Wonderful stay! Construction going on in the back of the hotel where 2 room suites are. AC and white noise sound from my phone blocked out the sounds. So spacious!

The morning of our check out my friend used the hair dryer to dry anothers hair in the process her head was tingling and soon after ine side of her face was numble and it did smell the room like burning hair. We informed the front desk but he didnt seem concerned.

We had a great stay, it was clean and very spacious. I traveled with my children and they enjoyed the room, mostly because it had a small kitchen and living room type space. We also had enough towels and that's a good thing to have especially when you are traveling with kids under 10.

There was damaged flooring in the lobby and both elevators. Ceiling tiles were old and discolored. Room was old looking with old sheets. Not as advertised.

We stayed 4 nights and 5 days but no house keeper came to clean the room or change towels. I Never had that type of experience. Breakfast was good. The first room we stayed had strange shower arrangements. Also no sheets in bed. Broken pots and broken ice box. Air Conditioning stopped working at night.

Served breakfast daily so that was nice. The outside presented well however once inside the wear and tear on the building, carpets, couches, walls is very evident. Our room had cracks in the walls, table was missing parts, handicap shower had broken bars. Pull out bed was also broken so was a very rough sleep.

This was a great hotel. Very well laid out for family and business travel. Would definitely stay again. Only issue was the air conditioners in both rooms of the suite were super loud and need to be repaired. The bed was also dished to the middle so it was not very comfortable for 2 sleepers.

The Suite style worked great for our needs of a multiple day trip and doing some meals in house. It is spacious and comfortable. I would like to see more housekeeping services. They are supposed to do a light cleaning on the 2nd day we were told but no one came. We were taking out our own trash every day, going down to get towels replaced, and our floors given we did use kitchen, were getting sticky or food on them but no real tools for us to clean ourselves which would have helped if no housekeeping. I do prefer hotels that still serve guests this way as was always done before Covid. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice; games to check out; good breakfast; large space to gather with other family staying in other rooms downstairs; corn hole; pool; bbq; etc. Close to college campus which was our reason for visiting for graduation. Staff was very friendly and doing their best given the policies of the hotel. I did book through Expedia and they would not let my husband check in though same last name and address as me because I was at the store so he and my son sat with all of our gear for a half hour which we could have used for set-up before our family needed to be picked up from the airport. I would have sent a photo of my license or they could have called me. I feel security was a little tight on this and did not kick off the weekend in the best way but it all worked out and all in all was a great weekend. I would stay there again.

We love staying at this hotel when we come to town. The staff always treats us like friends and are very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast is delicious and their courtyard area by the pool is super relaxing and there’s actually a bit of a yard where we can let the dogs get some exercise instead of just concrete everywhere. Beds are great also.

In our rool the walls were all cut up and cracked and not repaired. Carpet was stained and dirty. Carpet between living room and bedroom wss duct taped together. Swam multiple times and each time needed to ask the front desk staff to bring out towels.

This property was very nice. The room was spacious. There were minor issues for one the pull out couch had a few stains on it and the beds don’t seem stable kind of wobbly but other than that everything was great, I would definitely stay here again. The all you can breakfast was awesome as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel was nice but could use some updates. The little breakfast omelets, and cinnamon french toast sticks were excellent, as well as a nice assortment of fruits. The Wednesday evening social hour was great! Would recommend and I would stay there again when I am back in town.

The stay was great as usual a couple days before Christmas we always stay at this hotel for its convenience of having a kitchen for the kids. But I got a stupid charge for a sheet that goes on top of the bed, it’s in the closet but they are so dam lazy to check for it I’m 2 hours away $80 for it I put it up on top of the closet because I hate having that uncomfortable sheet on the bed. Ridiculous, I never mentioned that a coffee pod that was days old was still in the pot and now dirty the counters had been, pretty much lost a 8 time a year customer. Once again Hilton

Was working in Phoenix for a week on business. Brought my wife and chose to stay in Tempe instead of Phoenix. This was a good choice due to your hotel being located in a very safe area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Also a nice theater nearby for my wife and I to enjoy at night.

Amanda was so welcoming and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Great property & great location for what we were there for. Easy access & good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. Only downfall…they need a regular coffee pot!

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly there was hair on the floor left from previous occupants I’m guessing from shaving in the bathroom area right in front of the vanity and it was gross. The shower looked dirty and the sliding door was stuck. The area around the hotel was nice and shopping was literally 5 mins away so that was nice. Staff was courteous.

Room was okay, not the cleanest or very well kept and maintained. Chunks of drywall missing and broken from wall, large cracks in wall. Booked a king suite room and got a double queen room, clerk seemed less than enthusiastic and would not change the room to the one i booked.
