Excellent service in a hotel created in an old traditional siena building. The interior design is a little unique and didn’t suit our style, specifically the bathroom in the centre of the room which was like a goldfish bowl. Other than that, very happy.

Extremely good location in the city of Siena but parking requires about a 10 minute walk and cost 20 EU/day (good price for unlimited in/outs). Building was well converted to today's standards. Nice daily breakfast (cold cuts, breads, cereal). Lounge/breakfast area also offers serve-yourself (all for fee) drinks throughout the day.

This is a quirky property right in the heart of Siena. We had the suite at the top and it had great views. Room is cool modern design with the bed in the middle of the room. Breakfast was simple and staff super friendly and helpful.

I loved everything about this hotel except for the shower (lack of a real one). The location is superb, staff commendable and professional, the room is huge, and very quiet (I couldn't tell there were any other guests in the hotel), and beautiful juxtaposition of modern & dramatic architecture into this middle ages building. I would have rated this hotel 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of a true stand up shower with a sliding glass door. It was a hand held and ended up spraying the bathroom the first time I used it.

We stayed in Palazzetto Rosso for 2 nights, and it was everything we expected. The hotel and rooms are very stylish and a lovely mix of traditional and original elements with new technology and comfort. The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted, the service is excellent, the location can't get much better - in short, this was perfect for a getaway weekend to explore Siena and the region.

A beautiful old building, lovingly and interestingly converted into a small boutique style hotel whilst maintaining the drama and historic feeling of the property. Very nice, helpful and accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble, large clean and comfortable rooms which were cleverly designed to maintain both a classical and modern feel at the same time. Very nice breakfast provided with quality local products and interesting blended juices.

Every bath wet the entire bathroom and made it unusable. This needs to be clear at booking.

Beautiful hotel with so much character-built in 13th century! Yet amenities were modern and contemporary and super clean! (tub with sprayer was nice but stand up shower would be ideal). Perfect location-walking distance to El Campo, restaurants & shops. Staff was very friendly & accommodating! Will stay here again when we return to Sienna!

We love this hotel and the location is right next to all the major places within walking distance. Style of the hotel is a great mix between classic and modern. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is available too to make it easier for guest.

Attracted to the spacious rooms and architectural Re work of this very old building. It did not disappoint in this respect, although the bathroom layout without a shower is awkward. Staff were great, pleasant, invested a real delight. Although there is minimum hotel dining facilities the breakfast was good. Excellent location. Would visit again
