Okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Zentrale, ruhige Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie gute Anfahrt zum Hotel mit PKW.

Dicke, harte Kopfkissen - leider keine Alternative vorhanden, wie man es aus guten Hotels kennt. Minimale Ausstattung, bspw. nur zwei Kleiderbügel im Schrank (auf Nachfrage wurde selbstverständlich Abhilfe geschaffen), zwei Teller etc., aber eine große Spülmaschine. Annahme von Postkarten zum Versand war im Hotel nicht möglich - kennt man aus anderen Häusern ebenfalls anders. Im Zimmer neben dem Aufzug ist dieser zu hören, was aber absolut erträglich war.

Good helpful staff, nice ambiance and a peaceful location.

Actually not too remote as it may seem from city centre. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff.

Really expensive in terms of value for money but then Amsterdam hotels are all expensive compared to other major cities like Paris or Barcelona.

HOTEL MODERNI

El desayuno estuvo completo, el lugar muy bonito y moderno, personal agradable.

Lo único es que nos entregaron una habitación diferente a la reservada y que solo nos podían cambiar hasta el día siguiente porque estaban llenos y tocó dormir más apretados el primer día y el sofá suena mucho y no es muy cómodo.

Excelente opção em Amsterdam.

O estúdio é muito confortável, aconchegante, bem equipado e limpo. É bem localizado, próximo a um shopping, restaurantes, supermercado e a pontos de bonde e ônibus, facilitando muito a locomoção, inclusive ao aeroporto.

Confort, propreté, équipements du logement, accueil, restaurant sur place très bien, proximité station tramway et métro, parking payant aux alentours

Prévoir environ 30 minutes de tramway pour rejoindre le centre ville d Amsterdam (mais pratique en tramway)

Tolles Hotel - jeder Zeit gerne wieder

Das Hotel liegt verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig und man hat auch direkte Anbindung zur Bahn nach Amsterdam. Ein Parkhaus liegt ebenfalls in direkter Nähe und ist nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel selbst hat keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer groß, schön eingerichtet und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, das Frühstück sowie das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Der Koch hat mir als Vegetarier gerne auch was gemacht, was nicht auf der Karte stand. Ich hatte eine Veranstaltung im P60 Amstelveen und dafür lag das Hotel fußläufig perfekt, ich würde es aber auch empfehlen wenn man dem Trubel in Amsterdam entfliehen will, denn man ist so schnell mit der Bahn in der Innenstadt. Auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten und man kann einiges unternehmen

Spacious and great!

The room was spacious, clean and the hotel was very stylish and modern. Location is close to the tram line which makes it convenient.

The breakfast and room rates are pretty pricey.

Highly recommended.

New, modern clean and good location for us wanting to be in Amstelveen, but also fine for hopping into Amsterdam or beyond. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Good facilities in the building.

Better than OK but not great.

Location was good with good access to a metro line that brings you all the way into Central station. There was also a direct bus to the airport and the F1 circuit. The only complaint I have is that there are not too many amenities around the hotel.

More frequent room cleaning and more accomodating with early checkins would have made my trip much better.

Location, environment, quitness.

No parking in front of the building included in the rate (considering the high price we paid), mainly after 9am. We would like to have had more dish detergent. We suggest that in the booking site, you should have information that there is nespresso coffe and shower gel available.

Stylish and spacious apartments, clean and conveniently located close to shopping center and public transport. We also liked the extra-long bathtub in the bathroom and a 2-in-1 washer and dryer.

The apartment could have had more dishes, and it was missing some basic supplies like detergent, salt etc. Though we manged to get some of those from the reception when we asked. We also had cigarette smoke coming from one of adjacent apartments through the vent (perhaps just bad luck - they generally don't allow smoking in rooms).

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The location is perfect - very close to different kinds of transport. Food in the restaurant was very good and all the people in the staff were really nice and helpful!

Great suburb stay

Quiet location while close to public transportation for airport and city. New and well designed room. Having a kitchen was useful.

The bicycles rentals are quite expensive at 18 euros a day. It would be a nice gesture to let guests use them for free as is the case at many other hotels. Or a nominal fee.

comfortable, affordable stay

Loved the proximity to the tram and the shopping center. Enjoyed the quiet, tranquil location. Appreciated the washers and dryers which were handy because we’d been traveling awhile and needed those facilities. Our room was clean and comfortable.

we booked a studio but they place us at the end studio that doesn’t look like the picture shown. we paid such a high price for a 2 hanger wardrobe and can’t even place our 2 luggage bag. please remind that that’s no dining table in the room. and need to eat in front of the TV console. We got cheated with the price we paid. As we could book others 4* hotel in city.

Modern and comfortable Hotel Apartments

The one bedroom apartments are spacious and perfect for a family with kids or even better with one child. I was alone and even the studio was good enough. All the premises have a fully functional kitchen. The tram is very close by and very comfortable to use. Nice breakfast. Dedicated limo for the airport at convenient rate. In the apartments is available a smart TV. Most of the staff was very friendly.

After my check-in there was an issue with the room AC not working (it was freezing) and no other rooms of the same type were available. Initially I have been offered a heater. After rejecting it and a long discussion the manager has upgraded me to a larger room and it was appreciated. I was asked 27 euros for 2 hours late check out. I would have had no issue even paying more for a few more hours.

Nice location, Very friendly staff, Good facilities and restaurants, Comfortable and clean rooms.

The Staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, gave us some tips and info about the area and the best ways to get around, and upon request even allowed our group a much earlier check in. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a multi day stay (Kitchen, Ironing board, Washing machine e.t.c). The location was ideal, based fairly close to some quiet parks and shopping centres, and only 20 minutes from Amsterdam central via transport. We opted for breakfast in the morning with the restaurant downstairs, we were all very happy with the quality of the food.

There are really no major complaints. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and only 1 had a TV, so another in the second one would have been appreciated but considering there’s another in the main lounge this really wasn’t an issue.

Superb

The actual stay at this hotel was nice and the room is very comfortable. The location is really good and convenient.

The hotel have overcharged me - I have sent evidence that they are charging me again for something I have already paid for, but they have ignored my emails. The duty manager/booking team has therefore given really disappointing service.
