I felt very lucky and spoiled.

I felt pampered and at home. Quiet, great location, and few was amazing.

the dinner choice Hamberger, the meat was "too fancy" and fell apart while eating.

Highly recommended. An amazing accommodation in a beautiful location.

Location was the best. Out of all intercontinental including one in Australia yokohama intercontinental was the BEST. We will definitely come back. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10.

Very comfortable hotel on Yokohama Bay. Would stay there again

Hotel fitted out to very high standards. Room was large and very spacious. Bathroom fittings were high quality

Reception / check in on 2nd level. Breakfast was served and only offered choice of 4 menus. Restricted to yoghurt only available on the Continental but not on the American menu.

Absolutly fantastic!!

Extremly satisfied with the hotel. We to the other Intercontinental and there were kind enough to send a car to pick us up! the room is fantastic big and well decorated with a beautiful vue on the Pier. it’s next to the Marine walk with plenty of shops and restaurants.

This was a great experience for me and my family. The perfect stay compared to last year here at the same timeframe.

The staff and location are top notch. The food and drinks were great as well.

Customer should have an option to access their own car at anytime. Maybe employees can ask customers if they want hotel service or manage their cars by themselves at hotel parking. Due to Covid 19, some customers might not prefer hotel employees driving their cars.

It was very beautiful vacation and we enjoyed every minutes in the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. the view from the room is so beautiful, and the location is very good near to the station, marine, mall.... and many attractions. for especial occasion it is the perfect hotel.
