Based on the fact that we paid thru Hotels.com, there was still an additional charge for services and things that we did not use as we were staying for business. When asked if we could waive the charge, they said no. Because of this, I will never use this hotel again. $163 for Guest Amenity Fees, which are • Airport transfers to and from Sun Valley Airport (didnt use) • Ski Valet and storage (seasonal) (didnt use) • Bike Storage (didnt use) • In-town transportation, including daily shuttles to River Run (seasonal) (didnt use) • Daily expanded continental divide breakfast (Did use, but not wi=orth the extra charge) • Wireless internet service (didnt use, I have a cell phone) • In-room coffee & tea service (Didnt use) • Seasonal Adventure Program activities (Didnt use) • Audi Test Drive Program (didnt use) • Pool & Hot Tubs (didnt use)

The hotel was a lovely spot near Sun Valley in the early fall that was super easy to find. The staff bent over backwards to enhance our stay. Breakfast was varied and you could even watch them make your handmade pizza at the bar. It was also wonderful that the village was easily navigated on foot and close to several amazing dining options. The paved bike trail is also very close by. There was an initial mixup with keys when they attempted to provide us with early check-in so they granted us an upgraded corner room that was massive with a nice fireplace and soaking tub. Unfortunately, our room was right on the main street with endless traffic and across from a construction site that all became quite active at 6:30AM. We opted not to move the 2nd night since we planned to leave early the next day.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. There's a nice lobby and outdoor seating. Main Street was closed because of road construction, but it didn't affect my stay.

A fantastic hotel. We stayed two night with our 13 & 11 year old boys. We loved the room, rhe gym and the free bikes. The boys loved the pool, ping pong and jacuzzis. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best you will find anywhere.

Nice hotel property with a few things that weren't perfect: drain in bathtub not working, drain in bathroom sink was attractive but didn't drain well, a comfortable chair or two would have been great..

The services over the top! Toni was a great informative and timely driver! Big thanks! One day they missed cleaning our room...and we had not checked "do not clean," but they did replenish whatever we needed...water, etc. Loved the robes!

Hotel itself is great and in a perfect location. Great places to visit in downtown Ketchum! I would highly recommend visiting Lefty’s for their french fries, Grumpy’s for their burgers and The Sawtooth Brewery for the view and the Peanut Butter Milk Stout. The continental breakfast was very nice, lots of options. I would mention that there is construction happening on Main Street. Our room was on that side. This made for noise and lots of dust. Also, during our stay, the hotel hired a power washing company and due to this, they locked the underground parking garage. Unfortunately-they did not notify us of this.

I would definitely stay here again! Our room was ready when we arrived. The on-site ski rental was very convenient. The shuttle for the airport and ski drop off was awesome. There were many delicious restaurants and fun shopping within blocks on the hotel. The daily breakfast was nice. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

From the shuttle bus to the mountain and extra drop offs and picks up in town the service is hard to beat. The free airport pick up and drop off is also incredibly helpful. Excellent location and hopping post ski.

Limelight was an amazing hotel from the staff and amenities. We had a wonderful family ski trip. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful with suggestions. We were able to use the Audi experience to take a day trip to Galena and snow shoe with some amazing views. The town was adorable with great dining for the whole family. We loved the hot tubs and pools and happy hour. We've stayed at the Limelight in Snowmass many times and Ketchum was just as delightful. Bald mountain was a short 5-minute shuttle ride from the hotel. The mountain views were beautiful but pretty challenging, steep runs - not for beginners.

Exceeded our expectations. Despite not being a ski-in ski-out, it was incredibly convenient. The loaner Audi was a nice bonus for our day off from skiing. Layla is an amazing concierge. One of the best we have ever encountered. Location on main street in downtown was also fantastic for my partner who doesn't ski. Highly recommend.

The airport shuttle is very convenient with amazing staff! This is a great location with easy check in and check out. Our needs were accommodated with no hassle. The free breakfast was great for what it is! And, can we say more about the pools! The facility is very nice. It is modern, but is still acknowledging the history behind the site. Also a great location to access all of downtown Ketchum but also easy to get to either the mountain or Sun Valley

The atmosphere of the facilities, inside and outside, was peaceful and relaxing. Service was excellent; friendly staff throughout our stay. Mu only concern was on our last night (we stayed five nights), we returned to our rooms m at about 10:30 PM. Our window had been dully opened, and there was no screen. I suspect the housekeeping staff had opened it and forgotten to close it. Nothing was missing, but the room was freezing and several flies and moths were in the room. We were able to turn up the beat and the room warmed up quickly. The insects were annoying, though. It really wouldn't have been a problem if there had been a screen on the window. We were very pleased with all other aspects of our stay.

I specifically reserved a room with a bath tub. Whe we arrived we were "upgraded" to a room with a shower only. I had to call down and wait for the front desk to find another room. We could only get a double queen. The bathtub was a tub/shower combo. The bath stopper was broken. So- the entire point of the room didn't work. The in-room coffee center had half & half dated to February 2023-it had solidified. The room is grossly over-priced for what you get. You pay a "resort fee" of $50 and parking is $20.
