I was visiting a friend in Sendai over this holiday weekend. The price was high due to the holiday but not terrible. The only problem I had was some difficulty with WiFi when I first checked in. After that it was fine. The hotel is very elegant and eco-aware. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and professional. One thing that is a little unique is the kiosk used for check-in. Luckily the staff helped my use this device, which takes a little getting used to.

Overall it is a modern and spacious hotel. We are puzzled about the absence of any coffee sachets in the room or front desk, as this is a very basic requirement in any hotel nowadays!

Good breakfast with both Eastern and some Western options. Laundry onsite was a bonus. Room and Ben comfortable.

This is a new hotel, with everything quite new and clean. It's very close to one subway station, and it's less than 10 minutes of walking distance away from Sendai Station, where you can find all the restaurants and stores. Also a few convenience stores very close. Overall, we enjoyed staying in this hotel.

The hotel is very new and clean, and modern looking too. The location is convenient. The staff are kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, although the room had no view at all. It’s facing a tall building so all we could see was the wall of that building. It didn’t bother us much though since the room was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Sendai. The parking on site was nice.

Very nice hotel conveniently located a short walk from Sendai station. The room was very comfortable, clean, and looked newly updated. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and beverage options. Could not be happier with our stay.

We were in town for pokemon go fest and the hotels were mostly sold out when we went to book. I am glad they were because this hotel was fabulous for our stay. If you are a pogo player, there are 6 pokestops and a gym reachable from the hotel ;). The room was small (which is why we were worried about it) but it is japan, so most rooms are small. Also it ended up being just fine, they make the space work well. Staff were friendly and they have most of the toiletries and other things you might need just up front that you can grab easily. Very walkable (only a few blocks) from the main JR train station, as well as there being a subway entrance right in front of the hotel if you prefer that.

This hotel was fairly cool. While the room I booked was a typical business style hotel, it was spacious for solo traveler. I really enjoyed breakfast buffet at very nice restaurant atmosphere in the second floor.

A gem if a hotel, modern, fresh, clean and in a great location. I will definitely stay at The OneFive hotels again in fact have already booked one in Okayama. Excellent, highly recommended!

like the room ... alot space long desk 4 meter + also great bath and my floor had washing place (2 store's has it) and 2 store vending machine. overal al need get at desk. and police each 3 th stay clean room. also dinner place but unest didn't use ...like start hiking with stop to enjoy local food. also 2 entrance (back car parking and main front) entrance hal give feeling be higher star hotel.
