My son and I really enjoyed our two night stay at Nap Guest house. We were welcomed warmly and got into our room early which was great after an early flight. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning unit is a little noisy. The location was perfect for us and despite being central it was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very nice freshly made coffees and the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Probably one of the top 5 best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The owner/concierge of this 4 room property was delightfu and everything was pure style and quality. There was the highest level of attention to detail to everything imaginable. It really made our last stop, Naples so memorable.

My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon as the first stop and it was fantastic. We just had a late flight and needed a stop over before going to Sorrento and we ended up settling on this B&B. While Naples isn't the prettiest, the actual hotel itself is great. The gentleman that runs the hotel is incredibly nice, and helped us plan out where to go for a late dinner and how to get to the ferry for our journey to Sorrento. Even when I had questions about transportation from the airport and prices for the taxi's, I'd just send him a text and he'd respond very quickly. He also provided a beautiful breakfast spread in the morning. The room itself was extremely comfortable, the AC worked great, and the bathroom was very nice. If I ever stay in Naples again, I won't even look anywhere else. Great job

The accommodations were as advertised! Our suite was tastefully decorated with all of the amenities. They thought of everything to make our stay incredibly wonderful. The guest house is in a great location and within walking distance to great restaurants, the metro station, shops, and the main ferry station where you can catch the ferry to Capri, Positano, Ischia, Sorrento, Amalfi, etc. Claudia and Nicoló were the best hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Nicoló recommended many restaurants and we ate at Diego Vitagliano and Signora Bettina where the food was fantastic! Claudia prepared our breakfast daily during our stay and even accommodated us with breakfast earlier than normal when we had to leave for early morning tours. We would stay here again and again as it’s lovely and safe. On a scale of 1-10, this place and the hosts get 10 stars. You will not be disappointed.

Staff is amazing. She set out the breakfast buffet food every day for us to eat and cleaned up our settings. They even had honey comb and fresh baked croissants. One day I had to leave early and she came to prepare the food early for us. Location was good. The AC worked really well.

The host Alessandra was amazing. I have never stayed in a guest house and didnt know what to expect...however this is not a guest house...this is literally just a little awesome hotel with a host there to greet you and provide breakfast in the morning. I recommed this place for family, couples, etc...its extremely modern and super clean.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Naples. The staff are wonderful friendly and helpful. The room is spacious comfortable and clean. The bathroom is clean and everything works as it should clean towels good shower pressure. Tea and coffee available in room breakfast is wonderful.

We cannot recommend this property enough. They people were beyond nice and helpful. The breakfast every morning was delicious and amazing. The kids had their own bathroom. They stored our luggage for free on our check out date. The nicest hosts you will ever meet and beautiful rooms with a balcony.

We loved our stay at NAP Luxury Guest House. The property is very comfortable and the staff is the best. Alexandra was lovely. She thought about all details to make us feel at home. We had to leave too early at the check out day and she prepared snacks to go. The location is very convenient if you want to stay close to the city center. We did everything on foot. Highly recommended!

Perfect central location, just beside University metro station. Handy for centro storico, Via Toledo, port for ferries. The guest house is on the 3rd floor (good fast lift) at the back of a beautiful old building, meaning it is lovely and quiet. Breakfast great. Spotlessly clean. Nicolo couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll be back and we’ll recommend to any friends visiting Naples!

This was a great bed and breakfast location in the center of Napoli. It was very close to our walking food tour location and the ferry for our Capri Island getaway. We highly recommend staying here as we will be coming back next week upon our return! 10/10 Recommend!

The property was a little difficult to find when we were dropped off in Taxi, but once we arrived to the lobby on third floor, it was absolutely superb! The staff was welcoming and friendly. We were traveling with our two teenagers and had booked family room with two queen and one twin bed. We were shocked to discover we had a full hall, two completely separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. I consider myself picky and all of the decor and Bathroom toiletries were fabulous! The front desk quickly arranged a dinner reservation for us, which was so wonderful after our long flight. Breakfast the following morning was wonderful. Everything felt very safe and secure. There are only 4 rooms in this boutique hotel and I would rank this as a 5 star. Was a wonderful start to our trip and would have loved to stay longer!

The hotel host is very kind and helpful and does a great job of making you feel at home. Rooms are very large and breakfast was outstanding. Located in a somewhat hard spot to find, but very secure at night. 2 subway stops from train station and a 2 minute walk. Very happy with our quick stay!

Nicolo made our stay extra special with his outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, updated, very nice and had a lovely balcony. It is centrally located near some interesting sights, lots of restaurants and shops.

This hotel is amazing. It was extremely clean and comfortable. My family and I stayed in the suite. It was nice for my kids to have their own space, yet be close enough for us to monitor them. The suite was like a little apartment of its own. The hotel owner has thought about every little detail. It has everything you need, it’s modern, and it includes breakfast. Each morning we woke up to freshly baked croissants and coffee. As well as a variety of other options such as pancakes, cereal, deli meats and cheeses, yogurt with toppings, etc. I would definitely come back here. We had the very best experience. The woman who runs it, is so kind and welcoming. We loved it here.

We looked for a hotel or B&B that could accomodate a family of 4 without having different rooms. NAP luxury guest house had a suite that comprises of 2 seperate rooms with a communal corridor all having its own keycard access. It's their Suite and the two rooms are Sophia and Mediterranea. Fantastic accomodation for families allowing parents their own space as well as kids. Allesandria was great throughout our stay and even organised to split the bed in Sophia into twins which i didnt know was possible at the time of booking. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to families.

A luxurious and spacious small and cozy guesthouse right in the middle of town but away from the chaos. The location makes you feel like a ‘local’. The guesthouse is on the 3rd floor of a historical and very central building. No need for a car in downtown Naples as everywher can be reached on foot, by taxi or underground train. The guesthouse in very clean and modern, but not too much. We booked the suite for the four of us, my wife and I had a room with large on-suite (Sofia) and the two children shared the other room (Mediterraneo), with a bathroom in the private corridor. The guesthouse is not manned all day so you need to arrive within given times but then you are given the keys to the room, to the front door of the guesthouse and of the condominium main doors to access the building. The manager of the guesthouse was there to help us unload the car on arrival, and was fantastic throughout our stay, very polite, kind, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was at the guesthouse for breakfast and during the day for check-outs and arrivals. The rooms both had modern TVs, connected to the web, the bathrooms were well stocked, clean and tidy with an elegant feel to them, All in all a fantastic New Years Eve stay over 3 nights, with the hotel really helping to make the trip enjoyable and comfortable. We will have to return! Thank you so very much!
