Unfriendly staff, plenty of noise, old hard bed, only 2 towels, old broken pool furniture, no towels at pool, old bathroom, no water pressure in shower, no hot water. Old small refrigerator, old style safe box with key, no elevator.

This hotel only had 3 things going for it. It was cheap , Wifi was good as was the air conditioning. What really let it down was the reception staff. So unhelpful and miserable.

This hotel is great for the money, if you take in context the proximity to the beach, to restaurants and all attractions in the area. I will definitely patronize this business again, given the chance.

Very disappointing hotel. Yes it was cheap, but does that mean that the toilet shouldn't work, no toilet paper, no shower gel/shampoo, unfriendly front desk staff, etc.? This is not a 3 star, it is a 0 star hotel!

Great location along the mail beach road. Old building but clean and well-maintained room. Swimming pool is also clean. But the corridor was a little bit messy with scrapped mattress. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Booked this room because it was cheap, near the beach, and OYO is supposed to be a new big Indian brand that is even opening a Las Vegas hotel soon. If you can tolerate a cold shower, old rooms, and confused staff then go for the cheap room. Not for families or a couple seeking a retreat. This hotel will make you long for home. The TV worked and that was about all that did.

Was a great place stay and the location was perfect. Clean, friendly cleaners and everything was provided. The only downfall was the older lady on the front desk. She almost had me in tears with her rudeness. She is the only negative with my stay there.

This time at this hotel I was on the 4th floor. The wifi was extremely weak and I stayed only two days. Second floor was way better in my opinion. Right across from the beach and easy walking distance from things that I wanted to do.

Overall stay is nice with massage parlor just at the lobby. Good location & good price. Just that one old lady at the front desk must smile more. And speak in proper manner. Last time I came she was ok. Now she just like not in the mood to work. Make your guest feel welcome. Anyway I will come back to stay again.

Towels smell like mold. Twice I asked for clean towels both times smelled moldy and bad. Shower did not work so I asked for another room. This time water from the shower came out brown , after about 2 hours turned clear.

Each wing a bit quirky. Did not find value in Sea view rooms and asked to move 2nd nite. From my location on 2nd floor could not see the ocean only an abundance of rooftop aircon equipment and no room safe in that one room. Ban Sila Wing felt newer although no view where I was and basic amenities. Perhaps poolside better. Overall it’s good value for the price. Location is very good. Housekeeping and staff excellent.

I almost booked at another property. Experience told me to contact a local expat if there was any construction going on. The other hotel on soi 13 had pile driving going on, just horrible. Natural Beach is at soi 11 directly on the Pattaya Beach Rd. Amazingly calm and quiet, no booming early am music either! I was amazed at the good value, a perfect room aircon, very comfortable mattress (it's easy to choose poorly and get a rock hard bed in this town, this hotel's bed was Heaven), nice linens, way-nice new pillows, and the FIRST duvet cover that smelled fresh and CLEAN---not musty at all, flat screen TV, safety box, good hotel security. Rooms are whistle clean. Nice pool that is not freezing cold as it gets the full day of sun. Room shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. If you choose a physical massage, just be aware, the masseuse works incredibly hard and is going to want 50% as a tip, which I learned is the norm. So 200 baht for a 1 hr massage, with 100 baht tip all comes to less than $10USD, a great value.
