We was moved to another hotel on check in which wasn't told before arriving. Due to going specifically for a hospital admission the fact it was further to walk after all pre op meds was not good and wish we had been told in advance. You get what you pay for. Needed a on suite room due to the hospital stay and even in new hotel we had on suite. Room very basic and bed very uncomfortable but cheap and staff helpful enough. Still awaiting my refund if the deposit and staff didn't know when I would receive it which wasn't great.check in was very quick and check out is 24 hour which we needed due to leaving at 5am. Very thin walls so bring ear plugs if your not a deep sleeper as can hear everything all night

The beds were making lots of noise even from a slight movement of changing sidea when sleeping. The mattress had sports like bed bugs

Not the best but not the worst it's essentially several houses in a street and each house has been converted into rooms so you go to number 60 which has this limited reception they tell you which house to go to in my case it was like 150 meters first down the street the rooms are okay my room is freezing I couldn't turn the bathroom light off I mentioned this during my three day stay each day always told somebody were fixing but maybe did breakfast was laughable almost at a point of non-existing however the room was ok for what I paid it's fair enough the area is okay very multicultural so you have decent food options and shopping as close to the Elizabeth line to it isn't a hotel. Staff are friendly enough but completely ineffective not sure I would stay again

Upon our arrival and check-in at around 8:00 PM, we were dismayed to discover the poor condition of our room. The room had not been cleaned, with dirty sheets covered in hair. We were not informed beforehand that the toilet and shower facilities were shared among six other guests, which were in a terrible state. The front desk staff seemed oblivious to the importance of maintaining hygiene. When we raised our concerns, they responded with laughter. As a result, we chose to leave the premises within an hour of checking in, opting for a different property with comparable pricing. It is disappointing that this substandard establishment is listed under a well-regarded h my Hotel.xom group.
We incurred a financial loss of £123 and experienced inconvenience and distress due to this unfortunate situation. Adding to our frustration, the lodge refused to offer any refund despite our short stay. Additionally, a £100 security deposit, which could have been refunded immediately, will take between 4 to 14 working days to be returned.
We expect the prompt refund of our security deposit and will explore options for obtaining at least a partial refund since we did not utilize the booked facilities. This experience has led us to reconsider our future engagement with Hotels.com.

this was by far the worst hotel i’ve ever been at. we start out strong with them wanting a deposit, which they do warn about in advance. but they want to keep the deposit for 14 days, which they don’t warn about. several people came in to complain they still hadn’t gotten their deposit back.
the room stank of urine. we had booked a room with private bath, we got no such thing, instead we got a shared bath, where the toilet was incapable of flushing so there would be human waste in the toilet at all times. blood on the sheet.
EXTREMELY rude personal. i’ve never ever met such a hostile service before. i paid the room and deposit with my danish card, and later on i noticed they had taken another 61,82 pounds from my spanish card. Maria one of the workers claimed it was for a guarantee that i would pay, even though i paid full up front on arrival. hotels called her and she told them the same. when she hung up with hotel she would proceed to tell me she didn’t know what this amount was for and she didn’t take it. she would proceed to yell at me, showing me credit card receipts that they didn’t take the money. trying to explain to her that they took the directly online with no credit card was in vain. the whole house where the rooms where stank of human waste because it couldn’t ever flush. they refused to give us the room we paid for, said it was a mistake and they would give us a new the day after. the day after the indeed did not want to give us a new room or a refund still.

I don’t even know where to begin. The hotel was hard to find and didn’t look like one at all. It smelled of stale cigarettes and dampness. The carpets were filthy and sticky, clearly not vacuumed in months. The rooms were nothing like the photos- our bed was unmade and covered in hair and stains, which were clearly bodily fluids. To be blunt, there were blood, urine, fecal matter and semen stains.
We had to pay a £100 deposit, which was returned, but it’s a steep requirement if you’re short on funds. The furniture was dirty and in disrepair, and the shared bathroom was a nightmare: a broken toilet, dirty soap and shower, and hair everywhere.
A guest next door even urinated on the floor, and my friend stepped in it in the dark. We felt unsafe even with our door locked. We skipped breakfast because we couldn’t bear to stay any longer. The next morning, I developed a stye, likely from the unclean conditions and pillows.
We rushed home for baths and would never return to this place, even for money. It was absolutely foul.

A nice big room, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, all clean and fresh, and mostly quiet

A bedroom overlooking the parking area where a large family checked in at 4am - the night security found someone in the toilet on 1st floor so slept terribly- I received an apology but that’s it. Bedroom window can’t be closed - security risk. No cutlery plates or cups in kitchen- I have stayed all over the world even in a war zone and I’ve found better accommodation. In this case ‘all that glitters definitely isn’t gold!’

Overall it was not bad but the weather was hot and they didn't provide us a fan even after we asked for fan multiple times.

No one knew about the “£100” deposit, it stays out of your bank for 7 days! It’s terrible! I didn’t have £100 in my bank after I’d already “paid” for the hotel online! Avoid. Dirty too. Should be closed down. Disgusting

No fridge in room. Shared kitchen was dirty and unclean. Fridge had mouldy items in it. Shared bathroom shower was terrible and didn’t work properly. No mirrors in bathroom or room. Room was ok but extremely basic. Not worth the money we paid. Breakfast was 1 egg on toast or cereal. Won’t be back. Staff were accomodating though

It was falsely advertise and I ended up staying at a property 32 doors down from the one i booked into.
This turned into a share bathroom and a door with very old locks so felt unsafe when someone started to bang on a door at 7Am in the morning aggressively shouting at the other resident
I also got verbally abused by someone while waiting for the shared toilet
All in all not my best experience in London and will never be using experia again or this “hotel”
Additional fees and no breakfast or wifi as stated and have to wait a further 2 weeks to get my security deposit back

Just like other reviews will tell you there is alot to say. I will make it as a pros and cons list and end with some final thoughts.
Pros:
* The room, Bed linen and towels felt fresh and clean.
Cons:
* The layout of the room is just wrong. No side table to the bed, instead the bed is up against a wall and the closet.
* The bed and pillows are just bad. Stiff and rock solid.
* There is one light in the room and that is a naked lightbulb with white light.
* Walls are paper thin.
* Environment is sterile. Just a life sucking feeling of sadness.
* The building we stayed in has 2 systems of fire detectors (redundant). And the one in the hall had a bad battery so it beeps every 1 minute or so. Keep in mind that the bad detector is sitting right next to a working one. We asked a guy in the reception to take care of it. He said they would fix it, but they did nothing. This is just (insert a powerful word here) customer service.
* The deposit. A lot of reviews mention that they do not get their deposits back and this is worrisome. However I did get it back 1 day after checkout. For those who are worried just make sure to get a stand-alone receipt for this charge. Also what is the deposit all about, this is something they do in 3rd world country’s.
* The door to the room is not “weatherproofed” so the gaps makes the screaming from children and adults in the kitchen seam like they are in your room.
* This hotel is in a residential area and it does not even have sign.
