This motel was a great location for access to Blooming Point beach or Charlottetown. Parking was easy and the facilities inside the room were very good. My only criticism was the bed. I was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds i've slept in. It was far too firm for my liking,

Property and room were very clean .... stzf were friendly znd efficient. Rooms are not fancy but are function. I would have appreciated the option to book a "pets free room" as the room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog had stayed there. With windows open and air con running, the smell disappeared over night.

The room was large and comfortable but was a bit dated, however for the price it was a exceptional good place for being able to prepare meals or snacks if your travelling with children.. it's close to the city but far enough away to be quiet, close to beaches, it offers a nice play area and BBQs, Muskoka chairs to lounge in etc.. so overall I didn't mind the more rustic rooms.. they were clean and comfortable and priced right.. Good job all the way..

Perfect location to go into town or go to the beach. Wonderful rooms - spacious, clean. Property is very nice. Family friendly without being stuffy. Landscaping is lovely.

The beds definitely need upgraded. If you stay there, get the second floor because both nights we stayed there we were woken up before 6am from the loud walking up stairs. If you’re an early riser…no problem lol. Besides that, it was very clean

Wonderful, home feel, affordable place to stay. Non-smoking rooms but convenient offering of sand filled buckets easily available for smokers, therefore no butts evwrywhere! Great idea!

great sized room, with living room/kitchen/dining area. Bedroom was small & had to put luggage in the living room. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. great having a BBQ. Staff was not overly friendly but she did accommodate my request for a 1st floor, altho it seemed to be a bit of an inconvenience. Motel office & entranceway could use some light, cleanup & updating, since it's the customers 1st impression of the motel. It's a little oppressive.

We stayed at the same hotel in 2005 with family. Didn’t change a whole lot aside from being updated. Our room was great with a private bedroom Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only 10 min from downtown which was very convenient. Per friendly which was great. Not too keen on having to put a 200 damage deposit on our pup and had to pay a fee of 20 for her to stay. Overall we would definitely go back in the future 🙂

This hotel is very dated and my biggest complaint is the beds and pillows and also there is only AC in the main bedroom so my son who slept in the main area suffered with the heat all night….. Will not be returning as a good night sleep it’s very important to all of us!

Not pet friendly! We enjoyed our stay and where prepared to stay again next time we were on the island until check out time. We paid extra for our dog along with a $200 deposit on check in. While checking out they went to check that the room was ok before refunding the deposit. She came back and said there was a stain on the mattress (it was there when we checked in - as seen by my child and husband) and she said there was dog hair on the sheets. She went on to say that pets are not allowed on the bed. This is not in their rules or mentioned during check in. She took another 20$ from the deposit on top of the extra fee I had to pay in the first place. I feel like I was cheated out of $20. Washing the sheets (even with some dog hair on them) should be a standard practice when cleaning a room. There was no other issue with the dog. She didn’t have any accidents or chew anything while we were there. I left feeling very angry and ripped off. It definitely spoiled our stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed for 3 different nights. Very comfortable little place with everything needed in your room. Staff on site is very friendly and helpful. Very close to everything. Will definitely stay again.

The people were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. It has a full kitchen but the oven did not work and the kettle was so corroded inside it was unsafe to use. The outlet for the hair dryer did not work. With a few repairs this would be great.

I stayed for several nights and was very impressed with both the staffand the property. It is somewhat dated, but clean, comfortable, fairly pricrd and quiet. It is about a 10 minute easy drive into Charlottetown.
