Excellent staff - very helpful and friendly. Any time I asked for help or made a request they responded immediately. The only complaint was that the accessible shower was unnecessary for us, and we’d have preferred a room without that if we had been given the option.

It was a wonderful 10-day stay! Perfect location, no noise. I would like to give a special thanks to Marie at the reception, she was super friendly and attentive every day. I will definitely stay there again next time.

The staff was very nice. The room with 2 double beds was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. 3 adults could not move around at the same time. 1 desk chair was the only place to sit other than the beds, very small cupboard for a closet. No place to store suitcases. The heat went up and down no matter what you set it at. We walked the city about 10 miles per day and the only time I was on edge was on the block where the hotel entrance was. Will choose a different hotel if I rerun to NYC.

Restaurant had awful service waited over 40 minutes for breakfast had to leave without eating. Requested three times to put Thanksgiving day parade on TV in lobby. When spoke to manager about restaurant he was rude. Informed me it’s not the hotels. It was in the lobby and promoted by hotel. Manager was extremely rude to me and my wife.

Great location (for theatre going), helpful staff and super comfy, quiet room - this may move me to become a Hilton Rewards guy !

I took my son for his 18th birthday we were seeing a concert at MSG. I have never stayed at a hotel where the bed was so uncomfortable. The comforter was paper thin we thought it was a sheet but another sheet was on top of the “comforter.” The bath towels were rough not soft at all. Overall i am extremely disappointed. Great for being close to stuff but not comfort.

The hotel is close to the Lincoln tunnel which made it easy to drive into. LiAnna worked at the desk and was fantastic. She gave us some really great tips for restaurants and sight seeing. The hotel was very clean and the room was perfect for two people. I woild stay there again.

LiAnna who checked me in was a rockstar! She helped me get into my room and gave me great recommendations for dinner. I went to both places and both were great! She really made the stay great! Also, the ability to work from my room was awesome. Great desk space, good WiFi and was able to connect to the tv to use as a monitor.

I pre-paid for my stay and had a late arrival owing to train delays getting into NYC. I was exhausted and eager to sleep, only to find that my room was no longer available and the hotel was sold-out. In addition, the staffer did not express any remorse about the situation. They did try to help me find another Hilton property but would not honor the pricing that I had secured through hotels.com, with a significant price difference. What bothered me the most was the lack of compassion from the Hilton overnight front desk associate. It felt inhumane and treatment with little dignity or care. I was LUCKY that I have friends in NY that opened up their home to me at that late hour, but otherwise I would have been stranded with no place to stay otherwise. Really awful experience.

If you're looking to take in New York from your hotel room, look no further. Our room on the top floor was a truly unique experience, with incredible panoramic windows that stretched right to the top of the (very high!) ceiling, and boasted exceptional views of the surrounding skyscrapers and the hustle and bustle of the city. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were welcome additions, and soundproofing between rooms was excellent. Despite being a light sleeper, I always had a good night's sleep. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and although there are 23 floors, the elevators were rapid and we never had to wait long for one to arrive. This hotel is very handy for Times Square, Broadway and Penn Station amongst other attractions and transport hubs, making it an ideal base for our NY adventure, plus there are loads of restaurants and a Whole Foods within a short walk of the hotel. I would definitely return!

Subpar service, also no hot water in the shower in the morning. What kind of hotel is this?

Just a girls trip so wanted to stay closer to Times Square. This was about a 9 minute walk to Times Square and right by Madison Square Gardens. Excellent service and clean rooms! Nice sized bathroom and king bed which was perfectly sized for 2 people. They kept in touch by texting and were very accommodating, I asked for more pillows at 9:30 at night and they brought them up to my room in minutes. I had read reviews before and saw all were great but mentioned the area and yes there were homeless people on the street by the hotel but I also some some right in Times Square too so you have to expect that. No one bothered us and we felt safe. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a relatively (ha ha!) cheap place to stay in NYC, and close to transport, but I wouldn't recommend it because the area was not very safe. Lots of druggies on the street, and I was warned by a waitress in a local restaurant to not carry a handbag.
That being said, I didn't personally encounter any problems, but I did take a taxi back if I was returning after dark.
The room itself was good in most regards ---- all the usual amenities and well-serviced. However, I'd booked a double room as I'd thought I'd be sharing it with a friend, and thank goodness they didn't turn up as the only place to put my suitcase was on the other bed (I'm not a heathen, I put a towel underneath it!) How the room could have accommodated two people, both with suitcases, I have no idea.
Also, when I got there, both the toilet and the phone were broken, although i have to say that they got somebody to fix both within minutes.

The hotel was great and very convenient to where we wanted to go for entertainment. However, the area leading up to the hotel was very sketchy with homeless people populating the sidewalks in both directions leading up to the hotel. Once inside the hotel was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We did have to ask for conditioner to be restocked in the bathroom, but that's not a biggie at all. They checked on us immediately in person and via text so we solved that problem quickly. We stayed here because of the value and proximity to the train station/times square. However, we had some issues with groups outside the hotel. I know there's not much to be done, but making sure everyone is very aware of their surroundings. Most are harmless, but we were approached often for money. we were offered drugs as well. On sunday afternoon, there was quite an altercation on the corner between 3 men and 1 woman. We know to be cautious and continue moving, but for those not familiar, it could be un nerving.
