Excellent stay with easy access to the tram stop ( trams to Amsterdam Central and Station Zuid which has the metro and intercity trains including to Schiphol). Apartments were clean and well equipped. Optional breakfast @18 euros a bit on the pricey side.

Pro: We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very close to the tram 🚋 station. Staffs were nice and welcoming! Con: it would be nice if the house keeping is provided earlier like maybe after 3days into your stay than their 7 days house keeping service rule. And also just a heads up the room doesn’t have a door, it’s an open space. This was a bother to me upon arrival but there was nothing to be done. Aside from these two complaints, everything seems okay and nice in my opinion.

I recently stayed at Cityden Zuidas, and while my stay wasn't perfect, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Gabby, the Daymaker. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. Gabby was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making my experience as positive as possible. Her efforts to address my concerns were much appreciated, and she truly made a difference in my overall experience. Thank you, Gabby, for your kindness and professionalism!

The only thing that makes me frustrated is the laundry room. The washer and dryer are not easy to use,.other than that everything is good. The stuffs are nice and helpful!

It was nice stay in a quiet locality. Location is great with nearby tram station and Dirk supermarket at short distance. Had a little glitch on day 1 at checkin which was quickly resolved by the guest manager. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Elise at reception who tried her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Will look forward to staying at Cityden again.

Nice room and convenient location. The small kitchen had what we needed to make simple meals. Could have informed of the fact that 150 eur would actually be taken out of my account for deposit.

The rooms are great. Lots of storage and really clean. The kitchen is nice. The fold out couch is not that comfortable as the bed has springs, so you need to use the blanket as a topper. There isn’t much around this location so stock up on supplies before you get there

I tried to pay for a late checkout and it wasnt offered at all. They said if not out before 12 pm (noon) that there would be a late checkout fee. I got down at 11:59. They charged me 40 euro as a late fee. They had no where for me to throw away my pizza box when i had it with me in the restaurant up top and said i needed to take it with me and find somewhere else to throw it.

This was a wonderful choice for our stay in Amsterdam. The hotel is about 20 minutes outside the central area of Amsterdam, but public transportation was very close and easy to use. Many hotels in the central city were over priced and small looking. This room was large and with kitchen. The front desk staff were very helpful (and even left a little Birthday welcome gift in the room on check-in!) The hotel restaurant was very good and affordable. Our next trip to Amsterdam, we will look to book this hotel again.

This property was perfect for our family! Friendly reception! Maybe a 5 minute walk to the train station. Grocery store nearby. Nice to have the kitchenette (stove top, mini fridge, microwave, serving ware, utensils, pans & dishwasher) to make simple meals in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and quiet hotel. Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. We were able to check in early. The shower room was very open so it got all wet after one person took a shower. Also, hotel does not offer paper towel and paper tissues in the room.

Very nice Apartment-hotel when you prefer a quiet zone. A lot of walking possibilities in the nature just 20-30 minutes away (parc with small forest and, of course, water landscape. Very clean apartment, very good sound isolation (or we did not have neighbors directly next dor?). Only one small problem - few plates and cutlery in the kitchen so that one cannot use efficiently the dishwasher. Very friendly personal. Parking place available by quite full occupation of the hotel capacity.

Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes.

Bit too far out of the city. Nice and clean. Beds are fancy but very inconvenient to get into. Check in is a mess and long (probably country specific). Random advance charging for parking even if we had no car.

We loved this apartment and the area it is in. Provided are some basic cooking utensils, pans and cutleryas will as a nespresso machine. The tram is just a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and markets in the area. The staff were always welcoming and knowledgeable. Bike rentals are available on the property. We will stay here again!

Overall our stay was excellent. We enjoyed having a bar/restaurant right in the building. The room was clean and very spacious despite being a studio. The welcome package of dish tabs and other goodies was a nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable . The only negative is that the pillows were so large in size, it made them uncomfortable. Great option if you don’t mind commuting to Amsterdam central.
