The room was very clean and comfortable. The elevator was less appealing, someone had vomited in it

Minus no microwave or fridge, everything was good. Supposed to be a smoke free rooms, but as we passed by several fooms on our floor it smelled like weed. The floor in our room was sticky and there was haor all around the beds. We had to fix our tv, it would not cut on. The outlet behind the tv did not work. So we had to take the tv off the wall and put in the lower outlet. Half the channels couldnt be watch, due to they were frozen the whole two day stay. The area is quite, only they did have people who resided there.

The service was great. Front desk & staff attentiveness were highlights. The free muffins and juice/coffee for breakfast was a nice touch. Location was in a quiet area and felt safe. Only drawback was there were a few gnats in the room on my first night.

Clean property. They recently updated the rooms and they look better. I’d stay here again.

Wi-Fi only works for one device per room, so a couple can only access one phone, computer or iPad. Ridiculous!

The front desk associate was nice enough. The room was what I expected for the price and location. The only thing I did not expect was to be woken up by rap music or any music at 8am from 3 doors down and 3 hours later at check out time it finally stopped. When we were leaving. No worker bothered to tell the patron to turn it down at 8 or 9am. Honestly, could’ve been a worker, who knows. That was my only problem.

The motel is located very close to the Van Dorn Metro station, so very convenient when it came to going to the city. The room was very clean and looked well maintained. The staff were very professional and quick with both check-in, and check-out, and the housekeeping was doing great in keeping the grounds looking clean.
Will be returning here for our next DC trip, as we were very pleased.

I stayed in this motel overnight for business. I was fooled by the fotos. I think It should be called "Section 8/ Not Super 8. I usually do not write negative reviews about my hotel experiences but I'm compelled by this experience to safe other potential customers from worry. Without going into too many details, I only have three sincere advice- "DON'T EVEN BOTHER Staying Here" Keep looking!!.
First my room door lock will not latch. After reporting it to the manager at the desk, he came with me to test it out. He was able to convince me that thats how the door operate and cannot be opened from outside. He demonstrated this in the adjacent empty room for me to see. I somehow believed him. I guess I was too tied to argue after a long day work. Well; I woke up in the middle of the night to find the door still not properly locked.
Also walls are very thin. I could hear every single siren from the street nearby. The hotel walls/plumbing is poorly insulated. I could hear constant water running and toilet flushes every few minute. I could only doze for for one and half hours. Couldn't fall back to sleep due the noise. I finally got up. at 3:30am and checked out. Take my advice. Dont stay here. Very sketchy!!

When they go to remove the used towels they should change them for clean ones, because I was staying for two nights and the next night I had no way to dry myself when I came out of the shower.

Dirty gray underwear on the floor right in front of the tub/shower. Only one bath towel in the room, no shampoo/soap/conditioner or kleenex. Beds were comfortable enough but clearly this hotel is old and needs help. The people that work there are not helpful. The head of housekeeping came to my room because I was told he PERSONALLY came to our room and saw. He said he would speak to the Manager of the hotel and get back to me. This is over a week later and I haven't heard a thing with over 35 phonecalls to the facility, which no one answers, and I have sent emails with no response.
It is unfortunate because this is a well located hotel. We had to wait to check in with only one person working0 we were 8th in line...took forever. Then when we went up to report the dirty underwear and get additional towels, it took forever again. Don't expect to get help from the staff.
Breakfast - a joke. No coffee, only one type of banana muffins which they were out of, and when we asked for more, it took them over 20 minutes to get them. They made more coffee but that took awhile as well, No one on the front desk has a clue what is happening outside of their little office.

O.k. stay. I though I got a quiet room but I think an unoccupied room next door at an A/C going causing some noise. Grab & go breakfast was flimsy…..

The room was set up really cute but was not completely clean the floor was dirty black in areas. There was razor clipping on soap dish in shower soap caddy tv had not a good signal kept freezing. Alarm clock was set that didn’t realize till it went off at 800 am and woke up up and no refrigerator. I know you get what you pay for but. Was disappointed.

It was disgusting, there was feces on the toilet . Stains on the mattress and countertops not wiped .’when I called in to let them know the receptionist told me that it wasn’t possible bc they have head of maintenance who check it before giving access to visitors. I took pictures and still she told how me how will she know that it was there before I got there . I will never stay here again. And I came a long way on a road trip .
