Expensive and very small room 2 queen beds - very small

It was fine - the breakfast was decent

There were 3 adults - the room was so small you couldn't pass each other or turn around - too small a room For 2 queen beds

Choice Privilege refused to give us points for the 4 days we were there. We were never told that this would happened! We

I was great. I just didn't understand (but also didn't ask) why each night was a dif. charge.

The breakfast was more than I expected and tasted good. The room was well kept up. The bed was a bit soft for me but slept well. Your staff were always helpful and happy.

We were upgraded to a suite on the main floor, I have knee issues. Easy access. Thank you, so appreciated 😊. Our suite was beautiful.with a walk in shower.

Overall good, just a couple of small issues

Ease of egress friendly staff however room wasn’t cleaned between days and that should be done unless requested otherwise

Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been dirty floor one roll of toilet paper, other guests were very loud slamming doors quite often both nights

Location was good. The room was nice.

The dinning area is too small and not well designed for buffet breakfast. The staff for the breakfast took spoons out of my hands from no where. Should be signage explaining not to cross contaminate food with spoons. It would save staff's time and frustration from having to clean utensils. The rooms were damp and way to cold. Even to our clothes were wet from the dampness of the room. Plus the room floors were extremely dirty.

Would not be my first choice in the future but ok if only choice.

Location - easy to find

Floor was very very cold and clammy in the room. Asked about housekeeping moving into our second day and was confirmed that it is completed daily but room was not cleaned. Mentioned again upon checking out that room was not cleaned and clerk just smiled and said ‘ok.’ Felt like they didn’t care whatsoever. Second room of family we were staying with was cleaned so like ours was forgotten and they didn’t seem to care. We appreciate staying where we feel welcomed rather than just a money grab.

Satisfactory. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

The reason I gave a lower rating was that we were situated across the hall from where the complementary breakfast was served and very close to main reception. I could hear every beep from the waffle maker timer, all the conversations, all the doors opening and closing. I just wish that the door to that room was closed to block some of the noise. Our room did smell a bit.of smoke but.that might have been seeping in from outside. Other than that everything was satisfactory. The location was perfect.

Daughter Found 5 bottles of liquor by the fridge , carpet was really wet , toilet leaked .. ended up switching hotels
