The room was nice, but I found two bugs in the bathroom. Other than that, the room was comfortable and it didn't smell.

Accommodation is basic but clean which is reflected in the price. Rooms are on two levels and there is no elevator, so pack light.
Location is convenient but if you're following Google maps drive in through the gas station as maps takes you past it to the next building and you have to go round again as it's a one way road. Breakfast is very lite, cereal or prepacked minimuffins.
Light and fan didn't work in shower room but was apparently fault of power company. When I got back the light worked but the fan still didn't. Maybe it's only a vent but they didn't say that. Overall, I wouldn't rule out staying there again if I was in the area.

Room was clean. Really all we needed as we just stayed the night.

This hotel was so gross, it was dirty. People were awake at all hours of the night and they would cook on the stairways, smoke in the hallways and leave beer cans all over. Every again !!!

Exposed electrical wires, lots of crickets in the room.

There were roaches and crickets. When I got home one was in my bag. The property is run down inside and out. I could tell when I drive up it was not going to be good. When I got to my room the police we “visiting” guests a couple of rooms down. If I had another choice I would been OUT of there!

The place to take a shower and sleep.
No frills just basic and old. Updates are needed.

easy to find coming on TxHwy 21 but next to the building was a 7/11and was loud and traffic from the freeway or hwy 21 alsso some strange bug inside bathroom

I felt unsafe and then had some weird guy with an old car parked right in front of my room. He wasn't staying there but it caused me to have to park in an unsafe place

Shares a parking lot with a gas station. Lots of people around, all night.
Took some time to come to front of pffice, then couldn't find my reservation. Room was mostly clean, but bathroom ceiling is pealing paint.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $500 dollars for my property that was left in my room for 6 days.Seems to me they should have a lost and found etc.Instead of charging the full room rate when I didn’t stay those nights.

Our room was clean. But, it smelled very musty and moldy like. It made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

The room was overall clean but there were a few issues. I found a few bugs in the room and woke up to one crawling on my ear. There was a very distinctive over powering musky smell from the AC unit.

It was great! The pool was wonderful

It was ok. Put card in file online but they said it was declined so I had to show my card again. The outlets by the bed did not work. The TV did not work and it took me awhile to figure out that it was unplugged. The continental breakfast was unappealing so did not eat it.

It was sketchy from the start. It's literally in the parking lot of a very busy gas station. The office smelled horrible. We would have left at this point but we had already paid for the room. Our room wasn't ready and it was after 4. Then we finally get the key and we are about 15feet from the gas station. Literally no privacy as we were unloading or stuff in the plain view of the people getting gas. We asked for anther key. He gave me one but never activated it.
The room itself smelled gross. The floor seemed clean as well as the bathtub. It's pretty gross.
I would NOT recommend staying here. Just look somewhere else. Pay a few dollars me and get a safer and cleaner place.

We really just needed a place to sleep so it was good for that but the check in person wasn’t super friendly and not very communicative. He asked for my name to check me in and then we were waiting almost 10 min with out him saying anything and I asked if he had a bathroom in the lobby I could use and he said yes but then told me I needed to wait a few min more in a very rude tone and then after a bit he gave me my key card with little to no directions to my room other than it’s up over the office, I asked if it was close he said yes but that was not true, it was almost to the end of the building, so I had to run to use the restroom in my room since the check in person was not not being fully helpful. There were burned holes in my comforter, missing fire alarm with the wires just hanging out, and it just felt dingy. So over all, it was ok for a sleep place if you just want somewhere to sleep but nothing else very comforting.

I know breakfast is included, but there wasn’t much to choose from.

I could see out of the front door with the door completely closed and it would not lock. The room smelled like mold and mildew. The furniture was all broken. The bathroom was nasty and the shower head was messed up. As for the bed, it would have been more comfortable sleeping on plywood. The front office smelled like someone hadn’t bathed in weeks (and that is not a reference to the staff, merely the smell in the lobby). The only positive was the person working in the front office was polite.

It was trashy looking at Circle K parking lot. trashing blowing around.

First thing noticeable upon opening the room was a VERY musty/moldy smell. The bed/mattress covers were dirty, and torn. They tried to give us another room, and somehow it was worse than the first, as it had the same issues, but the added issue of having one the bed's comforter was covered
with various cigarette-burn holes. We checked out immediately and asked for and recieved a refund. Do not recommend AT ALL. To be honest, the Bastrop County health inspector may need to pay this hotel a visit...

It was ehhh for the most part- opening the microwave & seeing the cockroaches run wasn’t all that awesome, my doors bolt lock didn’t engage (217) & being approached by regulars who basically live there, requesting sex was also not so awesome. Ladies avoid Choppers who resides in 124

While the staff at the front desk was very friendly, we were disappointed to turn down the blankets and find hair in the sheets, and the fitted sheet on one of the beds had brown stains on it, so my daughter and I shared the cleaner one of the two queen beds. The toilet flush handle had something white caked on it, and when I wiped it with a tissue, the stain came right off which told me that someone didn’t make the effort to clean it at all.

Service and staff was good and friendly but the building itself needed work. My room had a musky feeling, hole in the bathroom door, tell the paint job was rushed. I think it was overpriced if it was cheaper id go back

Faced safety concerns at Days Inn Bastrop booked via Expedia: Smoking room booked by mistake due to unclear website details and room lacked a working smoke alarm, posing serious risks. Urged both for immediate action. Safety should be priority.

A simple room, bare with 2 double beds and small tv. No hot water at 3pm in the afternoon!! But convenient to highway.

The room was ok… I had to take a cold shower in the morning and the breakfast was cereal and that was it… I wouldn’t stay again
4.0
The staff was very nice and courteous. The only problem was that there was not a coffee maker in the room and it was bitterly cold outside, it would be nice if the microwave had been digital.

Guilty Service..Close To Everything Food,Shopping,Gas Station..Good Place.

Location seemed clean, but in obvious disrepair. Room had what looked like new floors, but ceiling and walls had damage as well a mold on shower ceiling. Lights had been obviously changed with mismatched paint in those locations. Bathroom door would not stay shut.
Breakfast was one package of store bought Danish and a few packages of store bought doonts which we'd seen out the night before when we checked in. Nothing against store bought, but fresh would have been nice.

They stay was great for the value! Only thing that didn’t work in the room was the phone and the exhaust fan, but otherwise decent stay.

I was very comfortable and clean
