and loads of water pressure. Only issue was getting the room cleaned. Stayed 3 nights and no cleaning service. Had to hand trash and dirty towels to a passing person requesting clean ones. But nice "garden" area to hang out at. Great place for breakfast around the corner.

Dirty everything dirty

Spacious, comfortable room, clean and very well equipped. Staff was courteous, good selection of breakfast items. Very much appreciated that we could check in right away when we arrived early. Very reasonable price too.

The bed was terrible! Otherwise it’s a good place to stay

Good location in Fort Bragg.

Cons: the gardens were cute but mostly people were out smoking in them. The breakfast was pretty limited. The bed was pretty firm. A random person tried to knock at my door at 3am to get me to come outside. I also got charged $13 extra than what I booked for, but didn’t notice till later because I was exhausted (didn’t push it since I should’ve caught it) Pros: Parking right in front of room, good water pressure, clean rooms, cute garden, I liked the comfy chair to read in, quiet

Affordable and comfortable, bathroom had bee updated and staff were helpful.

Toilet had not been cleaned and cookie crumbs on the bed. Will never stay here again without through inspection including under the toilet seat.

Arrived late but staff was friendly. Room was clean and shower was really nice. Bed had a bit if a sag in the middle but was otherwise comfortable

Great accommodations, location, and service

I like the fire pit and barbecue area. Very nice. The grounds were well kept.

This was our second time booking this hotel. The first time we checkout same day and stayed at another hotel because the room we booked online for our anniversary was misleading description. It was a horrible suite. On this stay we got checked in and were giving room keys and when we got to the room, the door was wide open and the room yet was cleaned from last guest. We got new a new room and explained my last vist just a couple yesrs prior and manager didn't seem to care. The new room was clean but the tv furniture was in terrible shape. The room has no closet to hang clothes, no iron, and only 2 pillows. The room smelt like an somebody stayed there for a long stay. Stains were everywhere on the carpeting. All i could imagine is that there were probably bed bugs but obviously couldnt tell. I just felt gross out. The outside of the property looks very nice and bathroom was decent. I will never stay here again.

Room was clean but small and nothing special. Their "garden" wasn't very well kept. Continental breakfast made me go straight to McDonald's for a breakfast burrito.

This was a nice place. Our room was on the backside where it looked like repairs were being done. There was a mattress leaned against the wall. The reception was nice at check in and there was a key drop for check out. The room was clean and nice but the bed was too firm for me. Overall a nice place really close to the beach etc.

Quiet room, well located for multiple activities

Very quiet and clean

This is an older motel but was surprisingly clean and conveniently located right on the main road. The staff was nice and brought extra pillows right away. Our only complaint was there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We kept the fan on all night and the door closed, which helped to keep it from the rest of the room. Breakfast was very basic. Overall it was fine for an overnight stay.

Excellent location and customer service. The gardens on the property were beautiful and the parking and dog area were convenient. The room was small but decent. The bathroom and shower were spotless but the carpets were pretty filthy and stained. We stayed here for a couple of days of hiking and beach time and we would definitely stay here again.
