Super clean and good Wi-Fi. Best sleep I had gotten whole trip.

It was cool

It was clean and the people were friendly. It felt very secure. There is no carpet in the capsule area so every little noise echoed all night. There was no area to eat or have snacks like the 9 hrs in Nagoya. The pillows were hard like rocks.

I am very satisfied 👍

Very clean, plenty of toilets and showers. If you stay more than one night, you're required to check in and out every day to allow the staff to clean; luggage just stays in the your assigned locker. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby

It was really dirty. My blind did not close and i saw that it was actually broken. My cushen was as hard as a rock so i kinda just put my douvet on top of it. The bedding didn’t feel great. You could clearly hear other people snoring.

I recently stayed at a Capsule Hotel, and although I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the inconsiderate and noisy guests, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any sleep due to the constant noise, which makes it difficult for me to recommend this experience. However, I must mention that the hotel itself is nicely designed and the staff members are friendly.
Despite the hotel's pleasant ambiance and helpful staff, my overall experience was heavily affected by the inconsiderate behavior of other guests. I had the misfortune of being surrounded by a group of very noisy individuals who disregarded others' need for rest.
It is important to note that the hotel and its staff cannot be blamed for this issue, as they did their best to address the situation. However, due to the lack of sleep caused by the disturbance, I cannot recommend this hotel as an enjoyable experience. It is a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff members are pleasant.

About 10-15 min walking distance from station.
In general, the facility is tidy and clean. The staff are nice.

Good location, clean, decent wifi. You do have to check out at 10 am, even if you’re staying consecutive nights, so it’s inconvenient if you’re trying to stay for a while, but a great option if you just need a place to stay for 1 night.

Being a capsule hotel this stay was comfortable, clean, relatively cheap, and they provided good amenities such as pyjamas, towels, toothbrush, and slippers. Though when I stayed some of the staff seemed as if they didnt care very much but check in was quick and simple. Plus of course there is nowhere really to talk, relax, sit, or eat as the only space is the bathroom and your capsule. Overall the stay was comfortable and the design of the capsules is very cool, they have enough room to comfortably sit up in. Would stay again

The hotel was very clean. I appreciated that the lockers, showers and sleeping area were separate. A robe, slippers and toothpaste are provided as well as towels. Each shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The wi fi was free and, while a little slow, worked well. Very good property for the price! My only wish is that the pillow had been better or that I could have had another one. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

You can hear other people. If you’re a light sleeper, get some headphones. Otherwise you have everything you need.

bad bed cover, irritates the body. Better off in terms of location, a 7:11 shop on site. Also lockers were bigger thsn in Tokyo capsule at Takabasi.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
You MUST check in (by 10am) and out every day even though you are staying for consecutive nights. Services are poor. Everything is bad. Eventually, I gave up the last night of stay and I booked another hotel. Try staying here for a night if you would like to challenge yourself and see where your limit is.
I repeat, I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

Good but depending on the pod location you can hear people drying their hair in the wee hours of the morning, not a reliable option for light sleepers, personally I had noise cancelling headphones so I didn’t notice till taking them off but could be a deal breaker if you are a light sleeper and can’t sleep with headphones / ear plugs on.

Nice & welcoming stay. Feel comfortable staying in Nine Hours Sendai

This is the third 9h capsule I have stayed at. The first two (in Kyoto and Tokyo) were good experiences for a capsule hotel and hence why I choose to stay at this 9h on my trip to Sendai. The location is great as it it is just a few min walk away from Hirosedori and Aoba-dori stations and a 10-15 walk from Sendai station. Its also located right next to Kokubuncho entertainment district and Vlandome shopping arcade. The facilities and beds are clean and the staff are helpful though have limited english. My big complaint though is in its room layout. In this 9h location, all the lockers are located just on the other side of the two doors to the capsules. This means that all the sounds coming from the locker room (including all the people talking, opening/closing their lockers, changing, playing music) can be heard from in your capsule. As well, on the other side of the capsule room there is another door that leads to the sink/toilet room with the location where people blow dry their hair just on the other side of the door. That means in order to get a good nights sleep, you are really dependent on how considerate your fellow guests are. In the other 9h locations Ive been to there was always some separation between the busy/loud areas and the capsules (including being on separate floors) but not this one! I highly recommend you bring ear plugs if you want to get a good night rest here and ask for a capsule furtherest from either of the 3 doors leading to the capsule room.

Exactly what I expected from a capsule hotel. Very clean, fast service. A little bit of noise while I was trying to sleep, but I expected that and brought ear plugs.

Best way to experience a capsule hotel in Japan
1.0 / 10.0
Worst Nine Hours experience. All the facilities are on the on each floor (way too much noise all night) So it’s loud, the capsules are hot and you won’t get much sleep. Nine Hours in Kyoto is far superior

Stay here for the experience, not for the comfortness. It’s cheap, clean, and very efficient. Take a shower, relax, sleep and leave in the morning. Very basic, but the atmosphere was like being on a spaceship. Very cool. Beds not too comfy though, but had worst in Japan.
