Old fashioned motel but has been updated. Room was okay. Bathroom was TiNY. No Place to set anything. Shower was great. Good water pressure. Bed was okay. Bed spread from the 70’s. Parking was easy—right in front. Not walking distance to anything but great shopping outlet mall a few miles away.

This was a lovely hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bath was an issue; the plug did not work (so no bathing, only showering could be done) and the water temperature fluctuated wildly from icy cold to searing hot and every temperature in between multiple times while showering. But otherwise, I highly recommend!

The owners are very helpful and nice. Very quick to respond to needs. The property is very clean and updated. The location is ideal!! Centrally located to a week’s worth of outdoor adventure. You can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around, so if you’re a light sleeper be sure to request an upstairs room. The ice machine is located in a room in an inside hall along with a microwave and toaster - very convenient. Operating the TV was a clunky process but the owners quickly helped. The combination of value-pricing, central location, and helpful owners makes this place great. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and cosy stay. The Inn is well maintained and outside every room there is nice sitting chaires and table. Even a rocking chair for tired people after a long travle. No breakfast is provided but a toaster and microwave oven and of cause coffee are availeble.

We had only a couple of days to get away, so we decided to try a new place. The reviews for this inn were encouraging, and they were right! The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, perfect for us. We will be back.

1950's updated Motel with no amenities. Beds were uncomfortable although, room was Clean. 2nd Floor porch had dirty furniture, railings and was spider web infested.

People smoking on the patio for hours (both cigarette and cigar). Very nasty, infiltrated the room. I have asthma and had an attack as a result of all the smoke even keeping doors and windows closed. Miserable scary night. Hotel should ban smoking from their premises as many do.

It was our second stay at the property. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Rob, who greeted us, was very welcoming. It is located just a short drive from North Conway which is very convenient.

This was our 3rd time staying at the hotel and it was amazing! It's a cute inn right outside of North Conway. It's a nice getaway for a few days or even for one night, I plan on rebooking any time we go back up.

First, although the hallway has a distinct and not particularly pleasant odor, the room itself was quite clean. The bathroom layout was cramped but workable. Having stayed at a much more expensive hotel the previous few days probably skewed my view. We were going to have our boys drive up and join us for a few days but a family medical emergency required us to cut our visit short and the boys stayed home. Having stayed only the one night, I asked to cancel the second night but was denied despite it being only a few minutes past check-out time. It's not as if the motel was full - far from it. There was one or two other guests based on the cars...and the noise. Our adjoining room was on the phone a fair bit of the night and we could hear every bit of his side of the conversation. Based on their unwillingness to refund our extra night, I would not return. Otherwise, I would consider this a budget priced place to lay my head for a brief visit.

All 1st floor steps were too high for me. You need to advertise that it NOT Disability friendly!!! I couldn’t leave the room, because entering to sign in and entering my room, I fell both times, I have bruises and pain days latter. I tried calling for help, but the desk line was always busy. Older inn that was in good shape. Large spacious, clean and comfortable room. Area in front and back of inn had gorgeous views. Restaurant was open the last night we stayed and the food was good. Inn was centrally located to a lot of our activities so it worked nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was on the third floor and there wasn’t an elevator which made for several trips up and down the stairs with luggage. Small seasonal issue with flies and ladybugs but nothing bad
