I have used this hotel multiple times now. Its very convenient, clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast. 2 issues -- lately price has gone up really steep, and not convenient for International traveler with connecting connecting Domestic flight from Terminal 1.

Very average, or even below for the price. The lobby looks nice, but our room was in need of maintenance. Floorboards bent when walked in because there was probably rot underneath. So much moisture.
Also- NOT A QUIET PLACE TO SLEEP DURING THE DAY! THE WORKERS THENSELVES WERE TALKING LOUDLY, even in the “Quiet Zone” near the rooms. The AC was loud too. I think the idea of this hotel is great, but the execution is poor.

Very convenient. Hotel is located inside the airport. Good place to stay the night if you catching flights the next morning. Hotel is quite new and hence still well maintained. Breakfast was not so great as selection is very limited. Skip the hotel breakfast and grab something else from the airport restaurants.

Room was in horrible conditions, wall need it to be repaired, smells like mold and found two dead bed bugs on the bed.

At the airport, expensive for what it is. But good for transit

good place to stay for one night. Breakfast was awful , very poor selection

Getting to the hotel is quite a pain especially if you did not arrive in T2 of the airport. If you arrive at T1, you have to take a half-hour bus ride to T2, then use multiple elevators to get to P4 of the parking lot, then cross over to the terminal. Your documents and luggage will be checked before being allowed into the terminal to get to the hotel.
The hotel itself is quite luxurious. It is quiet and the rooms are spacious enough for one person with not much luggage. The facilities are quite poor though. There are no international outlets in the rooms, so better bring your own adapter if you are coming from abroad. The clock in the room showed the wrong time (half an hour slow, which is bad if you rely on it to make it on time for your connecting flight). The wi-fi password they gave me did not work. I was not too keen since I was staying only overnight, but it is just sloppy.

Allowed complimentary breakfast. It was clean. It was a bit too cold.

An effective hotel for one night only. very noisy, you can hear everything, but it is ok.

The room and the bathroom were average. The toilet flush was not working. The best parts were the hot shower and the convenient location at the airport.

Do not ever make the mistake of booking here. THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN STAY HERE IS IF YOU HAVE A PLANE TICKET AND A PASSPORT. Booked for 2 days paid full price and they never let us enter the hotel at all. Got bounced back between Niranta and Expedia with no refund at all, not even for the second day.

Did not like cleaners talking loudly in the hallway while I was trying to sleep. They should try to keep quiet after 10.0 pm.

On arrival I was met by a male receptionist who had little or no interest in what I was asking him other than to give me the room key. Before I reached my room,a notice informed me the tv in my room was not working. Not a good start and it got worse! The floor the hotel is situated on as nothing but a grand view of the car park!Breakfast, boiled eggs/cold bake beans nothing else recognisable!

it is a nice place to stay while waiting for your next flight.

Surfaces of the room were greasy/sticky and not clean

The staff were very helpful. KILONI was very efficient and cooperative. The first room in the departure wing we checked in had its flush broken, so we were moved to a different room in the arrival wing. That room had multiple problems e.g. the fridge did not work, the bedside tables had so much dust on them. The good part is that it's very safe, organized and quiet. Staff were attentive.

Stayed at their city-side house. The place has clearly not recovered from the pandemic — which was two years ago already!
Dining room: closed (I had to walk to their arrivals terminal-side house.
TV: dead! TV config out of date. Set-top box out of subscription. USB connection not working …

Location is great & Breakfast is good!! Check in process was slow & they charged me for extra person but put me in the smallest room possible. There was no customer service.. It was like talking to robot

Small windowless room but comfortable and clean. have all necessities for a sound sleep for a layover or onward trip.

The service given by Mr Guuddo Kumar was beyond excellent. Very kind and went beyond the duty to help me.

The wifi never connected even we were told by the front desk it would take 10 min. The food in the restaurant was so-so, altogether a pricey stay justified only by the convenience to flights

Overall it was good however there was no remote control for the tv. The front desk said that the tvs were not working today

Very convenient for departures or arrivals from terminal 2 at Mumbai airport. One doesn’t even need to leave the airport and enters the terminal from a route which is not so busy at peak times. The hotel itself is relatively new and up to high to medium specification. But there are no windows, of course it’s in the middle of airport so this can be forgiven. The rooms are small and unfortunately one can hear a lot of noise from accompanying rooms and people walking through the corridor. For example, you can hear your neighbour switch on and off the light switch.
The staff were good. Breakfast was average. If I’m honest it was the worst of all the five Indian hotels I stayed in but still not bad.

My flight got delayed and I called the hotel to let them know and the duty manager was kind enough to say I will be refunded as I didn’t manage to check in due to delay. He asked me to email them which I did and the person who responded was quite rude - Teena and said I could t get a refund. I did explain that I had spoken and been offered this and I also chased the email up 3 days later and no response. Really bad service

Great transit hotel so convenient in T2 terminal BOM. Service and restaurant excellent. Only complaint is somewhat noisy with loud children staying next door and thin walls.

Not Bad, not worth for money

The hotel is conveniently located in the transit zone so you can use it only if you are connecting between two international flights. To find it, pass the security of transit flights and then search the KFC in the food court of the departure zone and behind is the lift for the hotel. So no Indian visa required.
Unfortunately, the staff is a problem. They replied to my message asking about the visa 4 days later and without answering my question and never answered my second message via hotels.com. Once in the airport, they couldn't explain to me how to reach the hotel on the phone! Unbelievable!
The hotel room is ok but no windows and because it is one level under the food court, you can hear all the night the noise of the chairs that multiple people pulled all the time.
At the end, just convenient but nothing more

It was very unclean. Breakfast is awful.

The front desk staff were amazing , I would like to appreciate Megha who went above and beyond in ensuring my check in process was smooth at the British airways business class desk . Megha quickly gathered that I might be running late and extended unparalleled guidance and customer service. I would highly recommend Niranata for future stays .

The walls are too thin could hear other guest’s through the walls making it difficult to sleep especially when you have young ones shouting in the next rooms. The TV did not work but could not be asked to get it looked at as needed the sleep for an early flight. The bed was fine but the sheets looked tired and could do with a fresh change. Very convenient for short stays for guests in transit. Very welcoming staff. Overall this is a good place to stopover for convenience and rest up instead of waiting in the departure area. The lounges are too overcrowded. A private room is way better. Did not use the restaurant or bar. Plenty of eating places a level up outside the entrance.
