Too noisy in the morning. It woke me up. Scared me, even!

Staff were super cordial, very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. While bed linens were clean fresh but bed spreads were old and stained. That was our only complaint

Man eyeing friend and me in lot. No office, office window comments on safety. Door to room Says use latch, but no latch indoor. Did notbstay

The only thing I liked was that Walmart HEB N RESTAURANT ARE CLOSE BY

Nice place for a quick business trip

Hole in the ceiling in the bathroom with mold hole in wall of room only 2 towels with no mew ones brought the next day we stayed tried to ceal room at 8 am on the day i was to check out woke me up out of a dead sleep my check out was 11am will not be staying again

Showed up to the property and the guy wouldn’t give us our rooms because he doesn’t accept Expedia payments but then told me if we cancel he’s charging me. Not sure how considering he supposedly doesn’t have my payment info. He lied and still wouldn’t give us our rooms.

Good for 1 night only. Make sure you set expectations right.

Dirty, scary and unpleasant

No maid to clean room and put out new towels or cups. Coffee maker was cheap, didnt supply enough coffee to make a pot. Cups were weak and broken, styrofoam. For $150 a night, this is the bare minimum expectation

The rooms were clean but pretty old. The manager was very friendly and very helpful. I was towing a boat and he helped to make sure I had a safe place to park it.

Our sheets were stained and the room smelled wet and humid. Highly disappointing after a long road trip.

Only thing I would change would be an ice machine and Ice buckets in the rooms and with additional pillows. Everything else was wonderful

When I got to my room it was nice and cold. I would love to stay there again. Very comfortable.

Need intense major upgrades. It is pretty bad. Dirty. Rip towels. Stains all over the place. AC not working properly. Dirty shower.

Refridgerator hadn’t been emptied (and from the moldy appearance of the contents, I think it hadn’t been for a while)Absolute worst was the toilet hadn’t been flushed and there were still turds floating!

Found a chicken in the refrigerator and a large Bud Light, the Bud Light was fine. Hotel is in a ok location, the best part it was only .7 miles from Downtown RR which is Beautiful!!

Average room, but we were just planning on minimal time in room and sleeping, as we were visiting family,room was clean but bed sheets were a different story-stained and different types of hair (some clumps)were between the sheets, it was late so we just slept on top and covered with blanket, bed was extra firm, heat/ac worked great and wasnt loud, room was ample size had table and chairs, frig, micro, dresser night stands, outlet by sink didnt work but there was one by another mirror so worked out, for king room only had 1 @ of towel, hand towel, wash cloth, got 2 next day, room service came around at 9a Sun morn asking for used towels, cudnt go back to sleep, (we are late risers), was convenient location to major road, wmart, Bucees, restaurants, and the family we were visiting

The sleeve our key came in was dirty and had seen multiple users. The tissue box was empty. The TV did not work. A very inexpert handyman has done all the ancient grouting. The baseboard was peeling away from the wall. The air conditioner made loud thumping noises in the night. Look elsewhere for lodging.

Excellent location. Walking distance to several restaurants and retail stores.

The room was very clean and had the basic amenities. Nothing extra, nothing fancy. I was satisfied though all things considered.

Some positives, but lots of negatives. I did like the fake wood floor instead of carpet. The bed was nice enough, but the pillows were pancakes and worn out. I'd like to say the water pressure was awesome, but it was actually a little too extreme and was painful and sprayed everywhere even with the curtain pulled shut and so we had to have a wet bathroom floor. Neither the sink or the bathtub had plugs in the drain so you were just staring down a nasty pipe. The bathtub drained so slowly that you ended up standing ankle deep in water. The buttons were missing on the remote, and it would not turn the tv on. When I got up to turn the tv on manually, the channel buttons on the side would not change the channel so we just ended up watching programs on our phone. There were two big nasty looking repair jobs on the ceiling. There was no dryer in the room, we had to ask for one. There was no shampoo in the plastic ketchup style packets even though they had not been used and we had to go ask for more and the bars of soap were like trying to lather up with a rock. The man at reception was very nice to deal with. The room was clean, just had some issues. So, having said all that, it was a cheap hotel, so depends on what you can live with.
