My bedding smelled of men’s aftershave. The shampoo container fell off the shower wall in the middle of the night. The sheets were itchy. The room was spacious and modern. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel with a great location. Easy access to everything you want in the Dells. About a mile from Noah’s Ark and Mt. Olympus and a few minutes from the downtown shops. Free breakfast was adequate (although it was crazy busy on Saturday and Sunday morning). Nice staff. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and no issue finding parking each day. More affordable than staying at one of the main resorts. Overall, we would stay again.

Excellent overall; with that said the curtains didn’t close all the way (apparently by design) all of the parking lot light poured into the room all night … The night light was just a little too bright from the first level parking lot, other than that, golden 👍

Overall, we got our money’s worth out of the hotel room we reserved. The only complaint I have is when we requested for the room to be cleaned over the phone, it didn’t happen until we went to the front desk and requested it. If you’re looking for a clean place to lay your head down and nothing more, definitely consider this place.

We were in town for a sports tournament and it was by far the best experience we’ve had after booking as part of a sports team room block! We literally had no issues and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

The property not clean at all, the room not clean and the bed has bedbugs, it was very bad experience for me and my family, also the AC unit very noisy, the staff was friendly and helpful, they was not happy with what they see in the room and the bedbugs, also they moved us to another room was out of service and the room under treatment from bedbugs, the kids became very tired and we was not able to get in another room till midnight.

The stay was great! Breakfast was good but the only complaint I have is that the pillows weren’t good and when I asked for extra I was told they ran out. There was no garbage bags in any of the trash bins in my room. The hotel pool was very small. Not enough space for multiple people

The pool is awful, very small. Gym is small. I asked for more toilet paper at front desk, hesitant at first. Breakfast options are ok, at best. It’s a walk in shower only.

It’s clean accommodations at a nice price. Our bathroom was super nice. The breakfast was great. Location is great if visiting the Dells. Right in the center of everything. The cleaning products they use made the rooms smell like old man cologne, which isn’t great. Try to avoid getting a room on the 1st floor near the street. The cars were noisy and the street lights glared through our window all night. We originally were in a room on floor 3 w a decent view, but my daughter could not stand the smell so we asked to change rooms. We were put in a room on floor 1 with not only the same smell, but a view of a graveyard and the noisy street. We didn’t want to ask to be moved again. The pro is we were able to park right outside the door and access our car very quickly.

Fastest check-in ever and to top it off She was SO friendly and gave us great advice on the water parks. The morning crew from breakfast to front desk so personable! I would say this is our number 1 Hotel stay!!! The room was Super clean, big comfortable beds I would highly recommend staying here.

We were very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general. There were many families with children staying there which would explain the hallways and elevators, but our room was in poor condition as well.

The pool is very small and was heavily chlorinated. There was hair left in the shower (yuck) when we got into our room and no trash bags in the trash cans. There was also something splattered on the wall under the desk. On the good side, the was the bed was very comfortable.

Spring Break 3-day outing with the kids. Booked the multi-bed suite which was plenty of room to spread out and relax when not out exploring Wisconsin Dells attractions. Hotel staff are super inviting and took excellent care of us. The FREE Hot Breakfast was very good offering many options. Hotel is close to all the attractions while be far enough away to enjoy quite time after a long day. Can't say enough about how friendly the staff were, was like family. I would highly reccomend this hotel and plan to return here again in the future. 5* Service all the way!

The motel was very nice and clean. The woman who checked us in was extremely polite and helpful. Finally Kenny the shuttle driver was so helpful getting us to and back from the Crystal Grand. I highly recommend this motel.

Check in was just fine. Actually got in sooner than expected. However our room had a broken lamp, when we returned to the hotel after our activities our door was opened and the lock was broken meaning I could not shut my door and leaves the question "did someone break into our room" I went to the front desk where I needed to go the employee room just to grab someone. She examined the door and deemed it I could not stay in the room so she told me to move my stuff to a room that was three doors down the hall. Come to find out in the morning the new rooms door never locked and you could walk right in without a key. High safety concerns.

Great location centralized in Dells...was easy getting into hotel in winter but not sure how easy in summer as traffic could make it difficult to pull in. Overall a great stay with quiet neighbors. Could maybe use work on the pillows as too small.

Great location to stay especially if you are going to a show at the Crystal Grand. Walking distance if you want and now offers shuttle service if you'd prefer not to walk or if weather is less than optimal.
