Place was amazing. Breakfast was 5 stars! Pool very clean and quiet. Close to Vinpearl parks. Free shuttle available.

We loved the resort! Great customer service from front check in point to back end staff. Our kids loved the pool and foods.

Reasonable price, good location for Vin wonders, Grand world, Vin safari. Nice swimmingpool.
4.0
Pool and room was great. Staff reasonably helpful, no one speaks very fluent english which makes certain things difficult. Lots of rubbish on the island and in the water. Empty theme park town and far to access food or things for babies like nappies etc.

Amazing experience. For a resort, too short in activities offered to be done at the resort.

We stayed in the 2rooms villa facing the beach. Very spacious, new and clean, service is top-notch. Breakfast is delectable. Pool and beach access is great. Will be better if the hotel offers sea sports activities.

Overall the resort was nice. The beach was very nice and not crowded. What makes this review a 2, maybe a 3 star is the food. The food was terrible unless you ordered room service or are at the garden restaurant. But it was very expensive in my opinion. Maybe that’s the price you pay for the quiet beach and quiet resort experience, who knows. But, I would think that if you’re going to pay premium prices then you should get premium options. Felt like a Cuban vacation if I’m being honest. Not what I was expecting from a Sheraton.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I ordered Banmi at the swimming pool, but it took a really long time and the pork smelled bad.
The next day's breakfast meat menu smelled bad, and I couldn't order food after that. I only ordered French fries. Fortunately, the breakfast on the second day did not smell.
I trusted it because it was Sheraton Hotel, but the food didn't seem to be maintained, so I was very disappointed.

We are very happy and enjoy to stay here, services were very good, If you want to explore the Grand World or Vinsafari or Vinwonder this is the place for you, it has electric cars to take you to those places. It’s more convenient to buy a package, hotel and entry tickets to the Safary and Vinwonder

The room did not have multiple outlets by the table so either I had to not use the light and have my laptop charged or have my laptop run on battery and use the light. The pillows had a bad smell like a sweaty man smell. The pillows were too flat. There was a bug in my room.

Staff are unable to speak English. Even in the restaurant they were not able to understand what I was trying to order. Only management can speak English.Hotel has a tour desk but was unable to help book a tour. I had to go to front desk where they booked it for me. Whats the point of having a tour desk if they cannot understand what I was saying? I was told that it is a poor Island and they choose to staff the poor people. The hotel is about 4 years old, surely they can train the staff before taking them on. I put up a review straight away on Expediaand I was told by management constantly to remove it! Management made me sign a form saying to refute all and for that I was sent a plate of fruit which was nothing special, what is served at breakfast everyday and given a little donut. My shower tray always filled up with water not draining away into the plughole everytime I showered. They were not able to fix this problem. They have a shuttle service for the night market.which I used 3 times. Each time I experienced people shoving and pushing to get on the bus. No control there. I cant believe people staying at a 5 star hotel can behave in such unmannerly way. I travel on my own. I was always the 1st one in the line , but never managed to get on the bus 1st. Beach loungers have towels from early in the morning and you dont see them occupied till later in the day, so if you arrive late, than no lounger for you.I can go on, but you get the idea. I would not recommend hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the villa was luxurious. The buffet meals were good with enough variety to keep you interested each day. What is strange is the service. All of the staff are lovely but have clearly not been trained properly and do not understand customer service at a 5 star level. For such a huge resort we were offered very little information related to the facilities that we could use or even offered a map. We were given basic information related to the theme parks and bus times. Most of the facilities seemed abandoned such as the club house and pool restaurant. This was disappointing. The beach is nice but nothing special. A nice relaxing place for a family vacation but a long way from anything. If I were to return to Phu Quoc I would consider staying again but it is unlikely I would return to Phu Quoc, there are many far better beach spots in Vietnam and SEA.
