I didn’t love having a physical key that I had to drop off and pick up every time I left the building, but it’s honestly not the worst thing in the world.

I booked this hotel thinking it was connected to the station because the name on your website said Sendai Business Hotel Eki but actually it was a block away. When we got there there was temporary sign saying it was Sendai Business station front hotel. It was raining hard and we got soaked walking that block away. Also we had to carry our luggage down some stairs to the lobby. Our 6th floor room had a permeating smell of burning oil seeping in one of our rooms near a staircase door. In the evening we called to see if we could change rooms but initially was told they were totally booked. Luckily my friend a Japanese national staying with us explained the situation and he came up with a couple other room keys that they can move into. He said that there was a mechanical boiler room below and that’s where the smell was coming from the stairwell.

The walls were a little too thin, I woke to hear someone conversing. Fortunately, it was brief. The toilet room was rather tight for changing clothes.
The location was good, a few blocks from the main road.

The hotel is close to the JR station and the Sendai wet market. It is convenience to the tourist to visit other place. but the connection of wifi is bad in room.

Great location, reasonable price, basic facility.

Great place, it's so close to Sendai Station and it's down a busy street so you'll never feel scared about dodgy people if you're traveling alone. I stayed in a single room and it was small but perfectly adequate. The bed was comfy and facilities were good. My only complaint is that my room and the corridors and basically the whole interior of the building smelt like there was a gas leak. It was quite strong too. I wasn't sure if there was an actual leak but it sure smelt like it.

I had to book this hotel in a hurry. I had a good experience with this same group of hotel in Sapporo. The hotel feel dated and need full overall renovation to keep up to the standard.

The hotel was clean, the room was very small and lacked clothes storage. The hotel staff were not as friendly or helpful as other hotels.

We have to turn off the air conditioner so that we can get into sleep. I would say add a little budget and choose other big name hotel.

good location, cleanliness and service. The staff generally speak English quite well . no worries about communication. Also you can borrow phone charger. But one downside: the wifi connection is sometimes poor.

I stayed overnight in Sendai to go to a concert, so I wanted a cheap hotel close to the station that would be convenient for getting to the concert venue. The Unizo Inn was perfect for this, a great price and within a short stroll from Sendai Station. The room was clean and comfortable; there was a little bit of noise from other guests but nothing too bothersome. There were several convenience stores nearby to choose from, and plenty of restaurants and shops closer to the Station building.

Good location. Clean and high value for money. Most staff could barely speak English but were very friendly. One particular front desk girl could speak English and always wore a big smile. She offered me very timely help when I met problems and wouldnt mind the trouble to take me a long way to the laundry when I couldnt find it. Grateful and very comfortable stay

UNIZO INN SENDAI gave me a comfortable two-night stay. Breakfast buffet was also really nice and delicious. However, air conditionar was bit dirty (fungi was grow on the surface) and the bathroom was alsobit uncomfortable.
