The hotel is one i have used a few times. However checkin was slow very few people at the desk and the same with checkout. The first day for breakfast was crazy. We had to wait for a table which was very odd. Otherwise the rest is good.

One of best choice I have ever made selecting this Hotel over others in Makkah near Al Haram and will look forward to come again. The room experience is lavish and comfortable with a Haram view.

Our Umrah trip to Makkah was truly an unforgettable experience, made even more special by staying at the Conrad. The hotel's location steps away from the Haram, provided unmatched convenience. The ambience was a blend of luxury and spirituality, offering comfort after each visit to the Haram. The spacious, elegantly decorated rooms at the Conrad featured modern amenities, including a fantastic view of the Masjid, which added to the spiritual vibe.
The staff were amazing, from room service to the dining area. Such exceptional hospitality made the stay even better, they were always attentive and ensured that every need was met promptly. The hotel's dining options were remarkable, offering delicious local and international cuisine, perfect for fueling up after long days of worship.
Performing the Umrah with ease and comfort, thanks to the hotel's proximity to the Haram, was a profound experience. The call to prayer resonating through the hotel created an atmosphere of calm and devotion.
Staying at Conrad was a memorable blend of luxury, faith, and cultural immersion. It was truly an amazing trip and won't hesitate to come here again in the future.

It was our 3rd time staying at Conrad Makkah. The service is consistently amazing. Front desk check-in was very easy and smooth. The hostess at the restaurant were very kind and informative.
The manager of the restaurant Tayib and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

Swift check in process. Friendly staff from front desk team to housekeeping. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of traditional and intercontinental foods. Kudos to Tayyib, the manager for checking in during our meal. We will definitely be staying again, inshallah.

The Internet was horrible. Haven’t stayed in a hotel with this bad Internet. You needed to pay for a higher bandwidth 👎

This hotel was excellent in every category. The only issue we had was that they wouldn’t honour the free breakfast for the 3 guests under the age of 17 as we booked 3 rooms with free breakfast. It was very disappointing that they wouldn’t honour our free breakfast option that we paid extra for.

Great hotel cleaner and more modern than clock tower, less crowded too. Right behind dar altawheed so walking to Haram. Praying area in hotel included in holy mosque so you can pray there. Room was spatious and bathroom amazing. Bed’s comfortable and elevators were quick. The housekeeping staff were very cooperative and polite. the room was cleaned thoroughly with a beautiful scent when we came in.

Excellent location good hotel with generous room size and facilities. Housekeeping very good. Check in and out very quick. Mohammed Hussain in reception very good and professional.
Only downside was a mouldy smell in the room during our stay. Which could not be resolved.

No help at check in, just handed cards. Had booked two rooms with breakfast, but only allowed two adult and one child under 7 for breakfast and asked extra payment.
Even at checkout they didn't let taxi come in and had to wait.
Staff did not understand English Language.

Over all hotel was good. Just from Haram point of view they had closed the entrance. Otherwise this would’ve been perfect trip.

Booked half board thru Expedia for my family of 4. When I arrived at the hotel, was told it was only for one adult. I literally paid for four people that were in my reservation. Wasted five hours out of my day back-and-forth with Expedia and the hotel. bathroom are moldy. Rooms could be cleaner outdated rooms staff is friendly. Staff does not understand much English

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, a few key issues left me somewhat disappointed.
Pros:
- Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially if you're planning to visit the new extension. It's easily accessible, making it a convenient choice for travelers.
- Check-In: The check-in process was quick and efficient. We were in our room in no time.
- Room Size: The room was spacious, providing plenty of room to move around and store luggage comfortably.
- Staff: The staff were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, which was much appreciated.
Cons:
- Bathroom: While the bathroom was modern and clean, the shower door didn't seal properly. Every time someone showered, water would leak all over the bathroom floor, which was quite frustrating.
- Breakfast: The biggest issue was with the breakfast policy. We booked a room for the entire family, assuming breakfast was included for everyone. However, upon arrival, we were told that breakfast only covered two people. This was incredibly inconvenient and unlike other hotels where breakfast is typically included for all guests in the room.
Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the issue bathroom, and especially the breakfast policy, made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been. I hope the management considers addressing these concerns for future guests.

Stayed at the Conrad late July 2024 with my family. We went for the double bed twin which was a great size. It was suppose to be Partcial sight to the Kaaba but I was elongating my neck to get a view of the Haraam.
Breakfast was lovely. Lots of options but the set up is not logical. When it gets busy the buffet area turns into a war zone. They had one coffee machine for hundreds of stressed sisters, who also had children to deal with.
I did have to have my room exchanged due to another family going back & forth all night from each others rooms. Even after politely telling them to consider our needs
It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the Haraam. This hotel was popular with the Arabs. Did not really meet any British people. Also they did not put our rooms together so we were separated from our daughter & grand. Children. With was a pain because we could not use our door key to stop on there floor due to restricted access .

Breakfast was really good.

When I booked this hotel I chose the package with breakfast included for self and 3 dependent (with one being under the age of 18).
When we went for breakfast, the staff (at the entrance of dining hall) told us that only 3 can enter and as per hotel policy anyone who are older than 6 are considered as ADULT.
I tried to explain them that while booking through expedia I was not told / notified about the policy on age and all it prompted to enter the age.
I told them that I already paid for 3 adult and 1 child (As per expedia) but nothing worked out.
It's pretty frustrating and I end up not eating there since breakfast buffet cost was pretty expensive (comes around $30 ).

Excellent location for umra. Good value for money. Haram 3 minutes walk. Much needed spot for Umra specially with kids. Stayed 4 nights Room I had was superior room with two queen beds. Really comfortable and excellent service. Arabic tea with dates were excellent. We did not had buffet while booking because of our routine for Prayers and Umra. Highly recommended. Also there are many food options with in the building. Kids love eating out.
