Great hotel near the beach and beach bars with many good restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. Only problem is the shower water running into the toilet area, drains do not drain fast enough and water runs into bathroom toilet area. This is not a big deal though if you have stayed in Vietnam before as it can be much worse. Not a deal breaker. Clean hotel at the right price close to the beach and starbucks is a great thing. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

Last February, I stayed 1 night here which made me come back this time. Hotel condition changed so quickly in less than 4 months. When we enter the reception, the place was dark that we thought it was closed. No lights and AC. I booked for 3 rooms which they said they upgraded our rooms - thank you. BREAKFAST: 1. COCKROACH was crawling on the bread!!! Yes, that’s correct, COCKROACH. At first, they did not believe in me so they looked for it and waited UNTIL IT CAME AGAIN. The cook even killed it by her hand! 2. PORK SPARERIBS had HUMAN HAIR! 3. Breakfast choices was not good at all compared to 4 months ago. In spite of this, I remained calm not to alarm other guests. I even tried to continue my breakfast but only ordered egg that was cook in front of me, hot fried rice, boiling noodle soup, and coffee. To Alana Management, sorry about this review to be posted online. I also rely on reviews when I book for hotels as I always travel. For sure, I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

バスルームの窓の前にメンテ用の小屋やバルコニーがある。こんな部屋を使わせるのは信じられない。女性の方なら宿泊は無理ではないか？また奥の部屋は廊下に電気が無く、スマホの懐中電灯を利用し悲しくなった。他はそんなに悪くなかったが、もう二度と使わないと思われる。 There is maintenance space just in front of bathroom window. Of course it is very restless and unbelievable design. There is no light in end of corridor, so I had to use smartphone lighting app. Others are not so bad, but I feel very sad and decided never use this hotel.

Rooms were nice. We booked 2 connecting room and one standard room. The only drawback from the two connecting rooms was the bathrooms. Bad design for the bathroom. After a shower, the room became a pool. Water everywhere.

This is a 4 stars hotel with a very reasonable price, we don't find it noisy as other comments, maybe because of not in the peak season. Location is very good, near to the sailing club, Yen's, Galangal, Lantern & Zallo buffet Nha Trang. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop that you can take Airport Bus to Cam Ranh International Airport, we found it out lately when we used the Airport Bus and passed by the Hotel. The Hotel receptionist didn't advise us when we inquired them about Airport Bus. This point we will give a dislike to the receptionist.

We love the large and pretty nice Lobby area with friendly and helpful staffed. Our room is located on 4th floor facing the the Main Street with large open view glass windows. Hotel is located only around 400 yards from the beautiful beach. Excellent location for shopping, having breakfast or dining.

The reception staff were adorable and super helpful. The hotel was immaculate, the room, public areas and pool were spotless. The rooftop bar was such a great perk and even in the rain we enjoyed swimming in to pool overlooking Nha Trang beach and city. Overall an excellent experience!

When we checked out we were told one towel was missing, this hotel is using very old towels and some even have holes in it, we’ve been traveling around the world and stay in many hotels and this is the first time we were accused of stealing towel. Otherwise this is good hotel, if anybody wants stay at this hotel should be prepared for this.

Really nice hotel, good location, but hotel staff were awful when it came to checking out, they demanded I found the two hotel room keys that they gave us, which we couldnt find, despite them being disposable plastic cards they they have hundreds of and they wanted us to pay for them and they had me on my hands and knees going through my suitcase in order to find it, it was so embarassing and distressing but they didnt have a problem with it, it was all very strange as never have I been asked for a disposable room key back.

We enjoy our stay here in 4 nights. The best thing is the swimming pool on the top of the hotel. They provide good service as well. You should try the restaurant in this hotel. The only thing is the noise at night time because of the construction next door.
