Toyoko Inn always assigns the worst rooms to guests who book through Expedia. See photo attached of view from my room.

Location was great, and clean room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, coz side dishes were running out while guests were waiting in line, and if the timing of the line was not right, there was nothing left to eat.

Didn't like being on the smoking floor and having a view of the hotel room across a few meters away from my window. Otherwise solid place and I slept well..

Very bad experience as our rooms are on the 1st floor, next to the the restaurant / dining area. Very noise and ventilation is bad, our throat were itchy and cough over the night.

Staff very nice. Front desk good service and provided information for me. 👩 Room clean and comfortable, I like it. Breakfast good and safely. 👍 Then go to 関內駅 🚆 just few mins, easy. I will book again next time.

First time stayed with this hotel chain in Japan and it was impressive. The efficiency was outstanding. The price was very good. The double room was nice sized, approximately 170 SF. Much larger than many typical Japanese city hotels. Breakfast was basic but OK. The TV presented a lot of information about the facility, the services (including WiFi instructions), and amenities. Staff's English was not very good, barely adequate. We won't mind staying with Toyoko-Inn hotels again.

Decently priced room with breakfast included. The breakfast is so-so, but for the price you are paying for the room, Toyoko Inn is providing more than enough. The hotel is close to both the JR Kannai station and the Nihon-Ōdori station of the Minatomirai line. It is also right next to one of the entrance of the Yokohama Chinatown. The staff is very helpful (one of them even speaks Mandarin). I will consider to stay in Toyoko Inn again.
