It was super bowl weekend and I missed most of that game because I choose to stay there that night.

The employees were nice and the bed was comfortible.

The sattelite TV didn't work for most of my stay there' And! it was Super Bowl weekend, that sucked!

Cero Hospitality. Dirty place. Unprofessional staff at front Desk. Deceiving marketing. Fee for deposits should be announced before arrival to rooms. I understand they have trashy people and Drug users that damage their rooms. Not me. I leave rooms very clean.So I don't want to be treated like that at arrival. Their Hotel is dirty at the entrance and lobby desk. They need to clean better before asking for damages deposits. And being unprofessional with customers.

Location and price.

After driving and tired ready to get my room. The nasty front Desk tells me I must deposit 100 Dollars before even sleeping there. And that it will be refunded in 3 or 4 Days. Really ? What a surprise 😮. Why they don't say that in advance. When you are doing your reservation. I found the place also dirty ugly. Doesn't look at all like the pics they market. Is a Fraud. Of course I had to leave and look for better hospitality and more professional front Desk. I found a great place. In Arlington Virginia. Unfortunately I will never go to that address again in Alexandria Virginia. I wish they will not do that to people. Or tell them in advance at least. What a nightmare to check in like that. They probably take forever to refund. I find that bad. They might have very trashy people there. Their rooms might get demolished. I understand. But at least tell customers in advance. I didn't like that surprise.

This was the worst hotel ever I had ever stayed.

nothing I liked.

It's fraud. They don't offer breakfast as it should. Only fragile cup cakes. coffee without milk. the juice from the machine which you cannot swallow. I asked for iron to press my cloth, they don't offer it. No fridge or microwave or coffee maker at the room. Bedding was so harsh. Staff at the reception are so rude.

The linens all had burn holes from cigarette smoking. The room smelled like all different kinds of things. Dont get me wrong I booked a smoking room. I have stayed in other hotels ( booked smoking room), you couldn't even tell that people smoked in there. TV had no remote. Well, it had a remote but someone took batteries out. The elevator did not work. So we had to carry our luggage and baby stroller to the second floor. There were creepy people standing around outside the hotel.

Never stay in this hotel! False information! Worse experience!

We were disappointed with this attitude towards guests. I booked a non-smoking room with a fridge and microwave. In fact, when we arrived at the hotel for check-in, I was told that there were no non-smoking rooms with a microwave and a refrigerator. Only available in smoking rooms. We were with two small children, by the way!!! We were tired after long road and going to the museum and we were given a wonderful "surprise" at the hotel. I had to pay extra for a smoking room with a fridge and microwave and spend the night with the children in a room that smelled of cigarettes, and only the air conditioner knocked this smell out a bit. This is a scam and giving false information from this hotel! I do not recommend to anyone! Service is disgusting. Never ever I will stay in this hotel!

WORST STAY IN A GOOD PART OF VA. TRAPPED OUT HOTEL SHARED W/ DAYS INN

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

HAS ROACHES, PEOPLE LIVE IN IT AND LEAVE THEIR TRASH ALL AROUND OUTSIDE. PROPERTY SMELLS LIKE PISS ON ALL STEPS.
