Slow service provided by housekeeping, when I asked for the missing slipper and replacement of the dirty kettle. Make 3 calls within 30mins then my request was attended.
The room cleanliness was not satisfactory, as the cups, table top, chair were dusty. Bathroom some places could see the rusty stains.
The hotel corridors except first floor were not smell good…

I was given a room which was cleaned.
Although the room was not big but stay was comfortable. Excellent customer support and well trained staff.

Just about okay for the price and location. Super stinky sewage smell in the rooms. Had to change it immediately. Staff was kind enough to assist. Restaurant prices are high, with very weird menu. Average!

They had sold out rooms when I arrived though I booked in advance and blocked room by credit card.
Even they didn't apologize and just sent me to another hotel.
They didn't arrange airport pickup though they confirmed the arrangement.
Poor service and poor education to employees. But room rate is not economical.

I booked the room for my parents who arrived after midnight of the day the hotel was booked for. The reception made them wait for an hour to give them the room. This is disgraceful as the room should have been ready for them from the afternoon and they made them wait. They had to query the time it was taking several times and in the end my mum had to raise her voice. My parents were elderly and had travelled from england to in India on a 9hour flight and the hotel reception staff seemed more interested in their conversations then the comfort of their guests. My parents only spent less than hours in a room and paid £130 for it. OUTRAGEOUS

The food is very delicious, the room has a lot of goods and details. Lovely place. The waiters were also nice and kidness with me. The only thing was I can't get they gave same price by Expedia of before days. I would like to extend my time there.

The location is convenient very close to the airport. The staff are excellent ready to assist at anytime the property is well maintained overall an excellent experience

This was my first stay at the Lemon Tree. I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was better than I anticipated. The only negatives was that the check-in was a bit hectic and could be smoother but the reception was warm and friendly. I did have trouble getting the Uber app to route to the hotel. Someone should check into this.

Room smelled like cigarettes, no actions twken, my belongings smell like cigarettes, lack of communication from management.
I was stranded at airport despite giving them all pick up information twice via email. Nothing was done n we had to stay in a unhealthy room n bear expenses of cleaning all our clothes n belongings.
Neither hotels.com nor hotel help us out.

Poor service. We got a room without towels and without wifi, we called the reception and they promised to take care of it in a few minutes, After 30 minutes we came to the reception because we didn't get towels and the wifi didn't work. After another 30 minutes we came the reception again because we didn’t get towels and wifi still not working. More than 1 hour after check-in we changed a room, than we got a key card that didn't work, we came to the reception again. In the new room no towels again.

I was very impressed with the level of service throughout the staff, from the manager to the cleaning and laundry staff. Everybody was friendly, accommodating, cheerful and hard-working. The facility is spotless.
Best of all the swimming pool has a modern filtration and hygiene system with ozone filtration that doesn't leave you smelling like chlorine after your swim. It's one of the best hotel swimming pools I've ever been in.
In the restaurant, they are very accommodating to someone like me with a vegan diet. I explained my requirements, and the chefs were always happy to oblige, and they remembered those requirements over the full 6 days of my stay.
The items were excellent and unusual: there were chia seeds, flax seeds, fresh dates, incredible fresh peaches, and fresh mung bean sprouts.
The pineapple was always ripe and delicious.
I consider this a 5+ star hotel property with a 4-star price, and a 6-star staff.
My highest recommendation.

Used to up-to-standard, however overall quality and service is being worse.- too much mosquitoes in the room- no A/C most of the time, without any window in the room and the temperate can go up to 25.5 degree celsius (they told me “thats a backend issue and it will resume in 10mins” - obviously they are saving budget) this issue happened from the first time I stay here...- human errors: amended many times for one invoice and incorrect, send incorrect in room dinning items- miscommunications and every staff have different message to the consumers: I stayed here as usual during covid-19. I usually ask for re-heat my food service (the reasons I am not ordering from hotel restaurant is because 1.) very little choice here 2.) their cooking time as long as online food delivery service 3.) they made a lot of mistake from my orders - e.g. I order roasted half-chicken - at the end they give me 2pcs chickens fillets without notice me... etc etc) ok, so I order from other restaurant and keep part of the food in freezer (I think most of the staff very understandable and helpful) however, one restaurant manager told me no more reheat service, but other staff still helping me reheat (I can understand due to covid, they don’t accept any risky with the outside food) however, the way they communicate is mess and the restaurant manager is super rude suddenly - he is annoyed and cut my call + not call me back to solve the issue (anyway, fair to say that most of the staff here is super nice

They charged me twice the payment amount without any notice and still get no response why since I check out on 25th!! Hardware was good but i need to know why double charged and when Lemon tree will cancel my second payment!!! I am really disappointed with slow response from them.

Really nice hotel and close to the airport. The staff is very courteous and goes out of the way to make your stay pleasant.
